20-30 parts of oregano essential oil;
25-35 parts of cinnamon essential oil;
15-25 parts of thyme essential oil;
10-15 parts of tea tree essential oil;
3-5 parts of custard apple juice.
2. An antibacterial agent against escherichia coli and a method for preparing the same according to claim 1, wherein: the custard apple juice comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-15 parts of carbohydrate;
7-9 parts of vitamin C;
5-8 parts of protein.
3. A method for preparing an antibacterial agent against escherichia coli, characterized in that: the preparation method is suitable for the antibacterial agent for resisting escherichia coli as defined in any one of claims 1-2, and comprises the following steps:
s1: respectively placing origanum vulgaris, cinnamon, thyme and tea tree into an essential oil extraction device, and adjusting the pressure and temperature inside the extraction device to make the extraction process be carried out under the pressure of 0.5-1.5MPa and the temperature of 20-60 ℃ to respectively obtain respective essential oil extracting solutions;
s2: firstly, extracting juice from custard apple by using a juice extracting device, then putting the juice into a volumetric flask, standing for 20-30min, and taking out supernatant to obtain custard apple juice;
s3: pouring the oregano essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, thyme essential oil and tea tree essential oil obtained in the step S1 and the custard juice obtained in the step S2 into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring by using a stirring rod at the stirring speed of 60r/min and the stirring temperature of 40-50 ℃, and then standing for 10min to complete the preparation of the antibacterial agent;
the juicing equipment of S2 comprises a base (1); the top of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a juicing barrel (2); the top of the base (1) is fixedly connected with an L-shaped supporting plate (3); a juicing unit is arranged inside the juicing barrel (2); a discharge pipe (21) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the juicing barrel (2); the juicing unit comprises a cylinder (41), a push rod (42), a push plate (43) and a cutter (44); the cylinder (41) is fixedly connected to the top of the L-shaped support plate (3); the push rod (42) is fixedly connected with the output end of the air cylinder (41); the push plate (43) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the push rod (42); the bottom of the push plate (43) is fixedly connected with a cylindrical block (45); the cutter (44) is fixedly connected to the bottom of the cylindrical block (45).

A process for the preparation of an antibacterial agent against escherichia coli according to claim 3, characterized in that: an annular plate (51) is fixedly connected to the periphery of the cylindrical block (45); the bottom of the annular plate (51) is connected with a rectangular plate (52) in a sliding mode.
