based on ingenious joining, and the design of complex reciprocal extrusion mechanism 9, and the design of complex integral type degassing unit, high integration has been realized, highly automated integral type disinfection processing function, and the towel maintains and expandes the tiling, do benefit to high-efficient abundant disinfection effect on the one hand, on the other hand does benefit to high-efficient automatic arrangement and does benefit to high-efficient aseptic storage and the function of throwing the use in order in high efficiency.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the reciprocating extrusion mechanism 9 includes a reciprocating screw rod 91, a main bevel gear 92, a secondary bevel gear 93, a nut 94, and a pressing plate 95, one end of the reciprocating screw rod 91 is movably connected to the inner side of the cover 81, and the main bevel gear 92 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the reciprocating screw rod 91, the secondary bevel gear 93 is movably connected to the cover 81 and is engaged with the main bevel gear 92, one end of the driving rod 10 is coaxially fixed to the secondary bevel gear 93, the nut 94 is engaged with the reciprocating screw rod 91, and the pressing plate 95 is fixed to one side of the nut 94, so that the rotation of the driving rod 10 can sequentially drive the secondary bevel gear 93, the main bevel gear 92, and the reciprocating screw rod 91 to rotate.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the buffering compartment 15 is connected between the door bodies 7 on the two sides, and the bottom end of the buffering compartment 15 is provided with the water outlet 151, so that when the disinfection box 8 is conveyed in and out through the door bodies 7 on the two sides, leaked disinfection solution or purified water can be discharged through the buffering compartment 15, so as to avoid mixing disinfection solution or purified water on the two sides while not affecting normal conveying.

In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the disinfection cylinder 1 is externally connected with a water inlet pipe 17 so as to conveniently supplement high-temperature purified water.
In the embodiment of the invention, the conveying end face of the flexible conveying belt 6 is designed to be a mesh-hole-shaped structure, and the bottom end of the disinfection box 8 is provided with the flexible clamping jaw 82, so that the clamping jaw is limited on the conveying end face of the flexible conveying belt 6, thereby being beneficial to high-efficiency stable clamping and conveying on one hand, and being beneficial to more disinfectant to enter the disinfection box 8 along the bottom end while conveying on the other hand, and being capable of sufficiently soaking, washing and disinfecting with high efficiency.
In the towel sterilizing device disclosed by the invention, when in use, a cylinder cover 3 is hinged at the top end of a sterilizing cylinder 1, the top end of a spirally bent sterilizing pipeline 5 is communicated with one side of the top end of the sterilizing cylinder 1, door bodies 7 are respectively hinged at the bottom end of the sterilizing cylinder 1 and the bottom end of the sterilizing pipeline 5, sterilizing liquid is filled in the sterilizing pipeline 5, high-temperature purified water is filled at the bottom part in the sterilizing cylinder 1, towels are filled in the sterilizing box 8 in a flat way by flatly laying water in the sterilizing box 8, the cylinder cover 3 is closed by rotating to drive a rotary material pushing mechanism 4 to automatically push the topmost sterilizing box 8 to transversely move into the sterilizing pipeline 5 in a proper motion, so as to slide and wash downwards along the sterilizing pipeline 5 under the driving of a flexible conveyer belt 6, meanwhile, a driving gear 11 is meshed and rotated along the inner side of a groove 14 to drive the towels to be extruded in a reciprocating way, the, in order to enter into the purified water high-temperature water bath at the bottom in the disinfection cylinder 1, simultaneously, the driving gear 11 transversely moves along the transverse groove 13 to enter the vertical groove 12 for internal engagement, simultaneously, the disinfection box 8 is driven to continuously move upwards through the lifting conveyer belt 2, the driving gear 11 is meshed to rotate along the inner side of the vertical groove 12 to drive the towel to be extruded in a reciprocating manner, the towel is moved away from the top end of the lifting conveyer belt 2 and the top end of the vertical groove 12 along with the disinfection box 8 to be naturally and orderly stacked at the top in the disinfection cylinder 1 and is fumigated by high-temperature steam of the high-temperature water bath, so that when the cylinder cover 3 is opened, the towel processed at the uppermost layer can be taken, the towel to be disinfected can be put into the disinfection box 8 at the uppermost layer again, the cylinder cover 3 can be closed by rotating again to realize the automatic secondary disinfection treatment, wherein, a cover shaft 31 is fixed at one side of the cylinder cover 3, the flexible push sheet is radially fixed at the bottom end of the outer side of the cover shaft 31, the reciprocating extrusion mechanism 9 comprises a reciprocating screw rod 91, a main bevel gear 92, a secondary bevel gear 93, a nut 94 and a pressing plate 95, the reciprocating extrusion mechanism rotates through a driving rod 10 to sequentially drive the secondary bevel gear 93, the main bevel gear 92 and the reciprocating screw rod 91 to rotate so as to drive the nut 94 and the pressing plate 95 to reciprocate, a buffer compartment 15 is connected between door bodies 7 on two sides, a liquid inlet pipe 16 is externally connected to the disinfection pipeline 5, a water inlet pipe 17 is externally connected to the bottom of the disinfection cylinder 1, the conveying end face of the flexible conveying belt 6 is designed to be of a mesh-hole-shaped structure, and a flexible clamping jaw 82 is arranged at the bottom end of the disinfection box.

1. A towel sterilizing apparatus, comprising:

the reciprocating extrusion mechanism is arranged in the disinfection box, is mechanically connected with a driving rod, one end of the driving rod penetrates out of the disinfection box, is coaxially fixed with a driving gear, and can drive the reciprocating extrusion mechanism to extrude the towel in a reciprocating manner through the rotation of the driving rod;
the vertical groove is arranged on one side of the inner bottom end of the disinfection cylinder, and a transverse groove is transversely communicated with one end, close to the door body, of the vertical groove;
the groove is arranged at the inner side end of the disinfection pipeline, and tooth-shaped bulges are arranged at the inner side of the groove and the inner side of the vertical groove;
