Abstract
The invention discloses a split type bicycle hub ratchet wheel and a preparation method thereof, wherein the split type bicycle hub ratchet wheel comprises a ratchet wheel cylinder and a ratchet wheel tooth disc seat connected with the ratchet wheel cylinder, wherein the ratchet wheel cylinder is designed into a cylinder structure; the ratchet tooth plate seat structure is a metal member. The bicycle hub ratchet wheel provided by the invention can ensure that the ratchet is not damaged, simplify the production process, reduce the production cost, improve the coaxiality precision grade of the ratchet wheel, reduce the weight of the ratchet wheel and change ratchet wheel bodies with different specifications in production.

a. manufacturing a ratchet barrel 1:

cutting and blanking: cutting a cylindrical aluminum alloy section bar into raw material cylindrical blocks;
machining the numerical control machine tool: processing an internal thread hole 12-1 at one end of a raw material cylinder block, processing the middle of the raw material cylinder block into a connecting part 12-2 for mounting a bearing, and processing the other end of the raw material cylinder block into a cavity 12-3 for mounting a shaft stop, so that the ratchet cylinder 1 is formed;
