(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects of low efficiency and difficult uniform painting in the prior art, and the technical problem to be solved is to provide the building pipe painting equipment which can paint pipe materials efficiently and paint the pipe materials more uniformly.
(2) Technical scheme
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides a building piping material painting apparatus, comprising: the frame is provided with a blanking mechanism; and the smearing mechanism is connected to the frame.
Preferably, the blanking mechanism comprises: the support column is connected to the frame; a funnel connected to the support column.
Preferably, the application mechanism comprises: a mounting plate connected to the frame; a servo motor connected to the mounting plate; the flat belt is wound between the smearing belt and the rotating wheel; a smearing belt which is rotatably connected to the bearing; the rotating wheel is connected to the output shaft of the servo motor; and the bearing is connected to the frame.
Preferably, a moving mechanism is further included, and the moving mechanism includes: a support plate connected to the frame; a rotating shaft rotatably connected to the support plate; the first bevel gear is connected to a front output shaft of the motor; the second bevel gear is connected to the rotating shaft; and the transmission assembly is connected to the rotating shaft.
Preferably, an intermittent mechanism is further included, the intermittent mechanism including: a fixing plate connected to the frame; a connecting plate connected to the fixing plate; the first sliding rail is connected to the fixing plates on the two sides; the rack is connected to the first sliding rail in a sliding manner; the wedge-shaped block is connected to the racks on the two sides; the first spring is connected between the wedge-shaped block and the connecting plate; a support frame connected to the funnel; the straight gear is connected to the rotating rod and meshed with the racks on the two sides; the second spring is connected between the upper part of the striker plate and the support frame; the striker plate is connected to the funnel in a sliding manner.
Preferably, a collecting mechanism is further included, the collecting mechanism including: the second slide rail is connected to the frame; the collecting frame is connected to the second sliding rail; a handle connected to the collecting frame.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
Example 1
A pipe material painting device for buildings is shown in figures 1-3 and comprises a frame 1, a blanking mechanism 3 and a painting mechanism 2, wherein the blanking mechanism 3 is arranged on the frame 1, and the painting mechanism 2 is arranged on the frame 1.
The smearing mechanism 2 comprises an installation plate 20, a servo motor 21, a flat belt 22, a smearing belt 23, a rotating wheel 24 and a bearing 25, the installation plate 20 is arranged on the front side of the top of the frame 1, the servo motor 21 is arranged on the top of the installation plate 20, the rotating wheel 24 is connected with an output shaft of the servo motor 21, the bearing 25 is connected between the left side and the right side of the frame 1, the smearing belt 23 is rotatably connected to the inner side of the bearing 25, and the flat belt 22 is connected between the smearing belt 23 and the rotating wheel 24 in a winding.
The blanking mechanism 3 comprises supporting columns 30 and a funnel 31, the left side and the right side of the top of the frame 1 are fixedly provided with supports, and the funnel 31 is arranged between the upper parts of the supporting columns 30 on the two sides.
When people need to use the equipment, firstly, the equipment is moved to the upper end of the pipe material, so that the pipe material is positioned in the smearing belt 23, then paint is poured into the funnel 31, the paint is dropped onto the pipe material from the funnel 31, then the motor is started, an output shaft at the rear side of the motor drives the rotating wheel 24 to rotate, the rotating wheel 24 is driven to the smearing belt 23 through the flat belt 22, so that the smearing belt 23 smears the pipe material, and the smearing belt 23 rotates in the bearing 25. Then the manual push trolley moves along the direction of the pipe materials, so that the pipe materials are uniformly coated.
Example 2
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4, the vehicle body frame further includes a moving mechanism 4, the moving mechanism 4 includes a support plate 40, a rotating shaft 41, a first bevel gear 42, a second bevel gear 43 and a transmission assembly 44, the support plate 40 is symmetrically disposed on the left and right sides of the front portion of the vehicle frame 1, the rotating shaft 41 is rotatably disposed on the upper portion of the support plate 40, the first bevel gear 42 is connected to a front output shaft of the motor, the second bevel gear 43 is connected to the left side of the rotating shaft 41, the second bevel gear 43 is engaged with the first bevel gear 42, and the transmission assembly 44 is connected between the left.
Through starter motor, the output shaft of motor front side drives bevel gear group and rotates, and bevel gear group rotates and drives pivot 41 and rotate, and pivot 41 rotates and drives the drive assembly 44 of both sides about the drive and rotate for this equipment can remove along the pipe material direction, thereby does not need the people to manually control it and scribble efficiency in order to promote.
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the intermittent device 5 further comprises a fixed plate 50, a connecting plate 51, a first slide rail 52, a rack 53, a wedge block 54, a spring 55, a support frame 56, a spur gear 57, a second spring 58 and a striker plate 59, the fixed plates 50 are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the rear portion of the frame 1, the connecting plate 51 is arranged between the fixed plates 50 on the two sides, the first slide rail 52 is symmetrically arranged on the front and back of the upper portion between the fixed plates 50 on the two sides, the rack 53 is slidably arranged in the first slide rail 52 on the two sides, the wedge block 54 is connected to the lower portions of the racks 53 on the two sides, the spring 55 is arranged between the wedge block 54 on the two sides and the connecting plate 51, the support frame 56 is connected to the rear side of the funnel 31, a rotating rod is rotatably arranged on the support frame 56, the lower portion of the rotating rod is connected with the spur gear 57, a baffle plate 59 is slidably arranged at the lower part of the funnel 31.
The striker plate is pulled open through the backward side, so that the paint in the funnel 31 drops to the pipe material top, after finishing smearing, the motor is closed, then the rotating rod connected to the support frame 56 is rotated manually, the rotating rod is connected with the gear, the gear is meshed with the racks 53 on two sides, so that the rack 53 is opened towards the left side and the right side and is not blocked by the striker plate, the striker plate is reset under the action of the spring 55 to stop the dropped paint, and the paint can be saved.
On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 7, the vehicle frame further includes a collecting mechanism 6, the collecting mechanism 6 includes a second slide rail 60, a collecting frame 61 and a handle 62, the second slide rail 60 is disposed at the bottom of the rear side of the vehicle frame 1, the collecting frame 61 is slidably disposed on the upper side of the second slide rail 60, and the handle 62 is connected to the rear side of the collecting frame 61.
By providing a collection frame 61 to collect the dripping paint again, further material savings are achieved.
