If the vehicle user is not in the vehicle, the calling state information of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment which is called currently by the vehicle is sent to the user terminal which is communicated with the vehicle, and the calling condition of the vehicle-mounted terminal equipment is displayed in various modes such as short messages, voice messages or vehicle-mounted application interface push messages in the appointed display area of the user terminal.
