In an alternative embodiment, the braking assembly comprises a third housing 33, a second wheel 34, a positioning rod 35, a plurality of sets of third connecting rods 38, a second transmission shaft 39 and a third threaded rod 40; wherein, a plurality of positioning holes 16 are uniformly arranged on the base 1 along the length direction thereof;
one end of each of the plurality of third connecting rods 38 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the third housing 33, and each of the plurality of third connecting rods 38 is connected to the positioning rod 35; the positioning rod 35 penetrates through the third shell 33 in a sliding mode, and the positioning rod 35 is inserted into one positioning hole 16 in a sliding mode to form a positioning structure;
the central axis of the third threaded rod 40 is superposed with the central axis of the positioning rod 35, the third threaded rod 40 is in threaded fit with the positioning rod 35, the third threaded rod 40 is in transmission connection with the second transmission shaft 39, and the central axis of the third threaded rod 40 is perpendicular to the central axis of the second transmission shaft 39; both ends of the second transmission shaft 39 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the third shell 33, and one end of the second transmission shaft 39 facing the second shell 7 extends into the third shell 33 and is connected with the second wheel 34; the third housing 33 is connected to the seat;

In an alternative embodiment also two sets of tightening pieces 17 are included; wherein, a third strip-shaped hole 18 is arranged on the end surface of the second shell 7 far away from the seat; each group of the second sliding parts 20 is provided with a threaded blind hole on the end surface facing the third strip-shaped hole 18;
the two groups of tightening pieces 17 respectively penetrate through the third strip-shaped holes 18 and are respectively screwed into the two groups of threaded blind holes;
when the training device is used, the two groups of the fastening pieces 17 are respectively used for fastening the two groups of the second sliding parts 20, so that the second sliding parts 20 are prevented from sliding on the second sliding assembly, and a user is prevented from being injured during training.
In an alternative embodiment, the second drive assembly comprises a third hand wheel 11 and a second threaded rod 23; each group of second sliding parts 20 is provided with a third through hole for the second threaded rod 23 to pass through;
both ends of the second threaded rod 23 are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the second shell 7, one end of the second threaded rod 23 extends out of the second shell 7 and is connected with the third hand wheel 11, and the second threaded rod 23 comprises a first threaded part and a second threaded part; the first thread part is connected with the second thread part, the thread directions of the first thread part and the second thread part are opposite, the thread shapes of the first thread part and the second thread part are symmetrical, and the first thread part and the second thread part are respectively in thread fit connection with two groups of second sliding blocks 24; two groups of second sliding blocks 24 are connected with the inner wall of the second shell 7 in a sliding manner;
when the hand-held type three-way sliding block is used, the third hand wheel 11 is held by hand to drive the second threaded rod 23 to rotate, and then the two groups of second sliding blocks 24 are driven to move close to each other or move away from each other.

A postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device is characterized by comprising a base (1), two groups of first shells (2), two groups of first sliding parts (3), a plurality of groups of first connecting rods (4), a seat, a second shell (7), two groups of first sliding parts (3), a plurality of groups of second connecting rods, two groups of pedals (9), two groups of second sliding blocks (24), a plurality of groups of second springs (25), two groups of first sliding blocks (30) and a plurality of groups of first springs (31);
the two groups of first shells (2) are distributed side by side along the length direction of the base (1), the two groups of first shells (2) are connected with the base (1), the end faces, close to each other, of the two groups of first shells (2) are provided with first strip-shaped holes (5), two groups of first sliding assemblies used for slidably connecting the two groups of first sliding parts (3) are respectively arranged in the two groups of first shells (2), and two groups of first driving assemblies used for respectively driving the two groups of first sliding blocks (30) to move along the central axis direction of the two groups of first sliding parts (3) are respectively arranged on the two groups of first shells (2); the two groups of first sliding blocks (30) are respectively connected with the inner walls of the two groups of first shells (2) in a sliding manner; the multiple groups of first springs (31) are respectively connected with the two groups of first sliding parts (3) and the two groups of first sliding blocks (30);
one end of each group of first connecting rods (4) respectively penetrates through the two groups of first strip-shaped holes (5) and is connected with the two groups of first sliding parts (3), and the other end of each group of first connecting rods (4) is connected with the seat; the seat is positioned between the two groups of first shells (2), and a brake component used for tightly fixing the seat and the base (1) is arranged on the seat;
the second shell (7) is distributed along the width direction of the base (1) and connected with the base (1), a second strip-shaped hole (8) is formed in the end face, facing the seat, of the second shell (7), a second sliding assembly used for being in sliding connection with the two groups of second sliding parts (20) is arranged in the second shell (7), and a second driving assembly used for synchronously driving the two groups of second sliding blocks (24) to move towards or away from the two groups of second sliding parts (20) respectively is arranged on the second shell (7); the two groups of second sliding blocks (24) are respectively positioned at two sides of the two groups of second sliding parts (20); two ends of the second springs (25) are respectively connected with the two groups of second sliding blocks (24) and the two groups of second sliding parts (20);
one ends of the second connecting rods penetrate through the second strip-shaped holes (8) and are respectively connected with the two groups of second sliding parts (20), and the other ends of the second connecting rods are respectively connected with the two groups of pedals (9); the end surface of each group of pedals (9) is provided with a protective belt (10).
2. The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device of claim 1, wherein the first sliding assembly comprises a first fixing plate (26) and a second fixing plate (27); wherein, two groups of end surfaces of the first sliding part (3) which are far away from each other are respectively provided with a plurality of groups of first sliding chutes (301);
the first fixing plate (26) and the second fixing plate (27) are distributed side by side, the first fixing plate (26) and the second fixing plate (27) are both connected with the inner wall of the first shell (2), and a first sliding space used for communicating the first strip-shaped hole (5) is reserved between the first fixing plate (26) and the second fixing plate (27); a plurality of first balls (261) are uniformly arranged on the end face of the first fixing plate (26) positioned in the first sliding space; a plurality of second balls (271) are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the second fixing plate (27) positioned in the first sliding space;
a plurality of first balls (261) and a plurality of second balls (271) all are the distribution of rectangle array, and a plurality of first balls (261) and a plurality of second balls (271) sliding fit multiunit first spout (301) respectively.

The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device of claim 1, wherein the first driving assembly comprises a first hand wheel (6), a first threaded rod (28) and a first transmission shaft (29); wherein, the first sliding part (3) is provided with a first through hole (302) for the first threaded rod (28) to pass through;
two ends of the first threaded rod (28) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the first shell (2), the central axis of the first threaded rod (28) is superposed with the central axis of the first sliding part (3), and the first threaded rod (28) is in threaded fit with the first sliding block (30); wherein, the multiple groups of first springs (31) are sleeved on the outer side of the first threaded rod (28);
one end of the first transmission shaft (29) is connected with the first hand wheel (6), the other end of the first transmission shaft (29) is rotatably connected with the first shell (2), and the other end of the first transmission shaft (29) extends into the first shell (2) and is connected with the first threaded rod (28) in a transmission mode.

The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device as defined in claim 3, wherein transparent plates are embedded on the outer end surfaces of the two groups of first shells (2) which are far away from each other; each group of transparent plates is provided with scales along the central axis direction of the first threaded rod (28).
5. The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device as defined in claim 1, wherein the seat comprises a mounting plate (12), a seat plate (13), a backup plate (14) and an adjustable elastic expansion bracket;
the mounting plate (12) is connected with a plurality of groups of first connecting rods (4); wherein the brake component is connected with the end surface of the mounting plate (12) facing the base (1);
the backup plate (14) is connected with one side of the seat plate (13) far away from the second shell (7); the seat board (13) is parallel to the base (1);
the adjustable elastic expansion bracket is respectively connected with the seat board (13) and the mounting board (12).

The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device as recited in claim 1, wherein the adjustable elastic expansion bracket comprises a plurality of sets of sliding rods (15), a plurality of sets of fasteners (32), a plurality of sets of third springs (36) and a plurality of sets of expansion rods (37); wherein, the mounting plate (12) is provided with a plurality of groups of second through holes;
the multiple groups of sliding rods (15) are uniformly distributed side by side, one ends of the multiple groups of sliding rods (15) are connected with the seat plate (13), the other ends of the multiple groups of sliding rods (15) respectively slide through the multiple groups of second through holes, and the multiple groups of sliding rods (15) are respectively in threaded fit with the multiple groups of fasteners (32); the end surfaces of the multiple groups of fasteners (32) respectively press the end surfaces of the mounting plates (12) facing the base (1);
the multiple groups of telescopic rods (37) are uniformly distributed side by side, and two ends of the multiple groups of telescopic rods (37) are respectively connected with the mounting plate (12) and the seat plate (13); the outer sides of the multiple groups of telescopic rods (37) are sleeved with the multiple groups of third springs (36) respectively, the two ends of the multiple groups of third springs (36) are connected with the mounting plate (12) and the seat plate (13) respectively, and the multiple groups of third springs (36) are in a compressed state in an initial state.

the central axis of the third threaded rod (40) is superposed with the central axis of the positioning rod (35), the third threaded rod (40) is in threaded fit with the positioning rod (35), the third threaded rod (40) is in transmission connection with the second transmission shaft (39), and the central axis of the third threaded rod (40) is perpendicular to the central axis of the second transmission shaft (39); two ends of the second transmission shaft (39) are rotatably connected with the inner wall of the third shell (33), and one end of the second transmission shaft (39) facing the second shell (7) extends into the third shell (33) and is connected with the second hand wheel (34); a third housing (33) is connected to the seat.

The postpartum pelvic floor muscle contraction rehabilitation training device of claim 1, wherein the second sliding assembly comprises a third fixing plate (19) and a fourth fixing plate (21); wherein, two groups of end surfaces of the second sliding part (20) which are far away from each other are respectively provided with a plurality of groups of second sliding chutes;
the third fixing plate (19) and the fourth fixing plate (21) are distributed side by side, the third fixing plate (19) and the fourth fixing plate (21) are both connected with the inner wall of the second shell (7), and a second sliding space for communicating the second strip-shaped hole (8) is reserved between the third fixing plate (19) and the fourth fixing plate (21); a plurality of third balls (191) are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the third fixing plate (19) positioned in the second sliding space; a plurality of fourth balls (211) are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the fourth fixing plate (21) positioned in the second sliding space;
the third balls (191) and the fourth balls (211) are distributed in a rectangular array, and the third balls (191) and the fourth balls (211) are respectively in sliding fit with the second sliding grooves in multiple groups.
