The invention provides a nursing device for obstetrics and gynecology department, which aims to solve at least one technical problem in the prior art.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a nursing device for obstetrics and gynecology department comprises a supporting structure, a telescopic positioning mechanism and a nursing mechanism.
The supporting structure comprises a fixing frame, the front surface and the back surface of the upper surface of the fixing frame are fixedly connected with side plates, and four corners of the bottom of the fixing frame are in threaded connection with universal wheels.
Furthermore, the whole supporting structure is formed by the arranged fixing frame and the side plates, so that the whole nursing device is more stable, the universal wheels are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the fixing frame, the nursing device is convenient to move, and the practicability of the nursing device is improved.

Furthermore, the first connecting strip that sets up can remove about removing, drives the support tripod of being connected with it and removes when first connecting strip removes, and the middle part swing joint of the support tripod of setting can only control the support tripod and rotate around the middle part at the curb plate, makes the supporter of being connected through second connecting strip and support tripod can go up and down.
Wherein, nursing mechanism fixed connection is in the upper surface of flexible positioning mechanism.
Furthermore, the telescopic positioning mechanism is telescopic, so that the nursing mechanism arranged on the telescopic positioning mechanism can move up and down along with the telescopic positioning mechanism to control the height of the nursing mechanism, thereby being convenient for the lying-in women with different heights to use.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the inner wall of the fixing frame is movably connected with an air cylinder through a first connector, the outlet end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod, the outlet end of the telescopic rod is movably connected with a second connector through a U-shaped connector, the lower surface of the second connector is welded with a steel plate, and the lower surface of the steel plate is connected with the upper surface of the first connecting strip through threads.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, one end of the fixing frame, which is far away from the cylinder, is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, the upper surface of the mounting plate is in threaded connection with an inflator pump, and an air outlet of the inflator pump is provided with an air pipe.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the nursing mechanism comprises a bedstead, wherein two sides of the bedstead are uniformly provided with protruding connectors, two sides of the bedstead are provided with jacks, the inner sides of the protruding connectors are integrally connected with inserting columns, the inserting columns and the jacks are matched and slidably inserted, the side surface of the bedstead is provided with a locking bolt for fixing the protruding connectors, the inner side wall of each jack is provided with a limiting sliding groove, two sides of each inserting column are provided with limiting bulges matched with the limiting sliding grooves, the limiting bulges and the limiting sliding grooves are mutually limited and slidably arranged, a bed head part of the bedstead is fixedly connected with a protective cover, and the bedstead, the protruding connectors and the protective cover are integrally formed.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first waist massage airbag and the second waist massage airbag are disposed on an upper surface of the first waist massage airbag, the pair of second fastening belts are disposed on a front surface of the first waist massage airbag, the two second waist massage airbags are disposed on an upper surface of the second waist massage airbag, and the first fastening belt is disposed on a rear surface of the second waist massage airbag.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the outer sides of the inner leg massage airbag, the outer leg massage airbag, the circular massage airbag, the first waist massage airbag, the back massage cushion, the head massage airbag, the first side waist massage airbag, the second side waist massage airbag and the second waist massage airbag are all provided with a raised airbag, the raised airbag is a structure that the middle is concave and the periphery is raised, the raised airbag is communicated with the massage airbag connected with the raised airbag through a connecting mechanism, the outer surface of the raised airbag is provided with a convex massage contact point at a position contacting with a human body, and the raised airbag is one of a circular airbag, an oval airbag, a rectangular airbag or a strip airbag.
As a preferable proposal of the invention, the connecting mechanism comprises a channel communicated between the convex air bag and the massage air bag, the convex air bag comprises an upper layer surface and a lower layer surface, the upper layer surface and the lower layer surface are mutually attached at the concave part in the middle of the convex air bag to form an attaching part, the upper layer surface and the lower layer surface are provided with vent holes at the interlayer of the joint part, the channel is internally provided with an internal thread pipe fitting, the side wall of the internal thread pipe fitting, which is positioned at the vent hole, is provided with an opening, two ends of the internal thread pipe fitting penetrate through the channel, and one end of the internal thread pipe fitting positioned in the massage air bag is provided with a flange which is propped against the inner layer of the massage air bag, the other end of the internal thread pipe fitting is in threaded connection with a gland, the gland is in a hat shape, and the outer edge of the gland and the flange on the internal thread pipe fitting are mutually compressed and fixed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

(4) When the raised air bag is not required to be inflated for strengthening massage, the pressing cover is screwed and is extruded towards the flange, so that the opening and the vent hole can be extruded and sealed, and gas is prevented from entering the raised air bag through the opening and the vent hole; when the protruding air bag needs to be inflated to enhance the massage, the pressing cover is loosened to enable the pressing cover to be loosened from the flange, the opening and the vent hole can be communicated, air enters the protruding air bag through the opening and the vent hole, the protruding air bag is inflated to expand, the effect of enhancing the massage is achieved, and the local portion can be enhanced to be massaged.

The supporting structure 1 comprises a fixing frame 101, the front surface and the back surface of the upper surface of the fixing frame 101 are fixedly connected with side plates 102, and four corners of the bottom of the fixing frame 101 are in threaded connection with universal wheels 2.
Further, whole bearing structure 1 has been constituteed to mount 101 and the side board 102 that sets up, makes whole nursing device more firm, sets up universal wheel 2 in the bottom four corners of mount 101, has also made things convenient for nursing device's removal, increases nursing device's practicality.

Furthermore, the telescopic positioning mechanism 9 is telescopic, so that the nursing mechanism 10 arranged on the telescopic positioning mechanism can move up and down along with the telescopic positioning mechanism to control the height of the nursing mechanism 10, thereby being convenient for puerperas with different heights to use.
Specifically, the inner wall of the fixing frame 101 is movably connected with a cylinder 4 through a first connector 3, an outlet end of the cylinder 4 is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod 5, an outlet end of the telescopic rod 5 is movably connected with a second connector 7 through a U-shaped connector 6, a steel plate 8 is welded on the lower surface of the second connector 7, and the lower surface of the steel plate 8 is connected with the upper surface of the first connecting strip 901 through threads.
In a further embodiment, the cylinder 4 is arranged on the inner wall of the fixing frame 101 through the first connector 3, and can be extended and retracted through the telescopic rod 5 connected with the cylinder 4, the second connector 7 is arranged at the outlet end of the telescopic rod 5 through the U-shaped connector 6, and the first connector 901 connected with the steel plate 8 can be controlled to move to drive the telescopic positioning mechanism 9 to extend and retract.
Specifically, one end of the fixing frame 101, which is far away from the cylinder 4, is fixedly connected with a mounting plate 23, the upper surface of the mounting plate 23 is in threaded connection with an inflator 24, and an air outlet of the inflator 24 is provided with an air pipe 25.
In a further embodiment, the mounting plate 23 is arranged at an end of the fixing frame 101 far away from the cylinder 4, and the inflator 24 can be arranged thereon, and the air bag arranged on the nursing mechanism 10 is controlled to shrink by cooperating with the air pipe 25, so as to massage and relax the parturient.
Specifically, nursing mechanism 10 includes bedstead 1001, the both sides of bedstead 1001 evenly are provided with protruding joint 1002, open the both sides of bedstead 1001 has jack 1004, the inboard body coupling of protruding joint 1002 has inserted post 1005, it pegs graft to match each other to slide between post 1005 and the jack 1004, the side of bedstead 1001 is provided with the locking bolt that is used for fixed protruding joint 1002, be provided with spacing spout 1006 on the inside wall of jack 1004, the both sides of inserting post 1005 are provided with spacing spout 1006 assorted spacing arch 1007, spacing arch 1007 and spacing spout 1006 spacing slip setting each other between, the head of a bed part fixedly connected with protection casing 1003 of bedstead 1001, protruding joint 1002 and protection casing 1003 integrated into one piece.

The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
