In this embodiment, the screen removing device includes a case 1, a jig assembly 2 for fixing a middle frame, a heating assembly 3 for heating a screen, a screen sucking assembly 4 for sucking the screen, and a separating assembly 5 for driving the heating assembly 3 and the screen sucking assembly 4 to be away from the jig assembly 2.
The inside of box 1 is equipped with the accommodation chamber, tool subassembly 2 set firmly in the upper surface of box 1, separation subassembly 5 is located the accommodation chamber. An inclined surface 101 facing obliquely upwards is arranged on one side of the box body 1, and a control assembly 102 is arranged on the inclined surface 101 so that an operator can perform control operation. The screen sucking assembly 4 is used for sucking the screen. Optionally, the screen assembly 4 includes a vacuum suction ball 401, a screen driving mechanism 402, and a mounting plate 403. The vacuum suction ball 401 comprises a suction ball round head 4011, a suction ball column and a suction ball disk 4012 which are communicated in sequence and are used for adsorbing the screen. The screen driving mechanism 402 is used for pressing the suction ball round head 4011. The mounting plate 403 is provided with a fixing hole, and the suction ball column is positioned in the fixing hole to position the vacuum suction head.
After the suction ball disk 4012 sticks to the screen, the suction ball disk 4012 can generate a negative pressure by pressing the suction ball round head 4011 by the screen driving mechanism 402, and then the screen driving mechanism 402 withdraws and releases the suction ball round head 4011, so that the screen can be stably adsorbed by the suction ball disk 4012. When the screen needs to be released, the screen sucking driving mechanism 402 extrudes the spherical suction head 4011 again, the extrusion degree is not less than the extrusion degree just, the negative pressure effect of the spherical suction disk 4012 can be broken, after the spherical suction disk 4012 is separated from the screen, the screen sucking driving mechanism 402 retreats again and releases the spherical suction head 4011, and the spherical suction head 4011 can recover deformation so as to execute the screen sucking operation next time.
The separation assembly 5 includes a cross plate 501, a vertical guide post 502, a lifting plate 503, and a separation drive mechanism 504.
The transverse plate 501 is horizontally and fixedly arranged in the accommodating cavity, and optionally, the transverse plate 501 is fixedly connected with any inner wall of the box body 1 through rigid connectors such as fixing bolts. The screen driving mechanism 402 and the separation driving mechanism 504 are both fixed to the cross plate 501. The lifting plate 503 is located above the transverse plate 501, and the heating assembly 3 and the mounting plate 403 are both fixed on the lifting plate 503. The lower part of the vertical guide pillar 502 is fixedly connected with the transverse plate 501, and the upper part is connected with the lifting plate 503 in a vertical sliding manner. The separation driving mechanism 504 is connected to the lifting plate 503, and is used for driving the lifting plate 503 to approach or separate from a middle frame located in the jig assembly 2 along the vertical guide pillar 502.
Specifically, the separation driving mechanism 504 drives the lifting plate 503 to move upwards, so that the suction ball tray 4012 and the heating assembly 3 can be attached to the screen for heating and adsorbing operations; after the heating is finished, the separation driving mechanism 504 drives the lifting plate 503 to move downwards, so that the screen is forced to be far away from the middle frame under the adsorption action of the suction ball disk 4012, and finally, the screen frame separation is realized.
It should be noted that, each driving mechanism may be an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or an electrode lead screw assembly, and the specific structure thereof is not the focus of the embodiment, so that the description thereof will not be repeated.
The screen removing device provided in this embodiment has the following specific working process:
(1) placing the electronic equipment screen downwards into a positioning groove;
(2) the suction screen driving mechanism 402 presses the vacuum suction ball 401;
(3) the separation driving mechanism 504 drives the heating assembly 3 and the vacuum suction ball 401 to move upwards to be attached to the screen;
(4) the screen driving mechanism 402 retreats and releases the vacuum suction ball 401, and the suction ball disk 4012 of the vacuum suction ball 401 adsorbs the screen;
(5) the fixture driving mechanism 203 drives the clamping mechanism 202 to move downwards, and the clamping mechanism 202 grabs the rear cover of the electronic equipment; the fixture driving mechanism 203 drives the clamping mechanism 202 to move upwards, so that the rear cover is detached;
(6) the heating component 3 heats the screen;
(7) after the heating is finished, the separation driving mechanism 504 drives the heating assembly 3 and the vacuum suction ball 401 to move downwards, so that the screen is forced to be separated from the middle frame, and the screen disassembling operation is completed.
According to the screen removing device, the synchronous movement of the heating component 3 and the screen sucking component 4 is realized by the separation component 5, and then the simultaneous operation of heating and screen removing can be realized at the same station, and the position transfer operation of electronic equipment is not needed in the screen removing process, so that the production efficiency can be effectively improved.
Further, the screen detaching device provided by the embodiment is simple in structure, easy to operate, low in manufacturing cost and capable of being popularized and used in different projects. The heating element is in the safe position of first penetration groove below before tearing open the screen, only can rise to working position when heating, tear open the screen and just get back to safe position again, avoid scalding the staff, improve the security performance.

the jig assembly comprises a clamping mechanism and a jig driving mechanism, wherein the jig driving mechanism is used for driving the clamping mechanism to move up and down, and the clamping mechanism is used for clamping a rear cover of the electronic equipment;
the jig assembly comprises a positioning frame, wherein the upper surface of the positioning frame is recessed downwards to form a positioning groove for the electronic equipment to be placed in; the edge of the bottom of the positioning groove is provided with a convex edge for blocking the middle frame from moving downwards;
the clamping mechanism is located above the locating frame, and the screen sucking assembly, the heating assembly and the separating assembly are located below the locating frame.
