In this embodiment, since the positions at which the vertical plate 104 is fixed are different, the second connecting portion 123 can be connected to the vertical plate 104 by using any one of a right-angle connecting portion, a T-shaped connecting portion, and a cross connecting portion for fixing different positions, and meanwhile, the first connecting portion 113 can be connected to the fixing base plate 101 by a bolt.

Because the specimen storage box is a relatively closed system, in order to prevent the problem of liquid level reduction in the box body 100 caused by factors such as air volatilization which are difficult to avoid, in the preferred embodiment of the invention, the specimen storage box further comprises an air pressure balancing mechanism 500; the air pressure balance mechanism 500 is located at one side of the box body 100, the air pressure balance mechanism 500 is connected with the box body 100, the air pressure balance mechanism 500 is communicated with the storage space in the box body 100, and the air pressure balance mechanism 500 is used for balancing the air pressure of the box body 100.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the air pressure balancing mechanism 500 includes a first check valve 501 and a second check valve 502; a first check valve 501 and a second check valve 502 are respectively communicated with the inside of the box 100 and the outside environment, the first check valve 501 is used for unidirectionally transmitting the gas inside the box 100 to the outside environment, and the second check valve 502 is used for unidirectionally transmitting the gas of the outside environment to the inside of the box 100.
In this embodiment, the first check valve 501 can ensure that the gas volatilized from the inside of the box 100 is unidirectionally delivered to the outside environment, and the second check valve 502 can ensure that the air in the outside environment enters the inside of the box 100, wherein the opening and closing of the first check valve 501 and the second check valve 502 are both opened according to the air pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the box 100.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a filter mechanism 600 is further included; the filtering mechanism 600 is located at an air outlet of the first one-way valve 501, the first one-way valve 501 is communicated with the filtering mechanism 600, and the filtering mechanism 600 is used for receiving the air conveyed inside the box 100 so as to filter the air conveyed inside the box 100 and then discharge the air to the external environment.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the filter mechanism 600 includes a bubble reducing net 601, an absorption liquid 602, and an air filtering net 603; the first check valve 501 is sequentially connected with a bubble fragmentation net 601, an absorption liquid 602 and an air filter screen 603, the bubble fragmentation net 601 is used for dividing the gas exhausted from the box body 100 so as to divide the gas exhausted from the box body 100 into small bubble gas, the absorption liquid 602 is used for absorbing formaldehyde gas in the small bubble gas output by the bubble fragmentation net 601, and the air filter screen 603 is used for filtering the formaldehyde gas in the gas filtered by the absorption liquid 602 and discharging the filtered gas to the external environment.
In this embodiment, the bubble reducing net 601 and the absorption liquid 602 can be located inside the first check valve 501, wherein the absorption liquid 602 is stored inside the container of the first check valve 501, preferably, the absorption liquid 602 can be water, when the pressure in the box 100 rises due to the supplement of the fixing liquid, the sealing ball at the bottom air inlet of the first check valve 501 is jacked up, the airflow channel of the first check valve 501 is opened, and the gas passes through the bubble reducing net 601 arranged inside the first check valve 501 and can be changed into fine bubbles from larger bubbles, so that the fine bubbles can better ensure the absorption effect of the water on formaldehyde in the discharged gas; the formaldehyde gas rich in the discharged waste gas firstly passes through the water stored in the first one-way valve 501, most of the formaldehyde gas is absorbed, and the rest of the formaldehyde gas passes through the air filter screen 603 and then reaches the emission standard, and is discharged into the atmospheric environment; wherein, the air filter screen 603 can use a plurality of groups of 3M air filtering and purifying screens, and the comprehensive formaldehyde removal capacity can reach more than 99 percent.
In addition, when the pressure in the case 100 drops, the sealing ball of the first check valve 501 is sucked to the bottom exhaust port. Meanwhile, the sealing ball at the bottom of the second check valve 502 is jacked up, the airflow channel of the second check valve 502 is opened, and external air can smoothly enter the box body 100; the two sets of one-way air pressure balance valves, namely the first one-way valve 501 and the second one-way valve 502, can ensure that the air pressure inside and outside the box body 100 is the same.

Claims (10)
1. An infusion specimen storage box, comprising: the device comprises a box body, a box cover, a stationary liquid supplementing mechanism and a mixing and filtering mechanism;
the box cover is hermetically connected with the box body so as to form a storage space for the infusion specimen in the box body;
the fixed liquid supplementing mechanism is communicated with the interior of the box body through the mixing and filtering mechanism, the fixed liquid supplementing mechanism is used for conveying fixed liquid to the mixing and filtering mechanism, the mixing and filtering mechanism is used for mixing the fixed liquid in the box body with the fixed liquid in the fixed liquid supplementing mechanism, and the mixing and filtering mechanism is used for filtering fixed floating objects in the mixed fixed liquid and then conveying the filtered fixed floating objects to the interior of the box body.
2. The infused specimen storage box of claim 1, further comprising a level sensor and a controller;
the controller is respectively in electric signal connection with the liquid level sensor and the stationary liquid supplementing mechanism, the liquid level sensor is located inside the box body, the liquid level sensor is used for detecting liquid level height information in the box body and transmitting the liquid level height information to the controller, a liquid level height threshold value is preset in the controller, and the controller correspondingly controls the opening and closing of the stationary liquid supplementing mechanism.
3. The infused specimen storage box according to claim 2, wherein the fixing solution replenishment mechanism comprises a fixing solution replenishment box and a solenoid valve;
the fixed liquid supplementing box is located on one side of the box body and connected with the box body, the electromagnetic valve is located at the outlet of the fixed liquid supplementing box, the fixed liquid supplementing box is communicated with the mixed filtering mechanism through the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is in electrical signal connection with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve.
4. The infused specimen storage box of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the box body comprises a fixed bottom plate, a fixed side plate, a connecting fastener, a specimen box upright plate and a specimen box buckle plate;
the fixed side plate is arranged around the outside of the fixed bottom plate, and is fixedly connected with the edge of the fixed bottom plate to form an accommodating space;
