Technical Field
The marine diesel engine is mainly formed by assembling a base, a frame, a cylinder body, a scavenging header and accessories arranged on the scavenging header, and the assembling operation flow of a main engine on a test bed before a motor train test is shown in a figure 1. In view of the above, a new way of pre-assembling the marine diesel engine is presented to reduce the working period of the marine diesel engine on the test bed, that is, the components of the marine diesel engine are assembled completely in advance on the pre-assembly bed, and then the marine diesel engine is transferred to the test bed by using a lifting tool, and the assembly operation flow on the pre-assembly bed is shown in fig. 2.

Referring to fig. 3, a bench is pre-adjusted on a final assembly test bench, a complete machine is transferred to the test bench, a host anchor bolt is fixed, a complete machine swing gear and torsion degree are measured, the complete machine swing gear measurement data are consistent with the data measured on the pre-final assembly bench in comparison, a lifting tool is removed, then complete machine integrity installation is carried out, the complete machine swing gear is measured again, the data are recorded, whether the design standard requirements are met or not is confirmed, and if the requirements are met, piston centering adjustment, complete machine swing gear, centering, main bearing clearance and clean submitting operation are carried out; if the whole machine swing gear measurement does not meet the design standard requirement, the whole machine SAG measurement is needed.
3. Referring to fig. 4, during integral SAG measurement, water is injected into the water tanks of the engine base of the marine diesel engine, the water tanks at two sides of the marine diesel engine are communicated by using water pipes, so that the liquid levels in the water tanks at two sides are in the same horizontal plane, an elastic steel wire tensioning device a is arranged at the rear end of the same side, an elastic steel wire fixing device c is arranged at the front end of the same side, and a distance device b is arranged at the measuring points of n main bearings of the engine base; after the installation of the devices is completed, the elastic steel wire is tensioned by the elastic steel wire tensioning device a, the measuring instrument d is installed on the distance device b at the measuring point position of the main bearing of each gear, the heights of the elastic steel wire and the water level in the water tank are measured and recorded, and then the heights of the main bearing of each gear are compared with standard data, and the positions of the main bearings of each gear are adjusted according to the measured data.
