(2) a manhole A is arranged on the raw gas pipeline, a blind plate A is arranged in the raw gas pipeline, and the blind plate A is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the raw gas pipeline in a welding mode; a through hole A is formed in the raw gas pipeline and is positioned at the joint of the raw gas pipeline and the gas inlet pipeline;
(3) a manhole B is arranged on the exhaust pipeline, a through hole B is arranged on the diffusing chimney, and the through hole B is positioned at the joint of the diffusing chimney and the exhaust pipeline so as to communicate the exhaust pipeline and the diffusing chimney;
(4) and taking the waste residue generated by the through hole A and the waste generated by welding the blind plate A out of the manhole A, taking the waste residue generated by the through hole B out of the manhole B, and sealing the manhole A and the manhole B by using the manhole cover A and the manhole cover B respectively to finish off-line installation and butt joint of the metal filter bag dust remover.
2. The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 1, wherein the blind plate A is close to a diffusing chimney.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 1, wherein a blind plate B is further installed in the raw gas pipeline, the blind plate B is hermetically connected with the inner wall of the raw gas pipeline in a welding mode, and the blind plate B is close to the through hole A.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 3, wherein after the blind plate A and the blind plate B are installed and the through hole A is formed, the manhole A and the hole cover A are sealed and welded in a welding mode; and after the through hole B is formed, the manhole B and the hole cover B are sealed and welded in a welding mode.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the once dust-removing metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 3, wherein the diameter of the air inlet pipeline is 2020mm, the diameters of the blind plate A and the blind plate B are 2020mm, and the thickness is 10 mm.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 1, wherein a support A is installed below the air inlet pipeline, the bottom end of the support A is fixed on the ground, an arc-shaped frame A is fixed at the top of the support A, and the air inlet pipeline is located above the arc-shaped frame A.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 1, wherein a support B is fixed on the outer side surface of the metal filter bag dust remover, the support B is formed by welding a cross rod and a vertical rod, the cross rod is fixedly connected with the metal filter bag dust remover, an arc-shaped frame B is fixed at the top end of the vertical rod, and the exhaust pipeline is positioned on the arc-shaped frame B.

The off-line installation and butt-joint method for the primary dust removal metal filter bag dust remover of the converter according to claim 7, wherein an inclined rod forming an angle of 45 degrees with the cross rod is fixed below the cross rod, and the inclined rod is fixedly connected with the metal filter bag dust remover.
