Description

Supplementary position device of putting of heart ultrasonic examination
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary equipment for cardiac ultrasonic examination, in particular to an auxiliary body position placing device for cardiac ultrasonic examination.
Background
Ultrasonic examination uses ultrasonic waves to transmit in the human body, and displays the reflection and attenuation rules of various organs and tissues in the body to the ultrasonic waves through an oscillographic screen to diagnose diseases. Ultrasonic examination is widely applied, such as cardiovascular cavity disease ultrasonic diagnosis, gynecological ultrasonic diagnosis, thoracoabdominal ultrasonic diagnosis and craniocerebral ultrasonic diagnosis. When the heart ultrasonic examination is carried out, the examinee usually needs to lie down, the examinee transmits ultrasonic waves to the human body through the instrument, reflected waves which are induced back are input into a computer instrument, the image processing is carried out, the produced image is used as the basis of diagnosis, the existing ultrasonic examination bed is of a simple bed body structure, a disposable bed sheet is laid on the bed sheet, which is used for ensuring the sanitation and tidiness of the patient, it takes a lot of time to adjust the lying posture of the patient, and after the posture is adjusted, the patient can be checked, some old patients cannot independently complete the action in the posture adjustment process, and need the assistance of medical care personnel, so the examination time is further increased, in some large hospitals, patients queue more, and the efficiency of ultrasonic examination can be greatly improved when the examination time is saved a little.
The traditional cardiac ultrasonic examination bed is composed of a bed board, bed legs and other parts, and is used for enabling a patient to lie on the bed board so as to be convenient for a doctor to carry out cardiac ultrasonic examination on the patient, the traditional cardiac ultrasonic examination bed is very limited in function and often cannot meet certain special requirements in the cardiac ultrasonic examination, for example, the patient often needs to lie on one side during examination, and needs to lie on one side at different angles with the bed board so as to carry out comprehensive cardiac ultrasonic examination, but the patient rotates the body angle by himself in the current examination, or an assistant helps the patient to rotate the body, the operation is troublesome, the patient is inconvenient for a lot of old people and particularly heavy patients, meanwhile, male nurses equipped in hospitals at present are few, and most female nurses often have no worry when facing patients with larger body types. And the patient is difficult to keep lying on one's side all the time when the inspection, easily produces and rocks or squints, influences the going on of color ultrasound inspection, and the angle of slope is difficult to guarantee unanimously. This not only increases the examination time, has influenced the efficiency of hospital's inspection, and the inspection that still can influence patient feels thereby causes certain influence to the inspection result. Meanwhile, in the examination process, the patient needs to expose at least the upper half of the body of the patient to fully expose the examination part, and the patient lying on the cardiac ultrasonic examination bed is easily interfered by temperature to influence the examination result, for example, in winter with cold temperature, the patient with the exposed upper half of the body can feel cold or even cause cold in the examination process, and in summer with hot weather, the rise of the surface temperature of the cardiac ultrasonic examination bed caused by the examination of the previous patient can influence the body feeling of the next patient in the examination process, thereby influencing the emotion of the next patient.
CN 2514797 discloses a cardiac ultrasonic examining table, which is improved and realized on the basis of the examining table in the prior art, and comprises a bed board, and is characterized in that the bed board is thicker, a groove in the shape of the patient lying on side is longitudinally arranged in the center of the bed board, and the bottom undulation of the groove corresponds to the lying side of the patient when lying on side. The utility model discloses an inspection bed puts out the correct position that accords with the inspection requirement to patient and has good suggestion effect, to receiving poor patient do slightly guide can, it is also very easy to put out the correct position for patients such as inconvenient, hemiplegia, severe case, convenient saving trouble saves time. However, the examination bed disclosed in the patent is suitable for patients who only need side-lying examination, but is not suitable for some patients who need to adjust different inclination degrees according to examination purposes, and has no good adaptability for patients with different body sizes because the grooves of the bed plate are fixedly arranged.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the applicant has studied a great deal of literature and patents when making the present invention, but the disclosure is not limited thereto and the details and contents thereof are not listed in detail, it is by no means the present invention has these prior art features, but the present invention has all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art and solving the problems of the placing position and the temperature body feeling of a patient in the heart ultrasonic examination process, the invention aims to provide the auxiliary placing position device for the heart ultrasonic examination, so that the patient can be rapidly and autonomously placed in a correct position without the assistance of external manpower according to the guidance of a mechanical structure and/or the guidance of temperature gradient under the condition of good examination body feeling.
The invention provides an auxiliary body position placing device for cardiac ultrasonic examination, which comprises a bed plate for bearing a patient in the cardiac ultrasonic examination process. The bed board comprises a fixed bed board and a movable bed board. One side of the movable bed board is movably connected with the fixed bed board. At least one part of the surface of the movable bed board contacting with the human body is provided with a second groove. The second groove is used for guiding the patient to place the body position so as to be designed to fit the shape of the human body. The inner cavity area of the movable bed board is provided with a heat exchange liquid circulation pipeline. The heat exchange liquid circulating in the heat exchange liquid circulation pipeline can enable the temperature of the surface of the second groove to be different from the temperature of the surface of other areas of the bed plate. The temperature difference between the temperature of the surface of the second groove and the temperature of the surface of the other area of the bed plate can be at least perceived by human skin. Optionally, the temperature difference is at least greater than 1 degree celsius. When a patient lies on the bed plate, the patient can be placed into a correct position according to the temperature difference of the bed plate and the self-heating property/cooling property without spending extra attention and experience and professional knowledge.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: the auxiliary body position placing device for the cardiac ultrasonic examination is provided with a second groove for guiding the posture of the patient to place the body position in a mechanical structure mode, and adopts heat exchange liquid to carry out uneven heat exchange on the bed plate for guiding the posture of the patient to place the body position in a temperature difference mode. The heat exchange liquid can maintain the bed board (especially the movable bed board) in a temperature range suitable for human body to accept while generating temperature gradient on the surface of the bed board, thereby also avoiding the patient with naked body from cooling when the patient lies on the bed board in the cold day or heating when the patient is hot in the day, and leading the patient to finish the examination in the peaceful and quiet mood.
The heat exchange liquid circulation pipeline is at least arranged in a snake shape or a Z shape in the inner cavity area of the movable bed plate corresponding to the second groove, so that the heat exchange area is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange liquid is improved. The surface of the movable bed board on the side contacting with the human body at least leads the heat transfer coefficient of the surface of the second groove to be higher than that of the surfaces of other areas. The surface of the second groove gets or gives more heat so that the temperature gradient of the surface of the bed plate is more pronounced.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: through improving the heat transfer efficiency in the second groove area, more heat can be transferred between the surface of the second groove area and the heat exchange liquid, and the other areas of the movable bed board except the second groove almost do not transfer heat with the heat exchange liquid, so that a temperature gradient with larger span and more obvious is formed on the bed board, particularly on the movable bed board, and the correct body position can be independently and rapidly placed according to the larger temperature difference of the bed board by means of the heat tendency of the human body during cold day and the cold tendency of the human body during hot day.
The movable bed board is positioned in a first groove reserved on the fixed bed board under the condition that the patient is in a lying position. The movable bed board is connected with the fixed bed board through a rotating shaft at the movable connection part. The movable bed board can rotate around the rotating shaft in the direction of increasing the included angle of the movable bed board and the fixed bed board at the movable connection part under the condition that the turnover mechanism operates. The rotation of the movable bed board can ensure that the patient can turn over the body and be in a lateral lying position without other manual assistance. The turnover mechanism can quantitatively control the change of the included angle of the movable bed board and the fixed bed board at the movable connection position. The movable bed board can be driven by the turnover mechanism to adjust and maintain the patient to a body position corresponding to the side lying angle required by the examination item. The turnover mechanism can at least make the movable bed board be lifted at a side different from the rotating shaft through a mechanical structure including but not limited to an air bag or a screw rod or a piston rod so as to realize the turnover of the movable bed board around the rotating shaft.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: when the inspection of the position of lying on one's side is carried out to patient in needs, this technical scheme can realize the upset of activity bed board through tilting mechanism's external force to the upset of the patient that drives to lie on the bed board and the maintenance of the position of lying on one's side are accomplished to the upset that does not have the condition of other manpower assistance, in the hospital that general male nurse is scarce at present, the time that the position of putting consumes when can shortening the inspection, when accelerating the inspection efficiency of hospital by a wide margin, also make patient have better inspection experience.
The inlet/outlet of the heat-exchanging liquid circulation pipeline arranged in the inner cavity area of the movable bed board is respectively connected with the inlet/outlet of the heat-exchanging liquid recoverer. At least one of the heat exchange liquid circulation pipeline and the heat exchange liquid recoverer is provided with an outlet pipeline. The outlet pipe is used for leading out heat exchange liquid. The patient can use the heat-exchange liquid in the preset temperature range of the heat-exchange liquid to scrub the couplant coated on the checked part. The heat exchange liquid recoverer is connected with at least one temperature sensor for monitoring the ambient temperature and/or the surface temperature of the movable bed plate. The heat exchange liquid recoverer can heat or cool the heat exchange liquid according to the temperature requirement of a doctor/a patient and/or the monitored temperature and the temperature difference.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: the heat exchange liquid can be used for carrying heat and exchanging heat with the bed plate, and can be led out through the arranged outlet pipeline so as to enable a patient to scrub a couplant smeared on the body in the examination process, and the heat exchange liquid with proper and constant temperature is used for replacing tap water changing along with the ambient temperature to clean the body, so that discomfort caused by stimulation when the body of the patient (especially the patient with heart problems) contacts liquid with improper temperature (such as cold water in winter) can be well avoided. Meanwhile, the temperature of the heat exchange liquid can be adjusted in an automatic and/or manual mode so as to adapt to different conditions and different requirements.
The detachable bed sheet made of high heat transfer coefficient material is laid on the surface of one side of the movable bed plate contacting with the human body. The used sheet is replaced with a new sheet before a different patient begins an examination. The bed sheet can be removed after the patient examination is completed. The detached sheet can be used to tap heat exchange liquid at the outlet conduit to scrub the couplant. The bed sheet has a high absorption capacity for the heat exchange liquid. Alternatively, the sheet may be disassembled into at least two parts, one of which can be used as a scrubbing section for receiving the heat exchange liquid to scrub the body and the other of which can be used as a drying section for drying the body after scrubbing.
The technical scheme has the advantages that: the bed sheet is replaced before each patient is examined so as to ensure the sanitation and health safety of the patient with a naked body in the examination process and avoid the possible cross infection caused by the direct contact of different patients with the same bed plate. The replaced bed sheet can also be used for collecting the led-out heat exchange liquid to scrub the body so as to achieve secondary utilization, and when the bed sheet is a disposable detachable bed sheet, the bed sheet can also be detached to respectively complete the scrubbing and drying work. Compared with the prior art that a large number of paper towels are adopted to wipe the couplant, the technical scheme has the advantages that the changed bed sheet is secondarily utilized to wipe the couplant so as to avoid the waste of the large number of paper towels, and the bed sheet can complete at least two tasks under the condition of being split so as to achieve the maximum utilization effect of secondary utilization.
In addition, the auxiliary body position placing device disclosed by the invention can be used for cardiac ultrasonic examination and can also be suitable for various medical ultrasonic examination items.

Detailed Description
Referring now to the drawings, fig. 1 is a schematic view of a slat 100 with a tilting mechanism 200 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion of fig. 1. The auxiliary posture placing device at least comprises a bed board 100 for enabling a patient to lie, the cross section of the bed board 100 can be in a rectangular shape or a shape similar to the rectangular shape and provided with long and short sides, the length of the long side of the bed board 100 can be set to be larger than the height of most of patients, the width of the short side of the bed board 100 can be set to be larger than the shoulder width (shoulder peak width) or hip width (large trochanter width) of most of patients, and therefore the bed board 100 can be guaranteed to accommodate patients with different physiques to smoothly complete examination.
In a case where the patient lies down on the bed plate 100, a direction parallel to the long side of the bed plate 100 and directed toward the feet by the head of the patient is defined as a first direction (i.e., x-direction), a direction perpendicular to the first direction, coplanar on a plane parallel to the bed plate 100 with the first direction and directed toward the right shoulder by the left shoulder of the patient is defined as a second direction (i.e., y-direction), and a direction perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction and directed toward the chest by the back of the patient is defined as a third direction (i.e., z-direction).
The side of the top end of the bed board 100 in the third direction, which can be contacted with the body of the patient, is the surface of the bed board 100. At least a partial region of bed board 100 sets up to not receive the external action and arouse the fixed bed board 100 that rotates and/or turn over a phenomenon such as book, and fixed bed board 100 can set up the guardrail 104 that has a certain height in the third direction in bed board 100 long limit both sides in order to prevent that patient from rolling off from bed board 100 and can make patient's power of borrowing one's strength rise, wherein, the length of at least one side guardrail 104 in the both sides guardrail 104 on the first direction can set up the length that is less than the long limit of bed board to patient can get on or off the bed in breach department. A first groove 105 for movably connecting the movable bed plate 102 is reserved in a partial area of the fixed bed plate 101, and a side edge of the movable bed plate 102 in the first direction can be hinged to the fixed bed plate 101, so that the change of the included angle between the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101 can be realized by lifting or lowering the position of the other side of the movable bed plate 102 different from the hinged side in the third direction. Preferably, an externally applied push-pull force is applied to opposite sides of the hinged connection of the deck 102. Under the condition that patient lies flat in the bed board, along with activity bed board 102 is around articulated side in order keeping away from the upset of fixed bed board 101, the right side of patient's health is bigger than the displacement volume of its left side in the third direction to make patient can realize the upset left of health under the condition that does not rely on manpower to assist, thereby satisfy the left side angle of lying that different inspection purposes required. After the patient completes the examination of the left side lying position, along with the turning of the movable bed plate 102 around the hinged side in a manner of being close to the fixed bed plate 101, the right side of the body of the patient is larger than the displacement amount of the left side of the body of the patient in the opposite direction of the third direction, so that the patient can turn right without depending on the assistance of manpower, and the patient returns to the position lying on the bed plate.
The turnover process of the movable bed plate 102 is completed by a turnover mechanism 200 arranged at the bottom of the movable bed plate, and the turnover mechanism 200 can be realized by various devices capable of lifting one end of the movable bed plate 102, such as an air bag, a screw rod or a piston rod. Preferably, the turnover mechanism 200 can control the lifting height of the movable bed plate 102 or the included angle between the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101 to control the lateral lying angle of the patient, so as to meet the requirements of different examination inclination angles. In addition, a detachable disposable or recyclable sheet 103 may be laid on at least a partial area of the movable bed plate 102 on the bed plate and replaced with a new disposable sheet 103 or a cleaned and sterilized recyclable sheet 103 after each patient has completed the examination, wherein the size of the sheet 103 needs to be matched and customized according to the size of the bed plate (especially the movable bed plate 102) to avoid the occurrence of inconvenience in which the sheet 103 is sandwiched in the first groove 105 between the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101 after the movable bed plate 102 has completed the inversion of the inversion mechanism 200, etc. in order to detach the used sheet 103.
In one embodiment, the turnover mechanism 200 primarily accomplishes the turnover of the movable bed plate 102 by means of air bags. The first groove 105, which is recessed along the direction opposite to the third direction, on the fixed bed board 101 is not in contact with the movable bed board 102, so that a cavity for storing an air bag exists between the fixed bed board 101 and the movable bed board 102, wherein the air bag is connected with an air pump arranged on the fixed bed board 101 through an air inlet pipe so that the air pump can inflate the air bag when the air pump is in a working state, and therefore a patient lying on the bed board can be lifted up by the inflated air bag along with one end of the movable bed board 102 to turn over and lie on the side. The air bag is also provided with an electromagnetic valve for deflation when the user needs to return to the lying position. A plurality of springs can be arranged in the air bag and used for providing elastic tension to accelerate the contraction of the air bag during the deflation and contraction of the air bag. Although the inflation amount of the air pump and the expansion volume of the air bag have a certain proportional relationship, under various influence factors such as the shape uncertainty of the air bag and the breakage rate of long-term use, the air bag as the core component of the turnover mechanism 200 cannot well control the included angle between the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101, so that the lateral angle of the patient cannot reach the expected angle, thereby affecting the examination effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the turnover mechanism 200 mainly achieves the turnover of the movable bed plate 102 through a screw or a hydraulic column, wherein the screw and the piston rod both move the lifting rod 201 movably connected with the movable bed plate 102 in the third direction or the reverse direction of the third direction so as to drive the movable bed plate 102 to be raised or lowered. The bottom of activity bed board 102 is equipped with the slide rail 202 of inside sliding connection pulley 203, and pulley 203 both sides are passed through pivot 204 and are connected with the top rotation of lifter 201 to when can guaranteeing that lifter 201 moves in the third direction or the anti-direction of third direction, pulley 203 that lifter 201 top is connected can move on slide rail 202 so that activity bed board 102 is raised thereupon or is reduced, thereby has still avoided the friction damage. The screw and the piston rod are different in the displacement driving manner of the lifter 201. The lifting rod 201 of the screw rod is composed of an adjusting sleeve and an adjusting screw rod matched with the adjusting sleeve in a threaded manner, a rotating gear capable of driving the adjusting screw rod to rotate clockwise/anticlockwise is arranged at the bottom end of the adjusting screw rod in the direction opposite to the third direction, the clockwise/anticlockwise rotation of the rotating gear is completed by driving a driving gear meshed with the rotating gear through a motor, and therefore the lifting height of the lifting rod 201 can be controlled only by setting the rotating speed and the rotating time of the motor, and the turnover of the movable bed plate 102 at a specific angle is completed; the bottom end of the lifting rod 201 of the piston rod in the reverse direction of the third direction is connected with the cylinder, the lifting rod 201 moves in the reverse direction of the third direction or the reverse direction of the third direction through pressurization or decompression of the cylinder, so that the lifting height of the lifting rod 201 can be quantitatively controlled through quantitative pressurization or decompression of the cylinder, and the turnover of the movable bed plate 102 at a specific angle is completed. In addition, the auxiliary posture placing device can also be provided with an angle sensor 205 on the rotating shaft 204 at the hinged part of the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101 so as to measure and/or calibrate the overturning angle. Since the count is increased when the angle sensor 205 is rotated in one direction and the count is decreased when the rotation direction is changed, the angle sensor 205 may be set to take the angle between the movable bed plate 102 and the fixed bed plate 101 as 0 as the initial position; the number of the times is increased when the included angle is increased by rotating the movable bed plate 102 in the direction away from the fixed bed plate 101; the count decreases when the movable bed plate 102 is rotated in a direction to approach the fixed bed plate 101 so that the included angle thereof decreases. Angle sensor 205 can measure the angle at least in the case that turnover mechanism 200 cannot quantitatively control the turnover angle through mechanical characteristics to determine whether turnover mechanism 200 is on or off, and can calibrate the angle in the case that turnover mechanism 200 can quantitatively control the turnover angle through mechanical characteristics to prevent errors and/or deviations of mechanical structures in turnover mechanism 200 during long-term operation.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a heat exchange mechanism 300 in a preferred embodiment of the present invention. In a preferred embodiment, at least a portion of the movable bed plate 102 is provided with a second groove 106 that is recessed in a direction opposite to the third direction, so that the patient can quickly find the correct posture according to the contour of the second groove 106 when he/she lies on the bed plate. The second groove 106 also prevents the patient from sliding down the deck 102 due to the increase of the inclination angle when the deck 102 is in the tilted state. The shape of the second groove 106 viewed along the third direction may be an ellipse or a rectangle or a long bar or a pedestrian outline, etc., wherein the ellipse is shown in fig. 3.
Since cardiac ultrasound examinations generally require that the patient is sufficiently exposed to the examination site, i.e. that the waist is not covered by clothing, in particular the front thoracic region. A patient with at least an exposed upper body may thus be cold when the weather is cold (e.g. winter) and/or hot when the weather is hot (e.g. summer) when lying on the bed plate. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, the auxiliary posture placing device is provided with a heat exchanging mechanism 300, wherein the heat exchanging mechanism 300 is provided with a heat exchanging liquid circulating channel for circulating the heat exchanging liquid, and a main heat exchanging area of the heat exchanging liquid circulating channel is arranged in at least one part of the area of the inner cavity of the movable bed plate 102 in a serpentine or zigzag manner, etc. which can increase the heat exchanging area, so that the heat exchanging liquid can have better heat exchanging efficiency. Preferably, the heat exchange liquid circulation pipe 301 is at least arranged in the inner cavity area of the movable bed plate 102 corresponding to the second groove 106 in a serpentine or zigzag manner, which can increase the heat exchange area; the heat transfer coefficient of the surface of the second groove 106 is at least higher than the heat transfer coefficient of other areas of the movable bed plate 102. By adopting at least one of the two preferable embodiments, the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange liquid in the second groove 106 area can be higher, more heat can be transferred between the surface of the second groove 106 and the heat exchange liquid, so that the temperature gradient which can be felt by the skin of a human body on the surface of the bed board is more obvious, and a patient can be placed into a correct position according to the larger temperature difference of the bed board and the self heat/cold characteristics without spending extra attention and experience and professional knowledge when lying on the bed board. Further, in order to make the heat exchange liquid have better heat exchange efficiency, at least the bed sheet 103 laid on the second groove 106 of the movable bed board 102 is made of a material with better heat transfer performance. The inlet/outlet of the heat-exchange liquid circulation channel is connected to the inlet/outlet of the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302, so that the heat-exchange liquid flowing out of the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302 exchanges heat with the movable bed plate 102 when flowing through the heat-exchange liquid circulation channel, and then returns to the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302 for recycling, wherein when the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302 recycles the heat-exchange liquid, a temperature threshold value can be set in advance according to the environmental temperature at the moment, the surface temperature of the movable bed plate 102 and other factors, so that the heat-exchange liquid is heated/cooled in the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302 to reach the temperature threshold value. For example, the temperature sensor 303 for collecting the ambient temperature and/or the surface temperature of the movable ship plate is arranged on the bed plate, and the heat exchange liquid is heated or cooled according to the relationship between the temperature collected by the temperature sensor 303 and the temperature range suitable for the contact of the human body, so that patients who are examined at different moments in the future can have good body feeling and relaxed and pleasant mood, and the deviation of the examination result caused by negative emotion generated by poor body feeling is avoided. In addition, the heat-exchange liquid recoverer 302 can also meet different requirements by receiving a temperature increase/decrease instruction according to actual requirements of doctors and/or patients. The heat exchange liquid is preferably water which is less expensive to obtain and safer than other types of liquids. Under the condition that water or liquid with similar properties is used as heat exchange liquid, the heat exchange liquid circulation channel and/or the heat exchange liquid recoverer 302 can be provided with an outlet pipeline 304 which is provided with a valve and leads to the cleaning pool, so that a patient can conveniently use water with proper temperature to wipe off couplant for inspection after the inspection is finished, the couplant coated on the inspection part of the patient can not be well cleaned off without matched cleaning equipment, the couplant is attached to the body of the patient for a long time to cause reactions such as allergy and the like, and meanwhile, the inspection experience comfort level of the patient is improved, so that the nervous and excited mood of the patient is further relieved. Alternatively, the material of the detachable sheet 103 can be designed to be highly absorbent to the heat-exchange liquid, so that the patient can detach the sheet 103 after completing the examination to take the heat-exchange liquid from the outlet pipe 304 to scrub the body. Further, the sheet 103 can be separated into two parts, wherein one part is used for scrubbing the couplant in a state of being wetted by the heat exchange liquid, and the other part is used for scrubbing the scrubbed inspection part in a relatively dry state so as to prevent the clothes to be worn from being wetted.
Fig. 4 is a partial structural schematic view of the auxiliary posture-placing device of the present invention. As the heart ultrasonic examination generally needs the patient to properly lie on the bed plate of the auxiliary body position placing device with proper height in a natural, relaxed and quiet state, the bed plate provides supporting force in the third direction by the supporting legs 401 symmetrically distributed at the four corners of the bed plate, and the top ends of the supporting legs 401 in the third direction are in matched connection with the adjusting holes arranged at the bottom parts of the four corners of the bed plate in the opposite direction of the third direction. Further, the number and the installation position of the support legs 401 are not necessarily limited to four support legs 401 installed at four corners of the bed board, and it is enough to ensure that the auxiliary posture placing device can stably and balancedly support the patient after the support legs 401 are installed according to the shape of the bed board. For example, a supporting leg 401 is added at the center of a connecting line of two corners of the adjacent sides of the bed board, and a supporting leg 401 is also added at the position of the bed board symmetrically corresponding to the center, so that the bed board can ensure the safety of bearing a patient under the supporting action of six supporting legs 401. A limiting plate can be arranged at the position, where the adjusting hole is formed, of the top end of the supporting leg 401. The height that the bed board of supplementary posture device of putting needs to adjust its correspondence in the face of the patient of different sizes in order that the doctor accomplishes the inspection better, when the bed board was translated along third direction or the opposite direction of third direction, the top of supporting leg 401 can move in order to adapt to the translation of bed board in relative position ground in the regulation hole. The translation of the bed board along the third direction or the reverse direction of the third direction can be completed by means of the lifting mechanism 400 arranged on the mounting plate 402 so as to satisfy that various patients can lie on the bed board with the proper height matched with the body types of the patients, wherein the mounting plate 402 is arranged on the supporting leg 401. The lifting mechanism 400 translates the bed plate in the third direction or the reverse direction of the third direction to reach the required height through the joint operation of the jacking cylinder 403 for providing thrust and the X-shaped crane 404 for supporting. The jacking cylinder 403 and the X-shaped lifting frame 404 are jointly arranged between the lifting upper top plate 405 and the lifting lower top plate 406, wherein the lifting lower top plate 406 is connected with the mounting plate 402 so that the reaction force in the operation process of the lifting mechanism 400 can be transmitted to the supporting legs 401 through the mounting plate 402 to complete the distribution of the action force, the lifting upper top plate 405 can be directly connected with the bed plate so that the push-pull force generated by the lifting mechanism 400 directly acts on the bed plate and enables the bed plate to translate, and the lifting upper top plate 405 can also be indirectly connected to the bed plate through being connected to the damping mechanism 500 so that the influence of the lifting of the bed plate on a patient lying on the bed plate is reduced as much as possible to. The damping mechanism 500 is arranged above the lifting mechanism 400 in a third direction by connecting the damping bottom plate 502 to the lifting top plate 405, the damping top plate 501 of the damping mechanism 500 is connected to the bed plate so as to provide a buffering space for the bed plate, a plurality of groups of telescopic rods 503 with adjusting buffer springs and a plurality of groups of crank connecting rods 504 connected at the crankshafts through elastic members are arranged between the damping top plate 501 and the damping bottom plate 502 so as to weaken and/or disperse the acting force of the damping mechanism 500 at least from the third direction or the opposite direction of the third direction.
In order to facilitate the movement and fixation of hospital beds, the bottom ends of the auxiliary body position placing devices for cardiac ultrasound examination in the direction opposite to the third direction of all the supporting legs 401 can be provided with universal wheels 407 with brakes 408, so that the auxiliary body position placing devices for cardiac ultrasound examination can move in different directions. Under the condition that the auxiliary posture placing device for cardiac ultrasonic examination moves to the specified position, the brake 408 of the universal wheel 407 is opened to fix the auxiliary posture placing device for cardiac ultrasonic examination at the specified position, so that the sliding of the auxiliary posture placing device for cardiac ultrasonic examination during the examination process of a patient, particularly during the overturning process of the movable bed plate 102, is avoided.
