Preferably, the water quality detecting device 12 is a turbidity sensor, detects a TDS value (i.e. total dissolved solids) of water, collects a current value of water in the water storage tank 10 after starting, determines that the water in the water storage tank 10 is qualified if the current value of the turbidity sensor is smaller than a current value set in a program, and determines that the water in the water storage tank 10 is dirty if the current value of the turbidity sensor is greater than or equal to the current value set in the program, and the water storage tank 10 needs to be cleaned. Further, the cleaning device 11 includes a step motor and a cleaning brush, the cleaning brush can be driven by the step motor to move at the bottom of the water storage tank 10, so as to clean the bottom wall of the water storage tank 10, preferably, the cleaning brush can also contact with part of the side wall of the water storage tank 10, and the cleaning of the side wall of the water storage tank 10 is completed by moving.
Preferably, the water tank self-cleaning system further comprises a spray water box 20 and a waste water box 30, the spray water box 20 is communicated with the water storage tank 10 through a clean water flow path, and the waste water box 30 is communicated with the water storage tank 10 through a waste water flow path. In the present embodiment, the water pump 13 is disposed in the storage tank 10 and connected to the shower box 20 and the waste box 30 through the water pipe 14 so that the water pump 13 can communicate with the shower box 20 and the waste box 30. The control valve comprises a clear water electromagnetic valve and a waste water electromagnetic valve, the clear water electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the opening and closing of the clear water flow path, and the waste water electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the opening and closing of the waste water flow path. When the water pump 13 pumps water into the spray water box 20, the clear water electromagnetic valve is opened, the waste water electromagnetic valve is closed, and when the water pump 13 pumps water into the waste water box 30, the waste water electromagnetic valve is opened, and the clear water electromagnetic valve is closed.
The spraying water box 20 is provided with spraying holes, the outside of the spraying water box is provided with a wet curtain 21, water in the spraying water box 20 flows out through the spraying holes and wets the wet curtain 21, and water evaporation on the wet curtain 21 can play a role in humidifying air.
Preferably, a water level detecting device is disposed in the water storage tank 10 for detecting the water level in the water storage tank 10, and the water level is detected first when the water tank self-cleaning system is operated, when the water level is detected without water shortage, the water pump 13 or the cleaning device 11 can be operated, and when the water level detecting device detects water shortage in the water tank, the water pump 13 stops operating.

The invention also provides a cooling fan which comprises a fan and the water tank self-cleaning system, wherein the fan is used for blowing air towards the wet curtain 21, so that the water evaporation on the wet curtain 21 is accelerated, the fan blows out cool air, the air is humidified, and the comfort level is improved. Preferably, the cooling fan can be started to blow air by the fan alone, or simultaneously, a humidification program is started, namely, water in the water storage tank 10 supplies water to the spraying water box 20, so that the cooling air can be blown out by the fan, the air humidification effect is achieved, and the comfort level is improved.

when the water in the water tank is detected to be unqualified by the water quality detection device, the cleaning device cleans the inner wall of the water tank, and then the water flows out through the waste water flow path.
2. The water tank self-cleaning system of claim 1, further comprising a shower water box and a waste water box,
the spraying water box is communicated with the water storage tank through the clear water flow path,
the waste water box is communicated with the water storage tank through the waste water flow path.
3. The water tank self-cleaning system as claimed in claim 2, wherein a water pump is provided on the water storage tank, the water pump inlet is communicated with the water storage tank, the water pump is connected with the spray water box and the waste water box through a water pipe,
the water pipe between the water pump and the spray water box forms the clean water flow path,
a water pipe between the water pump and the wastewater box forms the wastewater flow path;
and the water pipe is provided with a control valve for controlling the water pump to be communicated with the spray water box or the waste water box.

when the water quality detection device detects that the water quality is unqualified, the cleaning device cleans the inner wall of the water tank, and the water pump is started to pump the water in the water storage tank into the wastewater box after cleaning.
