Abstract
The invention provides a request-to-lead management system applied to a hospital, which is characterized in that a medical department is used as a main body of request-to-lead management to be provided with a requisition management module, the requisition management module comprises a department request-to-lead sub-module and a department auditing sub-module, and the department request-to-lead sub-module comprises a manual request-to-lead unit, a template request-to-lead unit and a request-to-lead quantity control unit; the department requisition management module is connected with a management system of the hospital storeroom through a network and sends the requisition sheet passing the examination to the management system of the hospital storeroom. The invention realizes the functions of standardization, intensification, intellectualization, traceability of the whole process, quality improvement and efficiency improvement, obviously reduces the cost, comprehensively realizes paperless performance and effectively improves the efficiency of workers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of hospital information management systems, and particularly relates to a request management system for consumables, medicines, reagents and the like applied to hospitals.
Background
At present, for the use of consumables, medicines and reagents in various hospitals, the application, approval and acquisition processes of the consumables, the medicines and the reagents are generally not separated from paper documents, the paper-based acquisition process is low in efficiency, high in error rate and low in tracing possibility, and the requirements of modern medical systems are not met.

The invention provides a request-to-lead management system applied to hospitals, which solves the problems of low efficiency, high error rate and the like and realizes intelligent paperless office.

a request-to-lead management system applied to a hospital sets a requisition management module by taking a medical department as a subject of request-to-lead management, wherein the requisition management module comprises a department request-to-lead sub-module and a department auditing sub-module, and the department request-to-lead sub-module comprises a manual request-to-lead unit, a template request-to-lead unit and a request-to-lead quantity control unit; the requisition quantity control unit is associated with the manual requisition unit and the template requisition unit and controls the quantity of requisition materials to be integral multiple of the upper-level unit of the minimum unit to which the materials can be divided; the department request-accepting sub-module generates a request-accepting list through a manual request-accepting unit or a template request-accepting unit and is audited through a department audit sub-module;
the requisition management module is connected with a management system of the hospital storehouse through a network and sends the examined and approved requisition bill to the management system of the hospital storehouse.
Furthermore, the system also comprises an inventory management module, wherein the inventory management module is provided with a warehousing inquiry sub-module and an inventory inquiry sub-module.
Further, the pickup management module further comprises a query submodule.
Furthermore, the manual requisition unit is provided with a material information display and retrieval subunit, and is used for providing all material information recorded by the current system, including material names, material specifications, manufacturers and inventory allowance information; and providing a corresponding material amount retrieval function.
Further, the template asking unit is provided with a template newly-built subunit and is used for generating a template asking for getting to ask for getting the template.

Fourth, warehouse entry inquiry
When the warehouse delivers goods to the department and the operation is informed to be completed, the department can log in an account number and inquire the warehousing information in a warehousing inquiry interface under the inventory management module.
The design idea of the invention is based on the SPD management mode, which is a typical supply chain mode, and we mainly develop the SPD management mode in a data exchange network as a hub and a traffic station for communicating suppliers, logistics providers, customers and banks, and conveniently and quickly communicate the information exchange of the parties, on one hand, compared with the traditional communication mode, the invention increases the selection of each node, and enables each party to select a proper cooperative object from more angles; on the other hand, the cost in the early stage is greatly saved, so that more energy is provided for perfecting the product in all aspects. A request-to-lead management system applied to a hospital is characterized in that a medical department is used as a main body of request-to-lead management to be provided with a requisition management module, the requisition management module comprises a department request-to-lead sub-module and a department auditing sub-module, and the department request-to-lead sub-module comprises a manual request-to-lead unit, a template request-to-lead unit and a request-to-lead quantity control unit; the requisition quantity control unit is associated with the manual requisition unit and the template requisition unit and controls the quantity of requisition materials to be integral multiple of the upper-level unit of the minimum unit to which the materials can be divided; the department request-accepting sub-module generates a request-accepting list through a manual request-accepting unit or a template request-accepting unit and is audited through a department audit sub-module;
the requisition management module is connected with a management system of the hospital storehouse through a network and sends the examined and approved requisition bill to the management system of the hospital storehouse.
2. The claim management system applied to hospitals according to claim 1 is characterized in that the claim management system further comprises an inventory management module, and the inventory management module is provided with an inventory query sub-module and an inventory query sub-module.
