The invention provides an auxiliary fumigation-washing treatment device for radiotherapy of tumors, which comprises a fumigation device, a washing device, a cushion and a bottom plate; the cushion is erected above the bottom plate through a lifting device, and the lifting device drives the cushion to move up and down; the fumigation device comprises a heating cylinder; a steering rod is arranged at the top of the bottom plate and at the back of the cushion through a rotating frame of a rotating device, and the rotating device drives the steering rod to rotate; the top end of the steering rod is transversely provided with an air cylinder, and the heating cylinder is arranged at the end part of a push rod of the air cylinder through an angle adjusting device; the upper end of the heating cylinder is communicated with a water mist spray head, and the lower end of the heating cylinder is communicated with a flexible pesticide conveying pipe through a first booster pump; heating pipes are wound and distributed in the heating cylinder; the flushing device comprises a flushing pipe which is erected above the middle part of the bottom plate through a rigid drug delivery pipe, and the rigid drug delivery pipe is communicated with the flexible flushing pipe through a second booster pump. The third motor 27 is driven to rotate, the rotating rod 23 is driven to rotate through the synchronous belt structure, and then the fumigation device can be rotated to be right below the cushion 7, so that fumigation treatment can be carried out; the angle and the position of the water mist spray head at the end part of the fumigation device can be changed by stretching the cylinder 6 and driving the heating cylinder 18 to rotate by the second motor 16, and the angle and the position can be adjusted according to the actual condition of the affected part of the patient;
the flushing device comprises a flushing pipe 30 which is erected above the middle part of the bottom plate 1 through a rigid drug delivery pipe, and the rigid drug delivery pipe is communicated with the flushing pipe 30 through a second booster pump 22; the top fixing frame of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a bearing groove 2; a medicine storage box 20 is fixedly arranged at the top of the bottom plate 1, and the medicine storage box 20 is arranged at the back of the cushion 7; the input ends of the flexible medicine conveying pipe 4 and the rigid medicine conveying pipe are communicated with the medicine storage box 20 to supply medicine for the fumigation device and the flushing device;
in order to make the device more comfortable, the armrests 8 are respectively arranged on the fixed frames at the two ends of the top of the seat cushion 7, and the backrest 9 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the top of the seat cushion 7; the peripheries of the two top plates 11 and the bottom plate 1 are covered by non-woven fabrics 28; the front non-woven fabric 28 is provided with a notch, and the notch is fixed with a shielding cloth 29 through a magic tape; the structure can create a closed private environment, and does not influence the switching of the two functions and the up-and-down movement of the cushion 7;
in addition, one end of the bearing groove 2 is fixedly provided with a handle 3, so that the waste liquid after being showered can be conveniently treated; the middle part of the flexible medicine conveying pipe 4 is fixed with the rod body of the steering rod 23 through the belt 5, and the steering rod 23 is not interfered by the flexible medicine conveying pipe 4 when rotating.

when in the fumigation mode, the third motor 27 is driven to rotate, the rotating rod 23 is driven to rotate through the synchronous belt structure, and then the fumigation device can be rotated to be right below the cushion 7, so that fumigation treatment can be carried out; the angle and the position of the water mist spray head at the end part of the fumigation device can be changed by stretching the cylinder 6 and driving the heating cylinder 18 to rotate by the second motor 16, and the angle and the position can be adjusted according to the actual condition of the affected part of the patient; the fumigating device can be moved to the rear part of the cushion 7 by driving the rotating device again, the lifting of the cushion 7 is not influenced, and the flushing treatment of the patient through the flushing device is not influenced; pressurizing by a first pressurizing pump 19, inputting liquid medicine into the heating cylinder 18, heating, spraying steam outwards by a water mist spray head, and fumigating;
when the showering mode is used, the shielding cloth 29 is removed, the rotating device is driven again, the fumigating device is rotated to the rear of the cushion 7, the cushion 7 is lowered to the upper part of the showering device by driving the lifting device, the affected part is showered, and the showered wastewater flows into the receiving groove 2 and is treated in a centralized way;
preferably, the flexible flushing pipe can be freely extended into the body, and can flush the intestinal wall and the vaginal wall to discharge necrotic cancer cells in time; or the outer wall is showered by adopting the flushing nozzle 21.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An auxiliary fumigation-washing treatment device for radiotherapy of tumors is characterized by comprising a fumigation device, a washing device, a bottom plate (1) and a cushion (7) with a circular through groove in the middle; the cushion (7) is erected above the bottom plate (1) through a lifting device, and the lifting device drives the cushion (7) to move up and down;
the fumigation arrangement includes a heating cartridge (18); a steering rod (23) is arranged at the top of the bottom plate (1) and behind the seat cushion (7) through a rotating frame of a rotating device, and the rotating device drives the steering rod (23) to rotate; the top end of the steering rod (23) is transversely provided with an air cylinder (6), and the heating cylinder (18) is erected at the end part of a push rod of the air cylinder (6) through an angle adjusting device; the upper end of the heating cylinder (18) is communicated with a water mist spray head (15), and the lower end of the heating cylinder is communicated with a flexible pesticide conveying pipe (4) through a first booster pump (19); heating pipes are wound and distributed in the heating cylinder (18); rotating the water mist spray head (15) to the position below the circular through groove by rotating the steering rod (23) to fumigate;
the flushing device comprises a flushing piece; the flushing part is erected above the middle part of the bottom plate (1) through a rigid drug delivery pipe, and the rigid drug delivery pipe is communicated with the flushing part through a second booster pump (22).
2. An assisted fumigation therapy device for the radiation treatment of tumours according to claim 1, in which said irrigation member is a flexible irrigation tube (30), said rigid drug delivery tube being in communication with said irrigation tube (30) via said second booster pump (22); the flushing pipe (30) is provided with a plurality of through holes along the axial direction.
3. An auxiliary fumigation therapy device for the radiation treatment of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein said irrigation member is an irrigation nozzle (21), and said rigid drug delivery tube is in communication with said irrigation nozzle (21) through said second booster pump (22).

The assisted fumigation therapy device for radiation therapy of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein a medicine storage box (20) is fixedly arranged on the top of said bottom plate (1), and said medicine storage box (20) is arranged on the back of said cushion (7); the input ends of the flexible medicine conveying pipe (4) and the rigid medicine conveying pipe are communicated with the medicine storage box (20).

The assisted fumigation treatment device for radiation therapy of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein said lifting means comprises two sets of motor screw structures erected on both sides of said seat cushion (7), each set of said motor screw structures comprising a top plate (11), a polish rod (13) and a screw (12); two mounting plates (14) are fixedly arranged on two sides of the seat cushion (7); the polish rod (13) penetrates through one mounting plate (14) and is in sliding fit with the mounting plate (14); two ends of the polish rod (13) are respectively fixedly connected with the bottom of the top plate (11) and the top of the bottom plate (1); the lead screw (12) penetrates through the other mounting plate (14) and is in threaded fit with the mounting plate (14); two ends of the lead screw (12) are respectively and rotatably connected with the bottom of the top plate (11) and the top of the bottom plate (1); the top of the top plate (11) is fixedly provided with a first motor (10), and an output shaft of the first motor (10) is in transmission connection with the lead screw (12).
6. The assisted fumigation therapy device for radiation therapy of neoplasms of claim 1, wherein said angular adjustment means comprises a second motor (16); two frame plates (17) are fixedly arranged at the end part of the air cylinder (6), and two sides of the heating cylinder (18) are respectively and rotatably connected with the two frame plates (17) through rotating shafts; the second motor (16) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of one frame plate (17), and an output shaft of the second motor (16) is in transmission connection with one rotating shaft.

An assisted fumigation treatment device for the radiation treatment of tumours according to claim 1, characterised in that said rotation means comprise an L-shaped plate (26) and a third motor (27); a first belt wheel (24) is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the steering rod (23); the L-shaped plate (26) is inverted and fixedly arranged at the top of the bottom plate (1); the third motor (27) is fixedly arranged at the top of the L-shaped plate (26), and an output shaft of the third motor (27) penetrates through the L-shaped plate (26) and is fixedly connected with a second belt wheel; the first belt pulley (24) and the second belt pulley (24) are synchronized through a synchronous belt (25).
8. The auxiliary fumigation-washing treatment device for radiotherapy of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein handrails (8) are fixed on both ends of the top of the cushion (7), and a backrest (9) is fixed on the rear end of the top of the cushion (7); the space between the two top plates (11) and the bottom plate (1) and the periphery of the bottom plate (1) are covered by non-woven fabrics (28); the front surface of the non-woven fabric (28) is provided with a notch, and the notch is fixedly provided with a shielding fabric (29) through a magic tape.
9. The assisted fumigation therapy device for the radiation therapy of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top fixing frame of said bottom plate (1) is provided with a receiving groove (2); and a handle (3) is fixedly arranged at one end of the bearing groove (2).
10. The assisted fumigation therapy device for the radiation therapy of tumors as claimed in claim 1, wherein the middle of said flexible drug delivery tube (4) is fixed to the body of said steering rod (23) by a belt (5).
