The voltage stabilizing unit 140 is connected to the rectifying unit 110 and is used for stabilizing the circuit voltage, and the voltage stabilizing unit 140 includes a first transistor Q1 and a second transistor Q2; an emitter of the first triode Q1 is connected with the first output terminal of the rectifying unit 110, an emitter of the first triode Q1 is connected with a base of the first triode Q1 through a second resistor R2, and a collector of the first triode Q1 is connected with the voltage limiting and current reducing unit 120 through a third resistor R3.
The collector of the second triode Q2 is connected to the base of the first triode Q1 through a fourth resistor R4, the base of the second triode Q2 is connected to the control boosting unit 130 through a fifth resistor R5, and the emitter of the second triode Q2 is connected to the second output terminal of the rectifying unit 110.
When the first thyristor D22 in the control voltage boosting unit 130 is turned on, the first diode D22 provides a bias voltage for the second transistor Q2, so that the second transistor Q2 works in a range similar to a saturation region, and then the first transistor Q2 is turned on and works in the saturation region, and the voltage stabilizing unit 140 provides a power supply for controlling the current of the voltage boosting unit 130 by using the third resistor R3 as a current limiter.
A control boosting unit 130 connected to the rectifying unit 110, and configured to operate in response to the power-on signal output from the rectifying unit 110 and output a certain voltage value; the control boosting unit 130 comprises a first thyristor D21 and a first diode D22 which are arranged in series, and further comprises a two-input and gate G1, wherein the control electrode of the first thyristor D21 is connected with the output end of the two-input and gate G1; the first input end of the two-input and gate G1 is connected with the first output end of the voltage-limiting current-reducing unit 120, and the node of the two is coupled with the mechanical switch; a second input terminal of the two-input and gate G1 is connected to a second output terminal of the rectifying unit 110, and a node of the two is coupled to the mechanical switch. When the mechanical switch is in a closed state, the mechanical switch respectively inputs high level to the first input end and the second input end of the two-input and gate G1 through the contact point K1 and the contact point K2, at the moment, the two-input and gate G1 outputs a high level signal to the control electrode of the first thyristor D21, at the moment, the loops where the first thyristor D21 and the first diode D22 are located are switched on, and the first thyristor D21 and the first diode D22 divide voltage to provide a stable voltage for the liquid crystal panel.
And the delay unit 150 is connected with the control boosting unit 130, and delays the first preset time in response to the mechanical switch to enable the control boosting unit 130 to work. The delay unit 150 includes a sixth resistor R6 and a first capacitor C1, the sixth resistor R6 is respectively connected to the second input terminal of the two-input and gate G1 and the second output terminal of the rectifying unit 110, and the first capacitor C1 and the sixth resistor R6 are connected in parallel. The first capacitor C1 can store electric energy, when the mechanical switch is in an off state, the mechanical switch does not discharge to the first capacitor C1 and the second filter capacitor C2 through the contact K1 and the contact K2, the two-input and gate G1 continuously outputs a high level signal for a first preset time to control the thyristor D21 to be continuously conducted, and at this time, the output end of the circuit coupled with the liquid crystal panel is powered on.
The second filter capacitor C2 is further included, and two ends of the second filter capacitor C2 are respectively coupled to the first output end and the second output end of the rectifying unit 110. The filter is used for filtering harmonic waves, so that the circuit is more stable in working.
The delay control device further comprises a second voltage stabilizing diode D12, two ends of the second voltage stabilizing diode D12 are coupled with the first output end and the second output end of the rectifying unit 110 respectively, a node of the second voltage stabilizing diode D12 and the first output end of the rectifying unit 110 is connected with the voltage stabilizing unit 140, and voltage stabilization is performed through the second voltage stabilizing diode D12, so that the delay control device is more stable in operation.
