the traffic monitoring system acquires the position of the traffic intersection where the abnormal sound occurs;
whether other sound transmission equipment exists at the traffic intersection is confirmed;
when the other sound transmission equipment does not exist, the traffic monitoring system carries out identification and evaluation according to the detected abnormal sound;
and when other sound transmission equipment exists, carrying out comprehensive judgment.
Preferably, the comprehensive judgment includes:
after waiting for a period of time, when the abnormal sound is also collected by the other sound transmission equipment, determining that the abnormal sound condition occurs and carrying out identification evaluation according to the detected abnormal sound;
and after waiting for a period of time, when the other sound transmission equipment does not acquire the abnormal sound, temporarily not reacting to the abnormal sound, and continuously monitoring by the traffic monitoring system.
Furthermore, the abnormal sound is divided into four grades, wherein the first grade comprises long brake sound, scream sound and siren sound; the second level comprises impact sound and collapse sound; the third level includes explosive sound, gunshot sound; the fourth level includes unknown but detected differences from usual.

Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
S01: installing a microphone matched with the monitoring camera;
in one example, a microphone matched with the monitoring camera is installed at a road section or a traffic intersection where traffic accidents are prone to happen. In consideration of the operation cost, one or two microphones may be installed to cooperate with the monitoring camera in a normal case.
S02: the microphone collects sound signals of a traffic intersection and transmits the sound signals to a traffic monitoring system;
in one example, after a microphone matched with the monitoring camera is powered on, sound signals of a road section and a traffic intersection are always collected, and the sound signals are transmitted to a server of the traffic monitoring system.
S021: the traffic monitoring system carries out framing processing on the sound signals and extracts the feature vectors of the sound signals;
in one example, the traffic monitoring system may frame the audio signal appropriately after receiving the audio signal, and then extract the feature vector of the audio signal.
S022: and comparing the feature vector of the sound signal with a sound template under a normal condition, and if the proportion of abnormal frames exceeds a threshold value, determining that the abnormal sound is detected.
In one example, the traffic monitoring system compares the extracted feature vector with a normal template, determines that the section of sound signal is an abnormal sound signal if the proportion of the abnormal frame exceeds a threshold value, and sends the section of sound to the traffic monitoring system for further processing.
S03: the traffic monitoring system processes the sound signals and detects whether abnormal sound occurs; when the abnormal sound occurs, acquiring the position of the intersection where the abnormal sound occurs, confirming the abnormal sound condition and identifying and evaluating the abnormal sound; and when the abnormal sound does not occur, the traffic monitoring system continues monitoring.
In one example, when a microphone in a traffic monitoring system sends the abnormal sound behavior, the traffic monitoring system acquires the position of the traffic intersection where the abnormal sound occurs, and confirms the installation conditions and the working environment of a camera, the microphone and other sound transmission equipment at the intersection. And when the traffic intersection is determined to be only provided with the microphone and have no other sound transmission equipment, evaluating the occurrence condition of the traffic intersection according to the detected abnormal sound condition. When other sound transmission equipment is installed at the traffic intersection, the abnormal sound signals are extracted from the other sound transmission equipment within a time period of 10ms from the abnormal sound signal occurrence time point collected by the microphone. When the proportion of the devices which detect the abnormal sound exceeds a set threshold value, the traffic monitoring system judges that the abnormal sound is really generated, and carries out identification and evaluation on the detected abnormal sound. And when the other sound transmissions do not acquire the abnormal sound or the proportion of the equipment which detects the abnormal sound is lower than a set threshold value, the traffic monitoring system temporarily does not react to the abnormal sound and continues to keep a monitoring state.
In general, abnormal noise is classified into four classes: the first level is abnormal sounds such as screaming, brake sound, and the like. The second grade is abnormal sound such as impact sound, the third grade is abnormal sound such as gunshot sound and explosion sound, the fourth grade is unidentified abnormal sound, and the classification mechanism is used for assisting the assessment and cognition of the public security monitoring system on the basis of accident situation of the accident road section.
