The first user can use the electronic equipment logged in with the first user account to dial the second user account of the second user, and the electronic equipment logged in with the second user account can simultaneously receive the communication request initiated by the first user. The second user can select any electronic equipment from the electronic equipment logged in with the second user account so as to establish a network call with the first user. Although the receiving end receives the call information uniformly by the way that the user account corresponds to the plurality of electronic devices, the communication efficiency is reduced and the like, which are easily caused by the simultaneous response of the plurality of electronic devices.
In the embodiment of the application, after the server acquires the first voice information sent by the first electronic device, the server may analyze the first voice information to obtain the second device identifier of the second electronic device, so as to establish an association relationship between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the second device identifier, and control network passing between the first electronic device and the second electronic device based on the association relationship between the first device identifier and the second device identifier. The electronic equipment is directly bound through the equipment identification to obtain the direct communication association of the two electronic equipment, so that the network communication between the two electronic equipment is directly realized, and the communication efficiency is improved. In addition, the method can prevent other people from monitoring the conversation of the user by using other electronic equipment of the user after the user selects the conversation, and ensures the safety of the conversation.

The device identifier can be used for labeling the devices to realize functions such as distinguishing and counting among the devices. That is, the first device identification may be used to track the first electronic device and the second device identification may be used to track the second electronic device. The device identifications of different electronic devices are different, and the device identification of each electronic device is unique.
The first electronic device can collect the first voice information and send the first voice information to the server. The first voice message may include a second device identification of the second electronic device. The first voice message may be a recording of the second device identifier played by the first user, or a sound of the second device identifier directly uttered by the first user. The second device identification is obtained by the second user and provided to the first user by the second user.
The first voice information is a second device identification of the second electronic device expressed in a voice form. The parsing the first voice information to obtain the second device identifier of the second electronic device may include: and converting the first voice information into a second device identifier corresponding to the second electronic device based on a voice recognition algorithm. The first voice information is voice type information, and the second equipment identification is character type information. The information content of the first voice information is the same as the second device identification. The Speech Recognition Algorithm (Automatic Speech Recognition Algorithm) is a technology which takes Speech as a research object and enables a machine to automatically recognize and understand a Speech signal converted into a character through Speech signal processing and pattern Recognition. In the embodiment of the present application, an existing speech recognition algorithm is adopted, and details are not described here.
102: and establishing an association relation between a first device identifier and a second device identifier of the first electronic device.

In some embodiments, the first device identifier and the second device identifier may be stored in a database, or the first device identifier and the second device identifier may be stored in a device identifier table, so as to find two databases in an association relationship.
103: and storing the association relationship between the first equipment identification and the second equipment identification so as to associate the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after the server acquires the first voice information sent by the first electronic device, the server may analyze the first voice information to obtain the second device identifier of the second electronic device, so as to establish an association relationship between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the second device identifier, and store the association relationship between the first device identifier and the second device identifier, so as to associate the first electronic device with the second electronic device. Therefore, the network information between the first electronic equipment and the second electronic equipment can be controlled based on the incidence relation between the first equipment identification and the second equipment identification.
Before receiving the first voice information sent by the first electronic device, the first user may initiate a device association request to notify the server to enter a device association stage, and at this time, the server may send a voice acquisition instruction in response to the device association request initiated by the first user. As an embodiment, before acquiring first voice information sent by a first electronic device and parsing and obtaining a second device identifier of a second electronic device from the first voice information, the method may further include:
responding to a device association request sent by the first electronic device, and sending a voice acquisition instruction to the first electronic device so that the first electronic device can respond to the voice acquisition instruction to acquire the first voice information; and the first voice information comprises a second equipment identifier.
The device association request may be voice initiated by the first user. In some embodiments, before the sending, in response to the device association request sent by the first electronic device, a voice collecting instruction to the first electronic device for the first electronic device to collect the first voice information in response to the voice collecting instruction, the method may further include:
and receiving second voice information sent by the first electronic equipment, and identifying an equipment association request in the second voice information.
In some embodiments, the first device identification of the first electronic device may be determined prior to establishing the association of the first device identification with the second device identification of the first electronic device. When the first electronic device sends the first voice information to the server, the server may determine, based on the first voice information of the first electronic device, the first electronic device that sends the first voice information, so as to determine the first device identifier of the first electronic device.
The server may determine, when determining the device association request sent by the first electronic device, a first device identifier of the first electronic device based on the device association request. The device association request may include first electronic device information, for example, a device number, and the server may search, based on the device information, a first device identifier corresponding to the device information of the first electronic device.
In a possible design, the server may store the voice information corresponding to the device identifier of each electronic device, and when any user uses the electronic device to request the server to obtain the device identifier, the server may send the voice information of the device identifier of the electronic device to the electronic device of the user.
In certain embodiments, the method may further comprise:
responding to an identification acquisition request sent by the second electronic equipment, and sending the second equipment identification to the second electronic equipment so that the second electronic equipment can output the second equipment identification for the second user; wherein the second device identification is provided to the first user by the second user.
The second user-initiated identity retrieval request may be issued in voice form. In some embodiments, the second electronic device may have a processing function, and recognize a meaning in a voice message sent by the second user, at this time, the second electronic device may detect an identifier obtaining request initiated by the second user, and send the identifier obtaining request to the server, where as a possible implementation manner, the server may receive the identifier obtaining request sent by the second electronic device.
In still other embodiments, the second electronic device has information collection and information forwarding functions, and the second electronic device may forward collected voice information corresponding to the identifier obtaining request sent by the second user to the server, where the server recognizes the identifier obtaining request in the voice information. Therefore, as another possible implementation manner, before the server sends the second device identifier to the second electronic device in response to the identifier obtaining request sent by the second electronic device, the method may further include:
and receiving third voice information sent by the second electronic equipment, and recognizing an identification acquisition request in the third voice information.
When the server sends the second device identifier of the second electronic device to the second electronic device, the server may send the voice information of the second device identifier to the second electronic device. As a possible implementation manner, the sending, in response to the identifier obtaining request sent by the second electronic device, the second device identifier to the second electronic device, so that the second electronic device outputs the second device identifier for the second user may include:
and responding to an identification acquisition request sent by the second electronic equipment, and sending fourth voice information corresponding to the second equipment identification to the second electronic equipment so that the second electronic equipment can play the fourth voice information for the second user to output the second equipment identification.
And when the second electronic equipment receives the fourth voice information, the fourth voice information can be played for the second user, the fourth voice information is in a voice form of the second electronic equipment, and the output of the second equipment identifier can be finished by playing the fourth voice information. The second user may obtain the second device identification.
The obtaining of the second device identifier by the second user may be by using the second user to acquire voice information of the second device identifier. The providing, by the second user, the second device identifier to the first user may specifically be sending, by the second user side, the collected voice information of the second device identifier to the first user side of the first user. The first user obtains the voice information of the second equipment identifier through the first user side so as to obtain the second identifier.
The second user may record the second device identifier by using a manual recording method or the like. The providing, by the second user, the second device identifier to the first user may specifically be notifying, by a call between the first user terminal and the second user terminal, the second device identifier to the first user.
In some application scenarios, different users may log in the same electronic device at the same time, and the device identifier of any one electronic device may correspond to or be associated with respective user accounts of multiple users at the same time.
As an embodiment, the first device identifier of the first electronic device may correspond to a first user account of each of at least one first user, and the second device identifier of the second electronic device may correspond to a second user account of each of at least one second user.
When a plurality of users log in the same electronic device, the device identification of the electronic device and the user accounts of the plurality of users can be determined in the following manner:

Therefore, in some embodiments, the correspondence between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the first user account of any first user is determined by:
acquiring sound information of any first user;
performing voiceprint recognition processing on the voice information of the first user to obtain a first user account of the first user;
and establishing a corresponding relation between a first device identification of the first electronic device and the first user account.
The corresponding relationship between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the at least one first user account may be executed by the server or by the first electronic device.
In still other embodiments, the correspondence between the second device identifier of the second electronic device and the second user account of any second user is determined by:
acquiring sound information of any second user;
performing voiceprint recognition processing on the voice information of the second user to obtain a first user account of the second user;
and establishing a corresponding relation between a second device identification of the second electronic device and the second user account.
The corresponding relationship between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the at least one first user account may be executed by the server, or may be executed by the first electronic device, or may be executed by the second electronic device.
The corresponding relationship between the first device identifier of the first electronic device and the at least one first user account may be executed by the server or may be executed by the second electronic device.
That is, the first electronic device may separately establish a correspondence between the first device identifier and the plurality of first user accounts, and send the correspondence to the server, where the correspondence is stored by the server. The second electronic device may separately establish a correspondence between the second device identifier and the plurality of second user accounts, and send the correspondence to the server, where the correspondence is stored by the server. The establishment process and steps of the device identifier and user account corresponding system are the same as those of the server, and are not described herein again.
When the association relationship of the equipment is established, in order to accurately associate the identity of each user and the corresponding relationship of the equipment, accurate network communication is realized. As an embodiment, the method may further comprise:
determining a first user account currently logged in the first electronic device and a second user account currently logged in the second electronic device;
the establishing of the association relationship between the first device identifier and the second device identifier of the first electronic device includes:
establishing an association relation among a first device identifier of the first electronic device, a current first user account, the second device identifier and a current second user account;
the storing the association relationship between the first device identifier and the second device identifier to associate the first electronic device with the second electronic device comprises:
and storing the association relationship among the first equipment identifier of the first electronic equipment, the current first user account, the second equipment identifier and the current second user account so as to associate the first electronic equipment corresponding to the current first user account and the second electronic equipment corresponding to the current second user account.
The server side can store the incidence relation of the electronic equipment, the user account and the incidence relation of the electronic equipment together, so that the problem of inaccurate equipment correlation is caused when a plurality of users log in the electronic equipment simultaneously.
Taking a family account as an example, in a family a, there is one electronic device, which is an electronic device a. There are two electronic devices in the B family, which are the B electronic device and the C electronic device.
Assuming that the electronic device a is an electronic device located in a living room and available to all users belonging to the family a, if there are two users in the family a, the two respective user accounts are a1 and a2, respectively. The users in the family A can log in the electronic device A by using respective user accounts. As shown in table 1 below, there is one electronic device a in a family a, and the electronic device a corresponds to two user accounts, which are a1 and a2 respectively.

Assuming that the B electronic equipment is located in a living room, all users belonging to a family B can use the B electronic equipment; the electronic device C is a bedroom of a certain user in the family B, and only the user in the bedroom logs in the electronic device C. If there are three users in the family B, the user accounts of the three users are B1, B2 and B3 respectively. The three users log in the B electronic device by using respective accounts, and the B electronic device corresponds to three user accounts B1, B2 and B3. And the electronic equipment C is located in a bedroom of the user with the b1 account, and at the moment, the electronic equipment C corresponds to the b1 account. As shown in table 2 below, two electronic devices of the B family are a B electronic device and a C electronic device, respectively, the B electronic device corresponds to three user accounts B1, B2, and B3, and the C electronic device corresponds to one user account B1.
Figure BDA0002355390790000151
Table 2 assumes that when the user dials the account B1 using the account a1 or the account a2, both the electronic device C and the electronic device B can receive the call request from the electronic device a, and it is not clear which of the account B1, the account B2, and the account B3 corresponds to the electronic device B. If the association relationship between the electronic device A and the electronic device B is established, when a user of the family A dials the B1 account of the family B by using the a1 account, the electronic device B and the electronic device C of the family B both receive a call request initiated by the electronic device A.
And when the B electronic device is bound to the a electronic device. As shown in table 3, the device identifier a of the electronic device a and the device identifier B of the electronic device B establish an association relationship.

TABLE 3
The electronic equipment A initiates a network communication request aiming at the account B1 and directly sends the network communication request to the electronic equipment B, so that the direct communication of the equipment can be realized, and the simultaneous response of a plurality of equipment is avoided.
In addition, on the basis of the device, when the account of the user is associated, that is, the association relationship among the account a1, the device identifier a, the account B1, and the device identifier B is established, as shown in table 4, the association relationship between the device identifier and the user account may be established.

TABLE 4
When a user dials the account number of B1 by using the account number a1, only the electronic device B receives the communication request of the electronic device A due to the incidence relation among the account number a1, the device identifier A, the account number B1 and the device identifier B, and the identities of the two parties of network communication can be determined more accurately through the incidence relation among the account number device identifiers, so that the incidence accuracy is improved.
In some embodiments, a user may log in multiple electronic devices simultaneously using one account, where any first user is associated with a first device identifier of at least one first electronic device corresponding to the first user account; the second user account corresponding to any one second user is associated with the second equipment identifier of at least one second electronic equipment; at least one first electronic device associated with the first user account is located in a first device set, and at least one second electronic device associated with the second user account is located in a second device set;

For example, in the foregoing example, the user logs in the B electronic device and the C electronic device simultaneously using the B1 account. The electronic device associated with any user account may be determined.
A device collection is a combination of electronic devices that have common device attributes.
The number of the first electronic devices in the first device set is greater than the number of the first electronic devices associated with the login of the first user account. The number of the second electronic devices in the second device set is greater than or equal to the number of the second electronic devices associated with the second user account.
For example, a device set is an intelligent sound box installed in a family, and each family member can log in the intelligent sound box to perform network communication such as network telephone, network message and the like. Generally, the smart speaker may be placed in various locations, and in a home, the smart speaker may be placed in a room such as a bedroom, a living room, and/or a dining room. One family member can log in the intelligent sound boxes in the bedroom and the living room, the user account of the family member logs in a plurality of intelligent sound boxes at the same time, but the number of the logged-in intelligent sound boxes is smaller than that of all the intelligent sound boxes of the family. By binding the electronic device with the user account, accurate network communication can be achieved.
As an embodiment, the method may further include:
determining a second device identifier associated with a first device identifier of any first electronic device in at least one first electronic device associated with a first user account of any first user, and obtaining the second device identifier associated with the first user account of the first user and the first device identifier corresponding to the first user account;
or determining a first device identifier associated with a second device identifier of any second electronic device in at least one second electronic device associated with a second user account of any second user, and obtaining the first device identifiers associated with the second user account of the second user and the second device identifier corresponding to the second user account.

In at least one second electronic device associated with the second user account, a first device identifier associated with both the first user account and a second device identifier of the second electronic device may be acquired, so that an association relationship between the second user account and the second device identifier, and the second device identifier and the first device identifier may be established.
The corresponding relevance of the electronic equipment can be realized through the incidence relation between the user account and the equipment identification, so that the equipment can be directly searched from the electronic equipment corresponding to the user account, and the searching precision and accuracy are improved. In the foregoing example, the electronic device a corresponds to two user accounts a1 and a2, the electronic device B corresponds to three user accounts B1, B2, and B3, the electronic device C corresponds to one user account B1, and the electronic device B1 logs in the electronic device B and the electronic device C at the same time. As shown in table 5 below, the account a1 and the account a2 are associated with the device identifier a of the electronic device B, the account B1 is associated with the device identifier B of the electronic device B and the device identifier C of the electronic device C, and the account B2 and the account B3 are associated with the device identifier B of the electronic device B.
Figure BDA0002355390790000171
TABLE 5
In the B electronic device and the C electronic device associated with the account B1, the device identifier of the electronic device associated with the B device identifier of the B electronic device in table 3 and/or table 4 may be determined to be the a device identifier, and the C device identifier of the C electronic device does not have an associated electronic identifier, so that the a device identifier is associated with both the account B1 and the B device identifier. If the account a1 initiates a communication request for the account B1, the electronic device B associated with the account B1 may acquire the communication request.
