Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural view of a meniscal threading device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The meniscal threading device 100 includes, for example, a first puncture 10 and a second puncture 20. The first piercing section 10 is hingedly connected to the second piercing section 20.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, one end of the first puncturing part 10 is provided with a first puncturing end 11, a first routing channel 12 is disposed in the first puncturing part 10, and the first puncturing end 11 is provided with a first opening communicating with the first routing channel 12; one end of the second piercing portion 20 is provided with a second piercing end 21, a second routing channel 22 is provided in the second piercing portion 20, and the first piercing end 11 is provided with a second opening 23 communicated with the second routing channel 22. Wherein the first opening is arranged opposite to the second opening 23. For example, when the first puncturing part 10 and the second puncturing part 20 are moved to make the first puncturing end 11 and the second puncturing end 21 match with each other, the first opening and the second opening 23 are aligned and connected at this time, so that the first routing channel 12 and the second routing channel 22 are communicated, and a routing channel having the first opening and the second opening 23 is formed.
Preferably, the first piercing end 11 is provided with a first piercing inclined plane 111, the first opening is opened on the first piercing inclined plane 111, and the end of the first piercing inclined plane 111 is of a tip structure; in contrast, the second piercing end 21 is provided with a second piercing plane 211, and the second opening 23 is opened in the second piercing plane 211. When the first puncture end 11 and the second puncture end 21 are correspondingly matched, the first puncture end 11 can be partially inserted into the second puncture end 21, so that the first opening is sleeved in the second opening 23.
For example, the tip structure of the inclined plane of the first puncture end 11 makes it convenient to arrange in the process of puncturing the meniscus the soft tissue structure of the meniscus, makes the whole puncturing process more labor-saving, and in the process of puncturing, because the end face of the second puncture end 21 is a plane structure, the plane structure corresponds the tearing position of the meniscus sets up, plays the effect of supporting, stable position, is convenient for the tip structure of the inclined plane is puncturing the in-process of the meniscus, can not make the meniscus threading device 100 relative the phenomenon of skidding appears in the meniscus.
With reference to fig. 3 and 4, for example, the second piercing end 21 is further provided with a second piercing slant surface 212, and the second piercing slant surface 212 is disposed in the second opening 23, that is, the second routing channel 22 sequentially communicates the second piercing slant surface 212 and the second piercing plane 211. The second inclined piercing surface 212 and the first inclined piercing surface 111 have the same inclination direction, and when the first piercing end 11 and the second piercing end 21 are correspondingly connected in a matching manner, the first inclined piercing surface 111 and the second inclined piercing surface 212 are attached to each other. For example, the third opening formed on the second puncture slant surface 212 is greater than or equal to the first opening, and the first puncture slant surface 111 can be completely attached to the second puncture slant surface 212, at this time, the first opening completely falls onto the third opening, so that the suture thread can smoothly enter the second routing channel 22 from the first opening. Thereby avoiding partial misalignment of the first opening and the third opening, so that the suture thread is blocked by the second puncture bevel 212, which is not beneficial to the routing of the suture thread; in addition, the shape and size of the end surfaces of the first puncture bevel 111 and the second puncture bevel 212 can be kept consistent, so that the relative movement of the first puncture bevel 111 on the second puncture bevel 212 is limited.
Further, the second piercing portion 20 is provided with a viewing port 24 communicating with the second routing channel 22. Wherein, the observation port 24 is communicated with the second routing channel 22. For example, when the first piercing end 11 is connected to the second piercing end 21, the suture can be transmitted from the first routing channel 12 to the first opening, then enter the second opening 23 and the second routing channel 22, and finally exit the viewing port 24. In the process, an operator can observe the suture line to come out from the observation port 24, so that the success of the suture line routing is confirmed, and the suture line is prevented from being wound in the routing channel and being incapable of being judged in time, and the suture process of the meniscus is prevented from being influenced.
