The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the invention is used, an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 7 and an illuminating lamp 8 slide forwards to the upper end of a knife handle 1 along a first sliding groove 6 through a second sliding block 30, fingers hold an arc-shaped groove on the surface of a fixed module 4, a knife edge 2 is pulled out outwards, the knife handle 1 is held by hands to carry out hepatobiliary surgery, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 7 and the illuminating lamp 8 are switched on through a switch to play a role in sterilizing and illuminating the surgical site in real time and improve the surgical efficiency, the knife edge 2 is taken into a containing groove 20 through a rotating shaft after the surgery is finished, a groove 3 and an elastic lug 21 are mutually clamped and limited to avoid the knife edge 2 from sliding out to influence the surgery, then an electric coagulation knife 10 clamped and connected at the bottom end of the knife handle 1 is used for hemostasis, an electric coagulation hemostasis knife head 12 can be popped out by sliding a first sliding block 11 to carry out the electric coagulation hemostasis by the hemostatic powder placed in a medicine box, accelerating wound healing and enhancing resistance, forward pressing the pressing plate 15 to rotate through the rotating shaft to be attached to the surface of the stop block 33, driving the connecting rod 32 to move backwards to enable the sealing gasket 24 to be separated from the medicine outlet 17, enabling hemostatic powder to spill out from the medicine outlet 17 to stop bleeding on a wound, connecting the two ends of the rotating sealing plate 31 with the pressing plate 15 and the medicine box 13 through the rotating shaft respectively, rotating the pressing plate 15 to drive the rotating sealing plate 31 to rotate to avoid waste caused by spilling of medicine powder, inwards pressing the switch 5 to enable the bolt 27 on the surface of the connecting block 26 to be separated from the slot 19 through extruding the reset spring 28, so that the medicine box 13 and the electric coagulation knife 10 can be pulled out outwards, the medicine box 13 and the electric coagulation knife 10 can be conveniently mounted, dismounted and replaced, the limit block 18 is inserted into the clamping groove 9 to release the switch 5, the bolt 27 is reset through the reset spring 28 to easily limit the limit, make spacing ring 22 and spacing groove 23 break away from through outwards unscrewing lid 16, supply the inside powder of medicine box 13, need slide sterilamp 7, light 8 to the bottom of handle of a knife 1 through a spout 6 before stanching, rotate sterilamp 7, light 8 through damping pivot 29 and make it shine to the wound, guarantee that the wound cleanliness factor improves operation precision and success rate.

The multifunctional hemostat for hepatobiliary surgery according to claim 1, wherein: a second sliding groove (25) used for sliding of the switch (5) is formed in the handle (1), one end of the switch (5) is fixedly connected with a connecting block (26), the outer surface of the connecting block (26) is elastically connected with three return springs (28) at equal intervals, and the inner surface of the connecting block (26) is fixedly connected with a bolt (27) connected with a limiting block (18) in an inserting mode.
