The bottom chassis 110 is provided with a groove 111. The groove 111 is recessed downward from the upper surface P1 of the bottom chassis 110 and opens upward. In the illustrated embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 111 is an inverted trapezoid to facilitate loading and transportation of the rolled goods 200 such as a steel coil. It is understood that the cross-sectional shape of the groove 111 may be V-shaped or U-shaped according to actual requirements.
The cover plates 120 are symmetrically arranged in pairs. The cover plates 120 arranged in pairs have a shape corresponding to that of the grooves 111. Each cover 120 is connected to the base frame 110 by a flipping device 130 and is capable of being flipped with respect to the base frame 110 between a covering position (fig. 2) covering the groove 111 and an open position (fig. 3) supported on the upper surface P1 of the base frame 110 by the flipping device 130. That is, the cover 120 may be flipped from the covering position to the opening position.
The cover 120 can cover the groove 111 at the covering position, and preferably the second inclined surface P3 of the cover 120 abuts against the first inclined surface P2 of the groove 111 and the second supporting surface P5 of the cover 120 abuts against the bottom surface P6 of the groove 111, so that the multipurpose steel coil container 100 can facilitate the transportation of the conventional goods and improve the stability of the transportation of the conventional goods.
When the cover 120 is located at the covering position, the first supporting surface P4 of the cover 120 preferably does not protrude from the upper surface P1 of the bottom frame 110, so as to facilitate the efficiency of loading and transporting the general cargo into and out of the multipurpose steel coil container 100 and prevent the conventional cargo from being loaded and unloaded.
The cover 120 can be supported on the upper surface P1 of the bottom frame 110 at the open position, that is, the first supporting surface P4 of the cover 120 abuts against the upper surface P1 of the bottom frame 110, and at this time, the rolled goods 200 such as a steel coil can be placed at the groove 111, so that the multipurpose steel coil container 100 can transport the rolled goods 200.

The lead screw 131 is connected to the base frame 110 in a height direction of the base frame 110. Specifically, a first bushing is disposed on the bottom chassis 110, and the first bushing is located inside the bottom chassis 110 to ensure flatness of the upper surface P1 of the bottom chassis 110. The first bushing includes a first upper bushing 114a coupled to the upper surface P1 of the bottom chassis 110 in the height direction of the bottom chassis 110 and a first lower bushing 114b coupled to the lower surface of the bottom chassis 110. The lead screw 131 is located in the first bushing, that is, the top of the lead screw 131 is located in the first upper bushing 114a, and the bottom of the lead screw 131 is located in the first lower bushing 114 b. The screw 131 can rotate in the first sleeve under the action of external force.
The first upper bushing 114a and the first lower bushing 114b may be coupled to the chassis 110 by fasteners 116 such as bolts. To facilitate the coupling and fixing of the first upper bushing 114a and the first lower bushing 114b, a fixing plate 115 is preferably provided in the base frame 110, and the first upper bushing 114a and the first lower bushing 114b may be coupled to the fixing plate 115 by a fastener 116 such as a bolt.
The two ends of the connecting rod structure 132 are respectively connected to the screw rod 131 and the cover plate 120, and one end connected to the screw rod 131 can move along the axial direction of the screw rod 131 under the driving of the screw rod 131, that is, along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, so as to drive the connecting rod structure 132 to move along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, so that the cover plate 120 can be turned over relative to the bottom frame 110, and the turning operation is facilitated, thereby achieving the purpose of time and labor saving.
Preferably, the connecting rod structure 132 includes a nut 133, the nut 133 is sleeved on the lead screw 131, and when the lead screw 131 rotates under the action of an external force, the nut 133 can be driven to move along the axial direction of the lead screw 131, that is, the nut 133 moves along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, so that the lead screw 131 can drive the connecting rod structure 132 to move along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, and the cover plate 120 can be turned over relative to the bottom frame 110.
The link structure 132 preferably further comprises a first link 134 and a second link 135 pivotable relative to each other, the first link 134 being connected to the nut 133 and the second link 135 being connected to the cover plate 120.
With particular reference to fig. 2 and 3, the first link 134 is pivotably connected to the nut 133 about a first pivot axis C. The first link 134 is pivotably connected to the second link 135 about a second pivot axis E. The second link 135 is pivotably connected to the cover plate 120 about a third pivot axis F. Therefore, the cover plate 120 can be turned over conveniently, and the purposes of time saving and labor saving are achieved.
Specifically, when the cover 120 is required to be turned from the covering position to the opening position, the screw 131 is first rotated by an external force to drive the nut 133 to move upward along the axial direction of the screw 131, that is, the height direction of the base frame 110. At this time, the first link 134 follows the nut 133 to move upward along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, but the cover 120 is not moved relatively and still remains at the covering position shown in fig. 2.
When the nut 133 is driven by the screw rod 131 to move to the top position of the screw rod 131, the height position of the second pivot axis E is adapted to the height position required by the cover plate 120 to turn, and at this time, the cover plate 120 and the second link 135 can be conveniently pivoted in the direction away from the groove 111, that is, pivoted to the open position, around the second pivot axis E under the action of external force. At the same time, the cover plate 120 is pivotable about the third pivot axis F to be supported on the upper surface P1 of the chassis 110, i.e. to abut the first support surface P4 to the upper surface P1 of the chassis 110.
After the cover plate 120 is turned to the open position, the screw rod 131 is rotated reversely by an external force to drive the nut 133 to move downward along the axial direction of the screw rod 131, that is, along the height direction of the bottom frame 110, so as to drive the first link 134 to move downward to the inside of the bottom frame 110, so that neither the first link 134 nor the second link 135 protrudes out of the first inclined plane P2 of the groove 111, thereby facilitating the loading and transportation of the rolled goods 200.

The nut 133, the first link 134, and the second link 135 of the link structure 132 are preferably pre-assembled together to facilitate the installation connection of the link structure 132 with the lead screw 131 and the cover plate 120.
