Abstract

The invention relates to a table tennis bat bottom plate containing a fiber interlayer with a surface microscopic coating and a manufacturing method thereof. The material of the fiber can be carbon, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, aluminum silicate, mullite and the like; the fiber layer can be made of one or more of continuous fibers, chopped fibers and whiskers; the surface microcosmic coating material can be one or more of pyrolytic carbon, graphitized pyrolytic carbon and boron nitride; the surface microcoating has a thickness of between 50 nanometers and 1 micrometer. The invention overcomes the structural limitation and the defects of a multi-layer wood chip plywood bottom plate and a carbon fiber and organic fiber sandwich bottom plate, and has the effects of obviously increasing the optimal hitting area of the bottom plate, improving the toughness of the bottom plate and improving the hitting hand feeling.

Technical Field

Background
The table tennis bat is mainly composed of a bottom plate, a rubber and a sponge. The base plate of table tennis is an important component of table tennis bat. The conventional bottom plate structure is made of a plurality of layers of wood chip veneers through a gluing process, and the number, material and thickness of the used wood chips determine the comprehensive performance of the bottom plate, such as parameters of ball speed, rotation, control, weight, thickness and the like.
In the international ping-pong joint of 10 months in 2000, 40mm diameter ping-pong balls (diameter range 39.5-40.5 mm) are used to replace 38mm diameter ping-pong balls, in the international ping-pong joint of 7 months in 2014, 40 +' plastic ping-pong balls (diameter range 40.0-40.6 mm) are used, the diameter of the ping-pong balls is continuously increased, and the speed and the rotation of the ping-pong balls hit under the same technical level are obviously reduced. With the increase of the diameter of table tennis and the development of the technical level of table tennis sports, the elasticity and strength limitations of a pure wood bottom plate are gradually highlighted, and the new requirements of higher hitting speed and stronger rotation cannot be met. Therefore, the addition of a fiber layer with higher elastic modulus between the multiple layers of wood chip structures of the bottom plate has become a new trend in the development of table tennis rackets.
Carbon fiber is one of the primary interlayer materials currently used for non-pure wood flooring. The carbon fiber sandwich layer can improve the hardness of the bottom plate, but because the vibration frequency of the material is high and the vibration attenuation is slow, the control feeling is poor when the ball is hit.
Chinese patent No. CN201840841U discloses a base plate of table tennis bat containing a carbon fiber interlayer. This patent proposes adding a carbon fiber layer between the face material and the core material of the soleplate to improve the overall properties of the soleplate, such as hardness and elasticity. The sole plate prepared by the patent has higher hardness and larger elasticity, so that the control difficulty is higher when a ball is hit.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
In order to avoid the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a table tennis bat bottom plate containing a fiber interlayer with a surface microcosmic coating and a manufacturing method thereof, which overcome the defects of overhigh hardness and overlarge elasticity of the bottom plate containing a carbon fiber layer. The method has the effects of obviously increasing the area of the optimal hitting area of the bottom plate, improving the toughness of the bottom plate and improving the hitting hand feeling.
Technical scheme
A base plate of table tennis bat with a fiber interlayer with a surface microscopic coating comprises a core material, a surface material and a handle; it is characterized by also comprising a fiber layer and a microcosmic coating on the surface of the fiber layer; the fiber layer is symmetrically positioned on two sides by using the core material, and the surface of the fiber layer is provided with a surface microcosmic coating with the thickness of 50 nanometers to 1 micrometer; the surface microcosmic coating material is one or more of pyrolytic carbon, graphitized pyrolytic carbon and boron nitride.
A reinforcing material layer is added at any position between the core material and the surface material.
The fibrous layers include, but are not limited to: carbon, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, aluminum silicate or mullite.
The fibers used in the fiber layer are continuous fibers.
The surface microscopic coating thickness is between 100 nanometers and 500 nanometers.
The table tennis bat bottom plate containing the fiber interlayer with the surface microscopic coating is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step 1: preparing blanks of a handle, a surface material and a core material of a bottom plate of the table tennis bat by adopting a natural wood material, wherein the size of the blank is not less than the maximum outline of the bottom plate of the table tennis bat;
step 2: preparing a surface microcosmic coating on the fiber layer by a chemical vapor deposition method;
when the pyrolytic carbon material is used as the microcosmic coating, the fiber layer is placed in chemical vapor infiltration equipment, mixed gas of propylene, natural gas and hydrogen is introduced, the temperature of an inner cavity of the equipment is 600-1100 ℃, and the process implementation time is 20-60 hours;
when the microscopic coating of the graphitized pyrolytic carbon material is adopted, after the pyrolytic carbon surface coating is prepared on the fiber layer, the fiber layer is placed in a vacuum furnace for heat treatment, the temperature of the inner cavity of the equipment is 1800-2200 ℃, the pressure is 0.1-10 Pa, and the process implementation time is 10-30 h;
when a microcosmic coating of a boron nitride material is adopted, the fiber layer is placed in chemical vapor infiltration equipment, mixed gas of ammonia gas, boron chloride and hydrogen gas is introduced, the temperature of an inner cavity of the equipment is 600-900 ℃, and the process implementation time is 50-90 h;
and step 3: cutting the fiber layer with the surface microscopic coating into blanks, wherein the size of the blanks is not less than the maximum outline of the base plate of the table tennis bat;
and 4, step 4: bonding the fiber layer with the surface micro-coating with the core material blank by using epoxy resin thermosetting adhesive;
and 5: bonding a fiber layer containing a continuous ceramic fiber material to a face material by using an epoxy resin-based thermosetting adhesive;
and 4, step 4: cutting the bonded multi-layer blank according to the outline of the base plate of the table tennis bat;
and 5: the handle and the surface material are bonded by an epoxy resin thermosetting adhesive.
When the force material is used as the interlayer, an epoxy resin thermosetting adhesive is used for bonding the force material between the fiber interlayer with the surface microcosmic coating and the core material blank; or between the fibrous interlayer with the surface micro-coating and the surface material.
Advantageous effects
The invention provides a table tennis bat bottom plate with a fiber interlayer with a surface microscopic coating and a manufacturing method thereof. The material of the fiber can be carbon, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, alumina, aluminum silicate, mullite and the like; the fiber layer is continuous fiber; the surface microcosmic coating material can be one or more of pyrolytic carbon, graphitized pyrolytic carbon and boron nitride; the surface microcoating has a thickness of between 50 nanometers and 1 micrometer. The invention overcomes the structural limitation and the defects of a multi-layer wood chip plywood bottom plate and a carbon fiber and organic fiber sandwich bottom plate, and has the effects of obviously increasing the optimal hitting area of the bottom plate, improving the toughness of the bottom plate and improving the hitting hand feeling.
The invention has the advantages that: the high-physical/chemical-stability surface micro coating with the layered microstructure is prepared on the fiber, and then the fiber layer with the surface micro coating is added into the base plate of the table tennis bat, so that the stress uniformity of the base plate of the table tennis bat can be improved, the optimal hitting area of the base plate can be increased by about 5-18%, the toughness of the base plate is improved, and the hitting hand feeling is improved.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings:
the table tennis bat base plate 100 shown in fig. 1 is composed of a base plate body 101 and a handle 102. The floor body 101 is composed of upper and lower surface members 103, upper and lower force members 105, upper and lower fiber layers 106, and a core material 104, and the fiber layers are disposed between the core material and the force members. The base plate of the table tennis bat manufactured by the embodiment meets the standard of the international table tennis association on the base plate of the table tennis bat for competition.
For the microcosmic coating adopting the pyrolytic carbon material, the fiber layer is placed in chemical vapor infiltration equipment, mixed gas of propylene, natural gas and hydrogen is introduced, the temperature of an inner cavity of the equipment is 600-1100 ℃, and the process implementation time is 20-60 hours.
In example 2, the core material was made of aleuswood with a thickness of 4mm, the strength material was made of aleuswood with a thickness of 0.7mm, and the surface material was made of wood with a thickness of 0.5 mm; the two-dimensional plain weave cloth woven by fiber bundles containing 1000 carbon fiber monofilaments is used as a fiber interlayer, a boron nitride layer with the thickness of 500-650 nanometers is covered on the surface of each fiber in the fiber interlayer, and the thickness of the single-layer fiber interlayer is 0.18 mm. The base plate of the table tennis bat manufactured by the embodiment meets the standard of the international table tennis association on the base plate of the table tennis bat for competition.
For the microcosmic coating adopting the boron nitride material, the fiber layer is placed in chemical vapor infiltration equipment, mixed gas of ammonia gas, boron chloride and hydrogen gas is introduced, the temperature of an inner cavity of the equipment is 600-900 ℃, and the process implementation time is 50-90 hours.
The manufacturing method of the table tennis bat bottom plate comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing wood materials with corresponding wood types and thicknesses, processing the handle in place according to the handle contour of the table tennis bat, and processing the surface material, the force material and the core material into wood chip blanks with the sizes of about 170mm multiplied by 280 mm;
(2) selecting a proper fiber fabric, processing the fiber fabric into a fiber layer blank with the size of about 170mm multiplied by 280mm, and paying attention to the angle relation between the fiber direction and the transverse direction or the longitudinal direction of the blank;
(3) placing the fiber layer blank into chemical vapor deposition equipment, preparing a microcosmic coating on the fiber surface of the fiber layer blank, and performing high-temperature heat treatment at 1800 ℃ after the microcosmic coating is prepared if necessary to prepare the fiber layer blank with the microcosmic coating on the surface;
(4) adopting epoxy resin thermal hardening adhesive to respectively adhere two fiber layer blanks with surface microcosmic coatings to two sides of the core material blank;
(5) adopting epoxy resin thermal hardening adhesive to respectively adhere two force material blanks to two sides of the fiber layer blank with the surface microcosmic coating;
(6) adhering two surface material blanks to the force material blank by adopting epoxy resin thermal hardening adhesive;
(7) curing the bonded multi-layer blank according to the curing condition requirement of the adhesive;
(8) cutting the adhered and cured multilayer blank according to the contour of the base plate of the table tennis bat;
(9) bonding the handle and the surface material by using epoxy resin thermosetting adhesive;
(10) curing the bonded base plate according to the curing condition requirement of the adhesive;
(11) and polishing the bonded and cured bottom plate, removing burrs on the plate surface and the side edge and passivating the sharp edge.
Examples 3 and 4 are: the composite material does not adopt a strength material layer of the Aleiski wood, and continuous ceramic fiber materials are bonded between the core material and the surface material.

when the microscopic coating of the graphitized pyrolytic carbon material is adopted, after the pyrolytic carbon surface coating is prepared on the fiber layer, the fiber layer is placed in a vacuum furnace for heat treatment, the temperature of the inner cavity of the equipment is 1800-2200 ℃, the pressure is 0.1-10 Pa, and the process implementation time is 10-30 h;
