In an embodiment of the present invention, the OTA upgrading method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is provided with first upgrade configuration information for a program of each hardware module, where the first upgrade configuration information indicates whether to allow the program upgrade of the hardware module, and second upgrade configuration information is preset for a terminal device, where the second upgrade configuration information indicates an OTA upgrade scheme that allows the terminal device to use, as shown in fig. 3, and may include the following steps:
Step 301, receiving new version information sent by the server, where the new version information indicates that there is a program of a hardware module that needs to be upgraded.
In the step, a request for acquiring new version information can be sent to a server through a terminal device, the server can send the new version information to the terminal device after receiving the request sent by the terminal device, and then the terminal device can receive the new version information sent by the server; the new version information can also be directly sent to the terminal equipment through the server, and the terminal equipment can receive the new version information sent by the server. The new version information may include an upgrade version number of the OTA upgrade package, and the new version information may also carry upgrade type information, where the upgrade type information may be an identifier of an OTA upgrade scheme.
Step 302, determining whether the new version information carries upgrade type information, and whether the OTA upgrade scheme indicated by the upgrade type information is an OTA upgrade scheme that allows the terminal device to use, if yes, executing step 303, and if no, executing step 308.
In this step, when the update type information is included in the new version information, it may be determined whether the OTA update scheme indicated by the update type information is an OTA update scheme that allows the terminal device to use by monitoring the second update configuration information. The specific judging method can be as follows:

In step 303, when the new version information carries the upgrade type information and the OTA upgrade scheme indicated by the upgrade type information is an OTA upgrade scheme that allows the terminal device to use, the server is requested to download the OTA upgrade package.
In this step, the OTA upgrade scheme indicated by the upgrade type information may be: one of a forced upgrade scheme and a silent upgrade scheme.
For the forced upgrade scheme, whether the terminal equipment receives the new version information sent by the server or not can be monitored; after receiving the new version information sent by the server, determining whether the new version information carries upgrade type information representing a forced upgrade scheme; when the new version information carries upgrade type information representing a forced upgrade scheme, and the forced upgrade scheme is an OTA upgrade scheme allowing the terminal equipment to use, the server can request to download an OTA upgrade package.
Aiming at the silent upgrading scheme, monitoring whether the terminal equipment receives new version information sent by the server; after receiving the new version information sent by the server, determining whether the new version information carries upgrade type information representing a silent upgrade scheme; when the new version information carries upgrade type information representing a silent upgrade scheme, and the silent upgrade scheme is an OTA upgrade scheme allowing the terminal equipment to use, the downloading of an OTA upgrade packet can be requested to a server.
For example, when the acquired new version information carries an identifier of the forced upgrade scheme, and the terminal device allows the forced upgrade scheme to be used, the server may be requested to download the OTA upgrade package.
Steps 304-306 correspond to steps 201-203, respectively, and are not described here again.
Step 307, according to the OTA upgrade scheme indicated by the upgrade type information, the upgrade package of the program to be upgraded in the OTA upgrade package is used to upgrade the program to be upgraded.
In this step, for example, when the obtained new version information carries the identifier of the forced upgrade scheme and the terminal device allows the forced upgrade scheme to be used, after requesting to download the OTA upgrade package from the server, the upgrade package of the program to be upgraded in the OTA upgrade package may be used to upgrade the program to be upgraded according to the forced upgrade scheme.

By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, from a plurality of OTA upgrade schemes, whether the upgrade condition of the OTA upgrade scheme is triggered or not is monitored, and the corresponding OTA upgrade scheme is determined to upgrade the program to be upgraded, so that the corresponding OTA upgrade scheme can be adopted for upgrading aiming at diversified practical application scenes, and the upgrade experience of a user is improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, correspondingly, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an OTA upgrading method, which is applied to a server, wherein an upgrading program of a hardware module is maintained for each hardware module in the server, as shown in fig. 6, and the method specifically includes:
step 601, generating configuration information indicating that each program needs to be upgraded for each program of each hardware module in the terminal device.
In this step, the server may generate configuration information according to the program of each hardware module to be upgraded in the terminal device, where the configuration information may be a file named config.xml included in the OTA upgrade package, where the config.xml file records a target upgrade version number of the program of the hardware module to be upgraded in the terminal device, a file name of the OTA upgrade package of the program of the hardware module to be upgraded, and an MD5 (information abstraction algorithm) value of the OTA upgrade package of the program of the hardware module to be upgraded.
In this step, the program of each hardware module that needs to be upgraded of the terminal device may be determined through the request information sent by the terminal device box server, where the request information may carry first upgrade configuration information set for the program of each hardware module, where the first upgrade configuration information indicates whether to allow the program upgrade of the hardware module. In this step, the program of each hardware module to be upgraded in the terminal device may be determined based on the configuration information and the first upgrade configuration information.
In step 602, an OTA upgrade package is created that includes configuration information, and an upgrade package for each program.
In this step, an OTA upgrade package including the configuration information and the determined upgrade package of the program of each hardware module to be upgraded in the terminal device may be generated.
Step 603, sending an OTA upgrade packet to the terminal device.
By adopting the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server can aim at the upgrading requirements of diversified hardware modules in the terminal equipment, creates the OTA upgrading packet comprising the configuration information and the upgrading packet of each program by generating the configuration information which indicates that the programs need to be upgraded, and enables the terminal equipment to upgrade the programs to be upgraded by using the corresponding upgrading packet by the upgrading packet corresponding to each program to be upgraded and the upgrading experience of the user by the created OTA upgrading packet. And the server generates an upgrade package aiming at each hardware module in the terminal equipment, so that different terminal equipment containing the same hardware module can be upgraded by using the same upgrade package in the server, and the modular upgrade and maintenance of the upgrade package are realized.
Based on the same inventive concept, according to the OTA upgrading method provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, correspondingly, another embodiment of the present invention further provides an OTA upgrading device, where the OTA upgrading device is applied to a terminal device, the terminal device includes a plurality of hardware modules, and a program of each hardware module is installed in the terminal device, and a schematic structural diagram of the program is shown in fig. 7, and specifically includes:

Receiving an OTA upgrade packet sent by a server, wherein the OTA upgrade packet comprises configuration information for representing a program of a hardware module to be upgraded and an upgrade packet for representing the program of the hardware module to be upgraded; setting first upgrade configuration information for each program of the hardware module, wherein the first upgrade configuration information indicates whether to allow the program of the hardware module to be upgraded;
determining a program to be upgraded from programs of the plurality of hardware modules based on the configuration information;
Using an upgrade package corresponding to a program to be upgraded in the OTA upgrade package to upgrade the program to be upgraded;
Based on the configuration information, determining a program of each hardware module to be upgraded from programs of the plurality of hardware modules, as a program to be upgraded, including:
Determining the program of each hardware module to be upgraded from the programs of the plurality of hardware modules based on the configuration information; and
Selecting a program of a hardware module which allows upgrading from programs of all hardware modules to be upgraded based on the first upgrading configuration information, and determining the program as the program to be upgraded;
The method comprises the following steps of determining the first upgrade configuration information:
For each program of the hardware module, if an upgrade permission option corresponding to the program of the hardware module is selected, determining that the first upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module indicates that the program of the hardware module is permitted to be upgraded; or if the program of the hardware module is selected from the options which are not allowed to be upgraded, determining that the first upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module indicates that the program of the hardware module is not allowed to be upgraded.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that a second upgrade configuration information is preset for the terminal device, the second upgrade configuration information representing an OTA upgrade scheme allowed for the terminal device;

For each usable OTA upgrade scheme, if the upgrade allowing option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the second upgrade configuration information indicates that the terminal equipment is allowed to use the OTA upgrade scheme; or if the upgrade disallowing option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the second upgrade configuration information indicates that the terminal equipment is disallowed to use the OTA upgrade scheme.
6. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the step of determining, for each program of said hardware modules, said third upgrade configuration information of the program is employed:
For each usable OTA upgrade scheme, if the upgrade permission option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the program of the hardware module is permitted to use the OTA upgrade scheme by the third upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module; or if the upgrade disallowing option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the third upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module indicates that the program of the hardware module is disallowed to use the OTA upgrade scheme.
7. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that a second upgrade configuration information is preset for the terminal device, the second upgrade configuration information representing an OTA upgrade scheme allowed for the terminal device;
before the receiving the OTA upgrade packet sent by the server, the method further comprises:
receiving new version information sent by a server, wherein the new version information represents a program with a hardware module capable of being upgraded;

Generating configuration information representing that each program needs to be upgraded for each program of each hardware module needing to be upgraded in the terminal equipment; setting first upgrade configuration information for each program of the hardware module, wherein the first upgrade configuration information indicates whether to allow the program of the hardware module to be upgraded;
creating an OTA upgrade package comprising the configuration information and upgrade packages of the programs;
transmitting the OTA upgrade packet to the terminal device to cause the terminal device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-8.

12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein a program for each of the hardware modules is pre-configured with third upgrade configuration information indicating an OTA upgrade scheme allowed for use by the program for the hardware module;
the upgrade module is specifically configured to, for each program to be upgraded, use an upgrade package of the program to be upgraded in the OTA upgrade package according to the OTA upgrade scheme when an upgrade condition of the OTA upgrade scheme allowed to be used for the program to be upgraded is triggered.
13. The apparatus according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the OTA upgrade scheme allowed to be used comprises at least one of the following upgrade schemes:

For each usable OTA upgrade scheme, if the upgrade permission option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the program of the hardware module is permitted to use the OTA upgrade scheme by the third upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module; or if the upgrade disallowing option corresponding to the OTA upgrade scheme is selected, determining that the third upgrade configuration information of the program of the hardware module indicates that the program of the hardware module is disallowed to use the OTA upgrade scheme.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein second upgrade configuration information is preset for the terminal device, the second upgrade configuration information representing an OTA upgrade scheme allowed for the terminal device;
the device further comprises:
The second receiving module is used for receiving new version information sent by the server, wherein the new version information represents a program with a hardware module capable of being upgraded; when the new version information carries upgrade type information and the OTA upgrade scheme indicated by the upgrade type information is an OTA upgrade scheme allowing the terminal equipment to use, requesting to download an OTA upgrade package from the server;
