Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-winding rolling brush and a ground cleaning tool thereof; the anti-winding rolling brush comprises a hollow brush rod and a motor, wherein cleaning materials are arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the brush rod, the hollow brush rod is driven by the motor contained in the hollow brush rod, and two ends of the rolling brush are provided with supporting parts; the cleaning material moves relative to the supporting parts at the two ends of the rolling brush, and the supporting parts at the two ends of the rolling brush are axially attached to/extend into the cleaning material; the invention has simple structure and can effectively prevent sundries such as hair from entering and winding in the gap of the rolling brush.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning equipment, in particular to an anti-winding rolling brush and a ground cleaning tool thereof.
Background
Floor cleaning tools, in particular with a motor drive, are easy to pick up hairs during rotation, which become entangled in the roller body or into the driving gap, as a result of which the roller brush is worn out after a long-term use, since they require the motor to drive the roller brush in a rotational movement.
In the prior art, the hair winding is generally performed by scraping and peeling or increasing the diameter of a roller, and the hair entering a transmission mechanism cannot be effectively reduced.
To this end, we have developed an anti-tangling drum brush and a floor cleaning tool therefor.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an anti-winding rolling brush and a floor cleaning tool thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an anti-winding roller brush comprises a hollow brush rod and a motor, wherein a cleaning material is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the hollow brush rod, the hollow brush rod is driven by the motor contained in the hollow brush rod, and two ends of the roller brush are provided with supporting parts; the cleaning material is movable relative to the support portions at the two ends of the roller brush, and the support portions at the two ends of the roller brush are axially attached to/extend into the cleaning material.
Preferably, the radially extending highest point of the roller brush support portion is lower than the radially extending highest point of the cleaning material.
Preferably, the supporting part is sleeved with a bearing, and the bearing supports the hollow brush rod.
Preferably, at least one end of the support portion should also have a mechanism for electrical connection for controlling the driving of the motor.
Preferably, at least one end of the supporting part is provided with a limiting mechanism, so that the rolling brush can be conveniently taken and fixed.
Preferably, the cleaning material on the hollow brush bar is continuously and uniformly distributed.
Preferably, the floor cleaning tool comprises a body, wherein a cavity for accommodating the rolling brush is arranged on the body; the anti-winding rolling brush is arranged in the cavity, the floor cleaning tool is also provided with a cavity for accommodating the rolling brush and an air duct communicated with fluid, and the rolling brush is positioned at the upstream of the air duct.

Referring to fig. 1-2, an anti-wind rolling brush and a floor cleaning tool thereof; the rolling brush comprises a hollow brush rod 30 and a motor 29, wherein the hollow brush rod 30 is in a hollow cylindrical shape; the center of rotation of the hollow brush bar 30 coincides with the center of the motor 29; a cleaning material 37 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the hollow brush stick 30, the cleaning material 37 is not limited to cleaning objects such as lint, the hollow brush stick 30 is driven by a motor 29 accommodated inside the hollow brush stick 30, and both ends of the roll brush have supporting parts 35; the cleaning material 37 moves relative to the supporting parts 35 at the two ends of the roller brush, and the supporting parts 35 at the two ends of the roller brush are axially attached to or extend into the cleaning material 37, so that the structure formed by connecting the supporting parts 35 and the cleaning material 37 can prevent hairs and sundries from entering the gap of the roller brush; the radially extending highest point of the roller brush support 35 is lower than the radially extending highest point of the cleaning material 37; the supporting part 35 is sleeved with a bearing 38, and the bearing 38 supports the hollow brush rod 30 and enables the rolling brush to roll to clean the ground under the driving of the motor 29; at least one end of said support 35 should also have means for electrical connection for controlling the driving of the motor 29; at least one end of the supporting part 35 is provided with a limiting mechanism 39, so that the rolling brush can be conveniently taken and fixed; the cleaning material 37 on the hollow brush bar 30 is continuously and evenly distributed; the floor cleaning tool should also have a cavity containing the roller brush and a fluid communicating air duct, the roller brush being located upstream of the air duct.
Specifically, when the motor 29 starts to work, the hollow brush rod 30 rotates under the driving of the motor 29 and the bearing 38, the cleaning material 37 wrapped outside the hollow brush rod 30 cleans the ground, the sundries and dust on the bottom surface can adhere to the surface of the cleaning material 37 and rotate together, and the supporting part 35 is arranged, so that the cleaning material 37 can be effectively prevented from entering the gap of the roller brush, too much hair and sundries are prevented from being wound in the gap of the roller brush, and the rotation of the motor 29 is further influenced.
