Abstract
The invention discloses an animation projection control method, which comprises the following steps: setting projection picture parameters in a control system, wherein the projection picture parameters comprise: the control system controls the transmission system to rotate so as to drive the image disc to rotate, the control system controls the LED lamp to continuously flash off according to the LED on-off period and the duty ratio in the single picture playing time, and controls the image disc to rotate and switch to the next picture according to the image disc rotating speed G, the rotating time H of each time and the image disc stopping time I of each time in the last empty time so as to realize the circular projection of the animation. The animation projection control method provided by the invention can realize the GIF animation projection effect, the display time of a single picture is controllable, the projection effect of more than 40 frames is realized, the picture does not flicker, and the watching is comfortable.

Background
The projection device is used as a device for projecting static and dynamic pictures, is widely used in daily life and workplaces of people, the display time of a single picture cannot be controlled in the prior art, the picture can realize less than 40 frames of animation projection effect during projection, and some projection pictures have flickering phenomena to influence the viewing comfort level.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step (1), the number of frames of the projection animation is A units of HZ, wherein A > 40.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the time H of each rotation of the image disc is 1000/A (1-E); the stop time I of the image disc is C-H; the time J ═ D ═ E ═ 1000 ═ E/A ═ E (1-E) for each turn on of the LED.

(3) and in the single picture playing time, the control system controls the LED lamp to continuously flash off according to the LED on-off period and the duty ratio, and in the last empty time, the control system controls the image disc to rotate and switch to the next projection picture according to the image disc rotating speed G, the rotating time H of each time and the stopping time I of each time of the image disc so as to realize the animation circular projection.
Specifically, the time H of each rotation of the image disc is 1000/A (1-E); the stop time I of the image disc is C-H; the time J ═ D ═ E ═ 1000 ═ E/A ═ E (1-E) for each turn on of the LED.
As shown in fig. 2, a position detection device is disposed on the image disc, the position detection device performs position detection and position error correction on a transmission system operating for a long time, specifically, the transmission system can use start-stop motion control of a servo motor, in addition, in order to save cost, the start-stop motion of the servo motor can be replaced by an intermittent transmission mechanism, the intermittent transmission mechanism is designed according to the number of pictures of the image disc, meanwhile, in order to increase the number of pictures of the image disc, a transmission ratio structure can be added between the intermittent mechanism and the image disc in consideration of the limitation of the design of the intermittent mechanism, and a single intermittent transmission mechanism can realize control of image discs with different numbers of pictures.
As shown below, data for three specific examples of the present invention are listed:
example 1:
setting projection picture parameters in a control system, wherein the number A of projection animation frames is 50HZ, the number B of images on an image disc is 10, the playing time length C of a single picture is 120ms, the LED on-off period D is 20ms, the LED duty ratio E is 2:5, calculating the rotating speed G of the image disc to be 8.33 r/s, and when a servo motor stops, according to the action of a servo motor encoder signal LED, according to the LED on-off period 20ms and the duty ratio 2: 5. and 6 times of lighting and extinguishing, namely, in the last empty time of the LED, the servo motor switches the moving image disc to the next one and stops after rotating for 36 degrees.
