Description

Automatic adjusting system for building membrane structure tensioning and working method
Technical Field
The invention particularly relates to an automatic tensioning adjusting system for a building membrane structure, and further particularly relates to a working method of the automatic tensioning adjusting system for the building membrane structure.
Background
With the appearance of novel film materials such as ETFE and the like in recent years, the traditional structural design means and construction process are not enough to deal with the complex-shaped ETFE steel-cable film structure, and the structural design means and construction process of the complex-shaped ETFE steel-cable film structure are needed to be improved, so that the technical bottleneck of design and construction of the complex-shaped ETFE steel-cable film structure is solved. All membrane structures are mostly in the form of small-area membranes and simple curved surfaces or air pillow type forms at present, and stress relaxation caused by creep is counteracted or slowed down by reducing membrane material stress or maintaining structure tension by an inflation mechanism. In China, stress relaxation or tension damage caused by creep is not counteracted or slowed down aiming at a large-area single-layer membrane structure.
Comparing files: chinese patent publication CN109235651A, published japanese patent No. 20190118, discloses a large-span rigid gable space grid-cable membrane structure system, which mainly comprises a rigid gable space grid, a cable arch truss, and a cable membrane structure having both vertical bearing and building enclosure functions. The main characteristics are that the rigid gable space grid bears longitudinal wind load, the cable arch truss bears transverse horizontal load, and the cable membrane structure bears roof vertical load and maintenance covering.
But the method of over-tensioning to 105% of the target cable force was used in the reference to offset the loss of pre-stress. The film structure is affected by normal temperature creep and temperature performance, stress concentration and plastic deformation are easy to occur at the edge of the large-area film structure under the action of wind and snow loads, or the shape size is changed or the large deformation is caused due to temperature change, so that the tensile force cannot be changed according to the change of the stress in real time by a comparison file. And because the actual place for delivering and operating the building using the membrane structure has limited maintenance space, great difficulty is brought to later adjustment and maintenance.
Therefore, an automatic tensioning adjusting system and method for a building membrane structure are needed to solve the problem that the membrane structure in the prior art cannot be automatically tensioned or loosened according to actual conditions on site.
