The treatment agent 1 is a microbial agent and an oxidizing agent, wherein the oxidizing agent is a chemical agent capable of decomposing sludge pollutants, such as calcium nitrate, and the microbial agent is a microbial agent capable of decomposing sludge pollutants, and can be prepared by microorganisms well known to those skilled in the art; the ratio of the microbial agent to the oxidant can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirement.
The barrier layer is formed by uniformly mixing active carbon particles and bentonite, wherein the proportion of the active carbon particles to the bentonite can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirement to obtain a mixture, and then the mixture is adhered on and around the dissolvable bag 2 through an adhesive; the activated carbon particles serve as aggregate to play roles in blocking layer frameworks and filling, have a certain adsorption function on the other hand, can assist in adsorbing floating pollutants, and swell after bentonite absorbs water to block gaps of the aggregate, so that blocking performance is improved.
The exhaust structure 4 is an exhaust slot or an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe is inserted into the treatment agent 1.
The vertical setting of blast pipe, and every treatment device have a plurality of blast pipes, and the blast pipe plays the exhaust effect on the one hand, and a plurality of blast pipes of vertical setting of on the other hand play support function in the treatment device, can stably place after doing benefit to the medicament bag setting, also do benefit to simultaneously and strengthen the stability of the inside multilayer treatment device structure at bed mud surface and bed mud.
By utilizing the treatment method of the river and lake endogenous pollution in-situ treatment device, the treatment device is uniformly paved on the river and lake sediment and/or is uniformly inserted into the river and lake sediment, the sediment is blocked by the blocking layer 3, the dissolvable bag 2 is gradually decomposed, the treatment agent 1 is contacted with the sediment and reacts, and the generated gas is discharged through the exhaust structure 4.
The uniform construction of the treatment device is realized through an intelligent mechanical arm paving device, the intelligent mechanical arm paving device comprises a frame, a temporary stacking platform 5, a crawler-type travelling mechanism 6, a mechanical arm 7, a mechanical gripper 8 and a control device, the crawler-type travelling mechanism 6 is arranged at the bottom of the frame, the temporary stacking platform 5 is arranged on the frame, the mechanical arm 7 is arranged on the frame, the mechanical gripper 8 is arranged at the end part of the mechanical arm 7, the control device is electrically connected with the frame, the crawler-type travelling mechanism 6, the mechanical arm 7 and the mechanical gripper 8 respectively, and the treatment device is temporarily stacked on the temporary stacking platform 5; the crawler-type travelling mechanism 6 drives the device to move at the bottom of a water area, the mechanical arm 7 is matched with the mechanical gripper 8, the treatment device on the temporary stacking platform 5 is grabbed, and then the treatment device is placed on or inserted into the bottom mud; in the construction process, the crawler-type travelling mechanism 6 can be matched to move to change the construction position until the laying treatment device is completed; the intelligent mechanical arm laying device can also be provided with automatic material taking and placing software, the automatic material taking and placing software is common knowledge in the field, the treatment device is temporarily placed on the temporary stacking platform 5 in a fixed position, and the device automatically grabs and lays the medicament bags according to a travel route set in advance.
