Background
In the manufacturing process of the motor, the stator and the rotor iron core are formed by laminating silicon steel sheets, the laminating die is withdrawn from the iron core after the laminating is finished, and the current iron core stripping methods are two, namely:

3. In the process of detaching the sling, an operator can drop down the laminating die (the lower part of the laminating die cannot be supported), and potential safety hazards exist for the operator.
4. The laminating die is suspended at high altitude and can fall down before or during pressing, so that the impact on a working table of an oil press is large, and the use of equipment can be influenced; and the laminated die can be turned over after falling down, so that the iron core is turned over, and great potential safety hazards exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the die stripping tool and the die stripping method for the motor iron core, which have the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, low cost and good safety in die stripping operation of the motor iron core.

A motor iron core demolding method utilizing the motor iron core demolding tool comprises the following steps:
1) connecting the demoulding pull rod with a piston rod of a hydraulic oil cylinder through a bolt, and lowering the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder to the lowest;
2) a plurality of die stripping supporting seats are arranged around the pull rod and distributed on the same circle, and the distribution circle is larger than the outer diameter of the expansion tire and smaller than the outer diameter of the iron core pressing ring;
3) hoisting the iron core with the laminating die to the die withdrawing support seat to enable the iron core to be concentric with the die withdrawing pull rod, adjusting the position of the die withdrawing support seat, and ensuring that the die withdrawing support is in contact with the iron core and the laminating die does not interfere with the die withdrawing support seat;
4) lifting the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder until the flange surface of the pull rod is contacted with the bottom of the laminating die;
5) mounting the clamping plate in a clamping groove of the demolding pull rod;
6) controlling a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder to pull down until the laminated die is pulled out of the iron core;
7) and respectively hoisting the iron core and the laminated die away.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the motor iron core demolding tool is simple in structure, convenient to operate and low in cost; but also can ensure the safety and reliability of the demoulding. as shown in figure 1, the die drawing device comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder 1, a bottom plate 2, a die drawing pull rod 3, a plurality of die drawing supporting seats 4 and a clamping plate 5, wherein as shown in figure 2, a through hole is formed in the center of the bottom plate 2, a plurality of concentric circles are arranged on the top surface of the bottom plate 2, and the centers of the concentric circles are coincident with the center of the through hole. The hydraulic oil cylinder 1 is arranged at the bottom of the base plate 2, and a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 1 penetrates through a through hole of the base plate 2. A plurality of demolding supporting seats 4 are installed on the bottom plate 2, the plurality of demolding supporting seats 4 are distributed on the same circumference, and the circumference where the demolding supporting seats are located can be guaranteed through concentric circles on the bottom plate 2.
As shown in fig. 3, one end of the demolding pull rod 3 is provided with a flange 31, and is connected with the end of the piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder 1 through the flange 31. The bolt holes in the flange 31 of the demoulding pull rod 3 are counter bores, so that the bolt heads do not protrude out of the surface of the flange to damage the iron core 7. A plurality of clamping grooves 32 are formed in the demolding pull rod 3, and the clamping grooves 32 are evenly distributed. As shown in fig. 4, the clamping plate 5 comprises two semi-annular plates 51 and two clamping bands 52; the two hoops 52 are respectively arranged on the two semi-annular plates 51, two bolt holes are formed in the hoops 52, the two hoops 52 are connected through two bolts, the hoops 52 are matched with the demolding pull rod 3, and the two semi-annular plates 51 are spliced into an annular plate after connection; the diameter of the central hole of the annular plate is smaller than that of the demoulding pull rod 3 and larger than that of the clamping groove 51; the annular plate is embedded in a clamping groove. The center department of overlapping mould 6 is equipped with the through-hole, and the through-hole diameter is greater than the external diameter of drawing die pull rod, is less than the external diameter of cardboard 5 and the flange 31 of drawing die pull rod, and drawing die 6 is passed to drawing die pull rod 3, and flange 31 is located overlapping mould 6 below, and cardboard 5 is located overlapping mould 6 top. The clamping plate 5 is used for transmitting the pulling force of the hydraulic oil cylinder 1 and pulling the laminated film 6 out of the iron core 7. And the screw holes on the upper surface of the laminating die 6 are used for hoisting the laminating die 6.
