The invention uses the sensor commonly used in the market as the sensor body and fixes the sensor body on the base plate to form the five-pulley tension sensor, the position of the pulley can be adjusted according to the width of the measured string, and the angle of the string can be adjusted by matching with the tension measuring device, so that the tension measurement of the string in the frame can be satisfied, the manual complexity of the string measurement is avoided, and the problems of real-time measurement of the string tension and control of the string tension are solved.

Background
In the production or test process, as the sensor technology is mature, the structure is simple, the reliability is high, the sensor is widely applied, the tension of the string can be measured by using contact or non-contact, and the corresponding sensor device is developed according to the use of specific application. At present, the measuring device is mainly applied to the aspects of yarns, cables and the like and is used for measuring single strings, and the special device cannot be used for measuring the tension of the strings in the horizontal direction and measuring the strings with fixed widths in a large scale. Because of uncertainty in the position and angle of the strings, tension sensors require specific aids in measuring the strings to meet the string width requirements and string fixation angle requirements at the time of measurement. Therefore, when tension detection is carried out on a large number of strings which are vertically interweaved, when sensor measurement is carried out on strings with fixed width, the tension value of the strings can be accurately detected by enabling the strings to be located at proper positions of the sensor, simultaneous measurement on the tension value of the large number of strings which are vertically interweaved is met, and real-time processing of the tension value can be realized on control application.
It is therefore of great interest to develop a five pulley tension test system for tension measurement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at the problems and provides a five-pulley tension test system for tension measurement, which is used for solving the problem that the requirements of fixed width and angle between strings are met in the large-scale vertical string tension measurement process.

The through hole in the middle of the base plate (12) is used for installing a pulley (13) on the sensor body (11), and the pulley (13) is used as a device for detecting the tension value of the rope after winding; the other four pulleys (13) are arranged on the through holes of the base plate (12) to fix the positions of the strings.
Besides the pulleys (13-3) for measuring the intermediate tension, the other four pulleys (13) are fixed on the base plate (12), one pulley (13-1) can be used for adjusting the position of the base plate (12), so that the width of the measured string can be adjusted, and tension measurement of strings with different distances in the horizontal direction can be realized.
The tension measuring device (2) consists of a fixing frame (21), a sliding rail (22), a sliding block (23), a small pulley (25) and an adjusting rod (24). The sliding rail (22) and the sliding block (23) mechanism are fixed at the top end of the fixed frame (21) through two mounting holes at the tail end, the pulley A (25-1), the pulley B (25-2) and the pulley C (25-3) are fixed through the mounting holes at the front end of the sliding rail (22) and can be used as fixed pulleys, the pulley D (25-4) and the pulley E (25-5) are fixed on the sliding block (23), the sliding block (23) moves on the sliding rail (22), the pulley D (25-4) and the pulley E (25-5) can further move back and forth and can be used as movable pulleys, the adjusting rod (24) is mounted at the upper end part of the fixed frame (21) and can be adjusted up and down through an internal sliding groove, so that the angle required by pulling a string to a tension measuring device is changed, and the measured string height is adjusted.
