An embodiment of the present invention provides a detection apparatus for a display panel, including: an apparatus main body configured to detect a display panel placed on the apparatus main body; the voltage reduction module is arranged on the equipment main body, the input end of the voltage reduction module is connected with a power supply on the equipment main body, and the voltage reduction module is configured to reduce the first voltage of the input end to the second voltage of the output end; the detection alarm module is connected with the output end of the voltage reduction module; the detection alarm module is configured to detect the electrostatic ring when the electrostatic ring is connected with the detection alarm module, and alarm when the electrostatic ring is abnormal; the communication module is connected with the detection alarm module and is configured to receive detection data transmitted by the detection alarm module and send the detection data to the data processing equipment when the detection alarm module detects that the electrostatic ring is connected. In the embodiment of the invention, the equipment main body for detecting the display panel and the equipment for detecting the electrostatic ring are combined into one equipment, so that the occupied space of the detection equipment is reduced, and the communication module is arranged to upload the detection data of the electrostatic ring on each station to the data processing equipment, so that the data processing equipment can monitor the abnormality of the detection equipment, analyze each detection equipment according to the abnormality data, further reduce the possibility of abnormality of the detection equipment and improve the reliability of the display panel.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for detecting a display panel according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied to the detection apparatus according to any one of the embodiments, where the method includes:
step 201, after receiving the switch button to turn on, the detection alarm module detects whether there is an electrostatic ring connection.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 and 3, after the switch button 14 is turned on, the detection alarm module starts to detect the electrostatic ring that is connected to the electrostatic interface 13.
Step 202, when the electrostatic ring is connected, the detection alarm module acquires detection data of the electrostatic ring.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the electrostatic ring access is detected, the detection alarm module acquires the detection data of the electrostatic ring.
And 203, alarming if the detection data is abnormal data, and transmitting the detection data to a communication module.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the alarming includes: the alarm 31 is activated to sound an alarm and/or the alarm lamp 34 is activated to emit an alarm.
In step 204, the communication module transmits the detection data to the data processing device, and the detection alarm module transmits the detection data to the device main body, so that the device main body terminates the detection of the display panel.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation method comprises the following steps: the detection personnel inserts the worn electrostatic ring into the detection equipment, the detection equipment acquires detection data of the electrostatic ring, if the detection equipment is normal, a display panel is placed on the equipment main body, lighting detection is carried out, and the detection data of the electrostatic ring is also acquired in real time in the detection process of the display panel, so that the electrostatic ring is ensured to work normally in the detection process of the display panel; if the acquired detection data is abnormal, alarming is carried out, then the detection of the detection panel is stopped, and the detection data is uploaded to the data processing equipment for analysis and processing.
The electrostatic ring is required to be subjected to electrostatic detection when the electrostatic ring is inserted for the first time, so that electrostatic breakdown of the display panel is avoided from the source; in the display panel detection process, the electrostatic ring can still be subjected to electrostatic detection, so that safety and controllability in the display panel detection process are ensured. In addition, bind detection data and equipment main part, when detection data is unusual, the equipment main part in time stops the detection to display panel, is favorable to promoting the interception to the display panel that has the risk, synthesizes the security that improves display panel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the detection data includes: detection time, equipment identification, employee work number and static ring state information. Wherein the electrostatic ring status information includes: normal and abnormal; the abnormality includes an abnormality cause. The abnormal cause may be that the electrostatic ring is not energized, the electrostatic ring is not grounded, etc.
Specifically, the communication module transmits the detection data to the data processing device, and the data processing device stores and analyzes the detection data. Referring to table two, table two shows the detection data of the detection device for all stations at the same time. Therefore, a manager at the data processing device can query the history information of each detection device and the detection devices with problems in a certain time to perform corresponding analysis processing.

In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for detecting a display panel is provided, including: after receiving the opening of the switch button, the detection alarm module detects whether an electrostatic ring is connected or not; when the electrostatic ring is connected, the detection alarm module acquires detection data of the electrostatic ring; if the detection data are abnormal data, alarming is carried out, and the detection data are transmitted to a communication module; the communication module transmits the detection data to the data processing device, and the detection alarm module transmits the detection data to the device main body, so that the device main body terminates the detection of the display panel. In the embodiment of the invention, after detecting the abnormality of the detection data, the communication module sends the abnormal data to the equipment main body, the equipment main body can timely terminate the detection of the display panel, the electrostatic breakdown risk of the display panel can be reduced, the detection data of the electrostatic ring on each station is uploaded to the data processing equipment through the communication module, the data processing equipment can monitor the abnormality of the detection equipment, and analyze each detection equipment according to the abnormal data, so that the possibility of the abnormality of the detection equipment is reduced, and the reliability of the display panel is improved.
Example III
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a detection system for a display panel, including a plurality of detection devices 01 according to any one of the embodiments, further including: a data processing apparatus 02; the data processing device 02 is connected with each detection device 01; the data processing device is configured to receive the abnormal data sent by the detection device and analyze the abnormal data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the data processing apparatus 02 includes: CIM system, MES system, FMC system and BO system. Wherein different systems perform different functions. When the detection data acquired by the detection alarm module is abnormal data, the abnormal data are transmitted to the CIM system, and the abnormal data detected by each detection device are stored in the CIM system, so that the analysis and the processing of the abnormal data are convenient; stored in the MES system are real-time detection data corresponding to each detection device, including normal data and abnormal data. The FMC system is a system for monitoring the running condition of each detection device in the production line in real time, and static ring state information corresponding to each detection person is stored in the FMC system, and the corresponding detection person is timely reminded to adjust the static ring. The BO system stores static ring state information of all times corresponding to each detection device so as to facilitate a supervisory person to determine whether the display panel detected by each detection device has a risk of static breakdown. Specifically, the CIM system, the FMC system and the BO system extract detection data from the MES system respectively according to the requirements, and perform corresponding analysis.
Other details refer to the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and are not described herein.
The embodiment of the invention provides a detection system of a display panel, which comprises the following components: the detection device further comprises: a data processing device; the data processing device is connected with each detection device; the data processing device is configured to receive the abnormal data sent by the detection device and analyze the abnormal data. In the embodiment of the invention, the communication module is arranged, so that the detection data of the electrostatic ring on each station can be uploaded to the data processing equipment, the data processing equipment can monitor the abnormality of the detection equipment, and the detection equipment is analyzed according to the abnormality data, so that the possibility of abnormality of the detection equipment is reduced, and the reliability of the display panel is improved.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not repeated herein.

Claims (10)
1. A display panel detection apparatus, characterized by comprising:
an apparatus main body configured to detect a display panel placed on the apparatus main body;
the voltage reduction module is arranged on the equipment main body, the input end of the voltage reduction module is connected with a power supply on the equipment main body, and the voltage reduction module is configured to reduce the first voltage of the input end to the second voltage of the output end;
the detection alarm module is connected with the output end of the voltage reduction module; the detection alarm module is configured to detect the electrostatic ring when the electrostatic ring is connected with the detection alarm module, and alarm when the electrostatic ring is abnormal;
the communication module is connected with the detection alarm module and is configured to receive detection data transmitted by the detection alarm module and send the detection data to the data processing equipment when the detection alarm module detects that the electrostatic ring is connected;
wherein, the equipment main part is used for: the OLED production line is used for driving the display panel processor to burn or detect the poor display of the display panel.
2. The detection apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the detection alarm module includes: the device comprises a chip, an alarm, an input port and an output port;
the input port is connected with the chip, and is configured to be connected with the electrostatic ring and transmit detection data of the electrostatic ring to the chip;
the chip is connected with the alarm and the output port, and is configured to analyze the detection data, control the alarm to alarm when determining that the detection data is abnormal data, and transmit the detection data to the communication module through the output port.
3. The detection apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the detection alarm module further comprises: an alarm lamp; the alarm lamp is connected with the chip, and when the detection data is abnormal data, the chip is further configured to control the alarm lamp to emit light.
4. A detection apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the detection alarm module further comprises: a diode, a first capacitor, a resistor, a second capacitor and a switch;
the anode of the diode is connected with the output end of the voltage reduction module, and the cathode of the diode is connected with the first electrode of the first capacitor; the second electrode of the first capacitor is connected with the chip;
the first electrode of the second capacitor is connected with the output end of the voltage reduction module, the second electrode of the second capacitor is connected with the first end of the switch, the second end of the switch is connected with the first end of the resistor, and the second end of the resistor is connected with the chip;
the output port is connected to a first end of the resistor.
5. The apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the apparatus body includes:
an equipment housing;
the step-down module, the detection alarm module and the communication module are all placed in a cavity enclosed by the equipment shell;
the apparatus body further includes: an electrostatic interface and a switch button embedded on the device housing; one surface of the electrostatic interface facing the cavity is connected with an input port of the detection alarm module; one surface of the electrostatic interface facing the outside of the cavity is connected with the electrostatic ring; the switch button is connected with the switch.
6. The detection apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the apparatus main body further comprises: the device comprises a cooling fan, a placement unit, a control board, a pressure regulating valve, an exchanger and a power supply;
the radiating fan is embedded on the equipment shell;
the placing unit, the control board, the pressure regulating valve, the exchanger and the power supply are all placed in the cavity;
the placement unit is configured to bear the display panel and detect the display panel;
the control board is connected with the placement unit and is configured to control the placement unit to detect or terminate detection of the display panel;
the pressure regulating valve is configured to control a vacuum level within the equipment enclosure;
the switch is connected with an external network and the control panel and is used for transmitting network signals to the control panel.

The detection apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the control board is connected to the detection alarm module; when the detection alarm module detects that the electrostatic ring is abnormal, abnormal data are sent to the control panel; and when the control panel receives the abnormal data, controlling the placement unit to terminate detection of the display panel.
8. A method of inspecting a display panel, applied to the inspection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:
after the switch is turned on, the detection alarm module detects whether an electrostatic ring is connected or not;
when the electrostatic ring is connected, the detection alarm module acquires detection data of the electrostatic ring;
if the detection data are abnormal data, alarming is carried out, and the detection data are transmitted to a communication module;
the communication module transmits the detection data to the data processing device, and the detection alarm module transmits the detection data to the device main body, so that the device main body terminates the detection of the display panel.
9. The method of detecting according to claim 8, wherein the detection data includes: detection time, equipment identification, employee work number and static ring state information.
10. A detection system for a display panel, comprising a plurality of detection apparatuses according to any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising: a data processing device; the data processing device is connected with each detection device;
the data processing device is configured to receive the abnormal data sent by the detection device and analyze the abnormal data.
