Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a medical service information sharing system based on the Internet, which can provide more humanized re-diagnosis appointment service so as to enhance the convenience of the user in seeing a doctor.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an internet-based medical service information sharing system, which includes a network connection server and a user medical data sharing subsystem, wherein the network connection server is connected to the user medical data sharing subsystem and is configured to provide a medical data uploading path between a contract hospital management system and the user medical data sharing subsystem; the user medical data sharing subsystem comprises a user database management module, a plurality of user databases and a consultation information interaction module;
the user database management module is used for performing ID identification on the user medical data packet transmitted by the network connection server and performing matching connection with a user database;
any one of the user databases is used for storing, managing and reading history related diagnosis and treatment information of the user in a contract hospital on line;
the review information interaction module is used for carrying out schedule reminding and information filling feedback on the user needing the review and providing a hospital arrival route leading service for the user confirming the review.
In an optional embodiment, each of the user databases includes a user authorization login module and an information classification and sorting module;
the user authorization login module is used for carrying out ID number association and corresponding key locking on the whole user database when the current user ID number is identified to be in an unused state, and providing a login interface for a user to inquire diagnosis and treatment information of the user in real time;
the information classifying and sorting module is used for subdividing diagnosis and treatment information which carries different identification symbols and is contained in the user medical data packet and assigning a loading path when the user medical data packet distributed by the user database management module is received.
In an optional embodiment, each of the plurality of user databases further comprises a physical examination report entry module and a family doctor inquiry module;
the physical examination report recording module is used for recording historical physical examination dates of the users and corresponding historical physical examination reports;
the family doctor inquiry module is used for importing a recent physical examination report and a last physical examination report of a user for deep comparison and online interpretation, making daily suggestions on diet or exercise when the user is in a relative health state based on evaluation display, or generating a follow-up reminding message in real time when a single follow-up diagnosis is necessary based on evaluation display.
In an optional implementation manner, each of the plurality of user databases further includes a medical history information entry module and a review state management and control module;
the medical history information recording module is used for recording historical diagnosis and treatment data, daily medication dosage lists and daily notice of a user, wherein the historical diagnosis and treatment data comprise historical inquiry time and historical electronic medical records corresponding to the historical inquiry time, inquiry departments and corresponding doctor information;
the review state control module is used for carrying out control and state updating on the whole review process participated by the user according to review suggestions provided by the main doctors in medical history or review reminding information generated by the family doctor inquiry module.
In an optional embodiment, the review state control module includes a personal review to-be-reminded unit, a personal review to-be-executed unit, and a personal review statistical unit;
the personal review to-be-reminded unit is used for collecting review suggestions provided by primary doctors of medical history and extracting an appointed disease review time period from the review suggestions, and in the week before the disease review time period, other same-type inpatients with neutral positions in the disease review time period are searched by taking the department where the primary doctors of medical history are located as a basis to generate a disease review selection catalog;
the personal review to-be-executed unit is used for registering the review trip information fed back by the user and deleting the review reminding information matched with the review trip information in the personal review to-be-reminded unit;
the personal review statistical unit is used for archiving the review trip information completed by the user and deleting the review trip information corresponding to the personal review unit to be executed.
In an optional embodiment, the personal review waiting reminding unit is further configured to perform department association analysis on the review reminding information generated by the family doctor consultation module, obtain a physical review time period from the review reminding information, and generate a physical review selection list for all relevant physicians who have no file within the physical review time period.
In an optional embodiment, the personal review waiting execution unit is further configured to provide the user with an operational interaction of manual entry of a review plan when the user fails to make an on-time review within the disease review period or the physical examination review period.
In an optional implementation manner, the review message interaction module includes a short message interaction feedback unit and an interface pushing unit;
the short message interactive feedback unit is used for editing the disease review selection list or the physical examination review selection list by short messages and then sending the edited disease review selection list or physical examination review selection list to the mobile terminal equipment of the user, analyzing the repeated diagnosis selection list after the user reports and feeds back the repeated diagnosis travel information to generate floor path guide information, and then informing the floor path guide information to the user in a short message sending mode to confirm the success of repeated diagnosis reporting;

In the embodiment of the invention, the user can conveniently log in by setting the user database to execute the real-time inquiry of the historical clinic data and the visual check of the re-diagnosis record, thereby further relieving the data storage cost of the hospital management system; the method can provide more humanized re-diagnosis reservation service by setting the re-diagnosis information interaction module, reduces the daily workload of medical workers compared with the existing telephone communication reservation operation, is simpler and more convenient by utilizing a short message feedback mode compared with the existing on-line reservation operation of a user, and can enhance the convenience of the user in seeing a doctor.

As shown in fig. 1, an internet-based medical service information sharing system includes a network connection server and a user medical data sharing subsystem, wherein the network connection server is connected with the user medical data sharing subsystem and is used for providing a medical data uploading path between a contract hospital management system and the user medical data sharing subsystem; the user medical data sharing subsystem comprises a user database management module, a plurality of user databases and a consultation information interaction module. In the implementation process of the invention, the user database management module is used for carrying out ID identification on the user medical data packet transmitted by the network connection server and carrying out matching connection with the user database; any one of the user databases is used for storing, managing and reading history related diagnosis and treatment information of the user in a contract hospital on line; the review information interaction module is used for carrying out schedule reminding and information filling feedback on the user needing the review and providing a hospital arrival route leading service for the user confirming the review.
Specifically, the network connection server adopts a 4G network service mode, and is mainly used for receiving and forwarding a user medical data packet issued by the contract hospital management system, and the current user ID number and a key associated with the current user ID number, user identity information and associated diagnosis and treatment information are carried in the user medical data packet, wherein the user identity information refers to a user name, a user gender, a commonly used mobile phone number and the like.
Specifically, the user database management module is mainly used for extracting a current user ID number from the user medical data packet, binding an empty user database from the user databases when the current user ID number is classified as a new user based on authentication, and then transmitting the user medical data packet to the empty user database; or when the current user ID number is classified as the original user based on authentication, directly matching the corresponding user database from the plurality of user databases, and then transmitting the user medical data packet to the user database.
Furthermore, each user database in the plurality of user databases comprises a user authorization login module, an information classification and arrangement module, a physical examination report input module, a family doctor inquiry module, a medical history information input module and a re-diagnosis state control module. and the user authorization login module is used for carrying out ID number association and corresponding key locking on the whole user database when the current user ID number is identified to be in an unused state, and providing a login interface for the user to inquire the diagnosis and treatment information of the user in real time.
The information classification and arrangement module is used for subdividing diagnosis and treatment information which carries different identification symbols and is contained in the user medical data packet and assigning a loading path when the user medical data packet distributed by the user database management module is received; more specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, it is predefined that the medical data loaded into the physical examination report entry module is identified as first-class data, the medical data loaded into the medical history information entry module is identified as second-class data, and the medical data loaded into the review state management and control module is identified as third-class data, and at this time, the information classification and arrangement module performs data classification on the diagnosis and treatment information according to a specific identifier, and then loads various types of medical data into corresponding modules.
The physical examination report entering module is used for recording historical physical examination dates of the user and historical physical examination reports corresponding to the historical physical examination dates, the family doctor inquiry module is used for importing the recent physical examination reports and the last physical examination reports of the user to perform depth comparison and online interpretation, and making daily suggestions in the aspects of diet or exercise based on evaluation and display when the user is in a relative health state, or generating review reminding information in real time when the user needs to have a single review based on evaluation and display.
The medical history information entry module is used for recording historical diagnosis and treatment data, daily medication dosage lists and daily notes of a user, wherein the historical diagnosis and treatment data comprise historical inquiry time and historical electronic medical records corresponding to the historical inquiry time, inquiry departments and corresponding doctor information.
The review state control module is used for carrying out control and state updating on the whole review process participated by the user according to a review suggestion provided by a primary doctor in medical history or review reminding information generated by the family doctor inquiry module; specifically, the review state control module comprises a personal review to-be-reminded unit, a personal review to-be-executed unit and a personal review statistical unit:
the personal review to-be-reminded unit is used for collecting review suggestions provided by primary doctors of medical history and extracting an appointed disease review time period from the review suggestions, and in the week before the arrival of the disease review time period, other inpatients of the same type with gaps in the disease review time period are searched by taking the department where the primary doctors of medical history are located as a basis, a disease review selection catalog is generated so as to facilitate visual checking and selection of a user, wherein the disease review selection catalog comprises a serial number, a date, a specific time point, a department, a doctor name, a department fixed telephone and the like, and a 'historical query' word is annotated in the name of the doctor with a query record; in addition, the personal review waiting reminding unit is further configured to perform department association analysis on the review reminding information generated by the family doctor consultation module, obtain a physical review time period and all relevant hospitalized doctors within the physical review time period, and generate a physical review selection directory, where the physical review selection directory also includes a serial number, a date, a specific time point, a department, a doctor name, a department fixed telephone, and the like;
the personal review to-be-executed unit is used for registering review trip information fed back by a user and deleting review reminding information matched with the review trip information in the personal review to-be-reminded unit so as to complete task updating of the personal review to-be-reminded unit; in addition, the personal review to-be-executed unit is further used for providing manual input operation interaction of a review plan for the user when the user fails to carry out on-time review in the disease review time period or the physical examination review time period, so that the user can arrange the review plan according to self time requirements; in the application process, the personal review to-be-executed unit can report the acquired review journey information to the contract hospital management system layer by layer to complete time overall arrangement;
the personal review statistical unit is used for archiving the review trip information completed by the user and deleting the review trip information corresponding to the personal review unit to be executed so as to complete the task update of the personal review unit to be executed.
Further, the review message interaction module comprises a short message interaction feedback unit and an interface pushing unit, wherein: the short message interaction feedback unit is used for editing the disease review selection directory or the physical examination review selection directory by short messages and then sending the edited disease review selection directory or physical examination review selection directory to mobile terminal equipment of a user, analyzing the edited disease review selection directory or physical examination review selection directory after the user reports and feeds back review travel information to generate floor path guide information, informing the floor path guide information to the user in a short message sending mode to confirm that the review report is successful, and meanwhile, uploading the analyzed review travel information to the personal review unit to be executed for registration by the short message interaction feedback unit; the interface pushing unit is used for reminding the user of arriving at the hospital on time to make a follow-up diagnosis plan in an interface pushing mode on the basis of inquiring that the short message interaction feedback unit has received the short message feedback of the user in the disease follow-up diagnosis time period or the day before the physical examination follow-up diagnosis time period comes, or reminding the user of making a follow-up diagnosis plan in an interface pushing mode on the basis of inquiring that the short message interaction feedback unit has not received the short message feedback of the user, and at the moment, informing the user that the follow-up diagnosis plan can be made only through a manual input function provided by the personal follow-up examination waiting execution unit.
For the short message editing of the disease review selection directory or the physical examination review selection directory, a medical history review notification of a certain user or a physical examination result single review notification of a certain user should be noted at the beginning part of the short message, and a correct short message reply mode and other cautions are notified to the user at the ending part of the short message by way of example, for example, a short message is not replied, and the like.
