As an embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting structure includes a screw rod 19 rotatably disposed in the pressure regulating cylinder 10 and a nut 18 engaged with the screw rod 19 through a thread pair, and the end of the loop bar 16 is rotatably connected with the nut 18;
one end of the screw rod 19 penetrates through the pressure regulating cylinder 10 and is connected with the pressure regulating cylinder in a sealing and rotating mode, and a damping adjusting knob 20 is fixed at one end of the screw rod 19 penetrating through the pressure regulating cylinder 10.

As an embodiment of the invention, one side of the inflatable air bag 4 opposite to the transition pipe 8 is provided with an openable and closable deflation structure, and the deflation structure comprises an air hole arranged on the inflatable air bag 4 and an end cover used for being in sealing buckling with the air hole.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the air needs to be deflated, the end cover can be pulled out of the air hole, so that the air-bleeding effect is achieved, and when the air needs to be inflated again, the end cover can be sealed and buckled into the air hole again, so that the sealing of the inflatable air bag 4 is kept.
The specific structural principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, closing an end cover, and keeping the end cover and the air hole in sealing fit; then, pre-adjusting the inflation quantity in the inflatable air bag 4 as required, specifically, rotating the damping adjusting knob 20 to drive the screw rod 19 to rotate, so as to drive the nut 18 to move along the axis of the screw rod 19, further adjust the initial position of the end part of the loop bar 16, and finally adjust the initial position of the blocking piece 14; then aligning the air cylinder to the air tap 9 and sealing-connecting the air cylinder with the air tap 9, inflating the air tap 9 through the air cylinder, enabling air flow to enter the transition pipe 8 through the air tap 9, then filling the air flow into the one-way valve 7 and the air pipe 5 through the transition pipe 8, and finally entering the inflatable air bag 4, wherein in the inflation process, the pressure in the inflatable air bag 4 drives the sealing plug 12 to move, the sealing plug 12 drives the blocking piece 14 to turn over through the connecting rod 13, the telescopic rod 15 is driven to further extend out of the loop bar 16 when the blocking piece 14 turns over, so that the cylindrical spring 17 is compressed until the blocking piece 14 and the telescopic rod 15 reach the balance position when being compressed to be collinear, then filling air into the inflatable air bag 4, the blocking piece 14 can cross the balance position, the blocking piece 14 is directly driven to be rapidly attached to the port of the one-way; at the moment, the one-way valve 7 is sealed, so that the inflatable air bag 4 can not be inflated any more, and the adjustable inflation effect is achieved;
