The implementation principle of the municipal asphalt concrete road and the construction method provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the concrete pavement 1 needs to be sprinkled with water for cooling, the water pump 611 is firstly turned on, then the servo motor 511 is started, at the moment, the spray pipe 631 moves above the concrete pavement 1 along the length direction of the concrete pavement 1, and water mist is sprayed onto the concrete pavement 1; if a large truck usually passes through the current road section, the spray pipe 631 is moved upwards vertically by the second cylinder before spraying, so that the height of the spray pipe 631 is higher than that of the large truck, and the water mist can be sprayed out normally when the vehicle normally runs on the concrete pavement 1.
