The first speech translation processing module 22 and the second speech translation processing module 23 are both connected to the xCSCF device of the IMS core network 3, and the first speech translation processing module 22 and the second speech translation processing module 23 communicate with each other.
The translation instructions include two alternative modalities, one being a specific numeric dial key sequence (a string of numbers identified by DTMF tones for each numeric key, e.g., "# 0086"), and the other being a specific voice instruction, e.g., the user saying "start translating chinese".
