All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a method, a device, a server, a medium and a product for automatically filling in a form, and before introducing the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, a hardware architecture related to the embodiment of the application is explained.
Referring to fig. 1, a hardware architecture diagram according to an embodiment of the present application includes an electronic device 11 and a server 12.
The electronic device 11 may be any electronic product capable of interacting with a user through one or more ways, such as a keyboard, a touch PAD, a touch screen, a remote controller, a voice interaction device, or a handwriting device, for example, a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a palm computer, a personal computer, a wearable device, a smart television, a PAD, and the like.
For example, the electronic device 11 may be a device on the user side; for example, the electronic device 11 may be a self-service device in a website; illustratively, the electronic device may be a device used by a counter person in a website.
For example, the electronic device 11 may establish a connection and communicate with the server 12 through a wireless network or a wired network.
If the electronic device 11 is a device at a user end, the user can send a service transaction request (including user identity information and a target service type to which a service required to be transacted by the user belongs) to the server 12 by using the electronic device held by the user; if the electronic device 11 is a self-service device in a website, the user may send a service handling request to the server 12 by using the self-service device; if the electronic device 11 is a device used by a counter person in a website, the user informs the counter person of the user identity information and the target service type to be handled, and the counter person inputs the user identity information and the target service type into the device used by the counter person, so that the device generates a service handling request and sends the service handling request to the server 12.
Illustratively, the electronic device 11 runs a client, and the service transaction request may be sent to the server 12 through the client running in the electronic device 11.
Illustratively, the client may be an application client or a web page version client.
The network point referred to in the embodiments of the present application refers to a network point of a business and service unit, such as a bank, which is systematically distributed.
It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example, and the type of the electronic device may be various and is not limited to the personal computer in fig. 1.
The server 12 may be, for example, one server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing server center. The server 12 may include a processor, memory, and a network interface, among others.
After receiving the service transaction request, the server 12 will automatically fill a form for the target form corresponding to the target service type, and send the filled target form to the electronic device 11.
In an optional implementation manner, when transacting business, a user needs to carry a paper form to transact business over a counter. If the electronic device 11 is a user-side device, the user may input user identity information and a target service type, or a two-dimensional code (for example, after the user makes a successful appointment, the server 12 may feed back the two-dimensional code to the electronic device), and the self-service device may access the server 12 to obtain a target form corresponding to the user identity information and the target service type, or a target form corresponding to the two-dimensional code, and print the target form; for example, if the electronic device 11 is a self-service device, the user may print the target form through the electronic device. For example, if the electronic device 11 is a device used by a counter person, the form may be printed by a printer connected to the device.
In an optional implementation mode, when the business is handled, a paper form does not need to be carried to a counter to handle the business. For example, if the electronic device 11 is a device at a user end, a user may input user identity information and a target service type in a self-service device at a website, or a two-dimensional code (for example, after the user makes a successful appointment, the server 12 may feed back the two-dimensional code to the electronic device), and the self-service device may access the server 12 to obtain a target form corresponding to the user identity information and the target service type, or a target form corresponding to the two-dimensional code, so that the user may handle a service through the self-service device; if the electronic device 11 is a device at a user end, when a user goes to a counter to handle a service, a counter person may access the server 12 by using the device used by the counter person to obtain user identity information of the user and a target form corresponding to a target service type, or a target form corresponding to a two-dimensional code (for example, after the user makes a reservation successfully, the server 12 may feed back the two-dimensional code to the user device); for example, if the electronic device 11 is a self-service device, the user may handle the service through the self-service device; for example, if the electronic device 11 is a self-service device, since the server 12 may store the target form, when the user goes to the counter to handle the service, the counter staff may access the server 12 by using the device used by the user to obtain the user identity information of the user and the target form corresponding to the target service type or the target form corresponding to the two-dimensional code (for example, after the user makes a successful reservation, the server 12 may feed back the two-dimensional code to the user device).
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing electronic devices and servers are merely exemplary and that other existing or future electronic devices or servers may be suitable for use with the present disclosure and are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure and are hereby incorporated by reference.
The method for automatically filling a form provided by the embodiment of the present application is described with reference to the above hardware architecture, and as shown in fig. 2, is a flowchart of the method for automatically filling a form provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the method may be applied to the server 12 shown in fig. 1, and the method includes the following steps S21 to S27 in the implementation process.
Step S21: and receiving a service handling request sent by a client, wherein the service handling request comprises user identity information and a target service type.
In different application scenarios, the types of services that a user can handle are different. For example, in a banking application scenario, the types of business that a user can handle include, but are not limited to: deposit and withdrawal business type, purchasing national library paper or fund business type, personal loan business type and bank card account opening business type.
Illustratively, the target business type may be selected via a user interface presented by the electronic device 11. Illustratively, the target traffic type may be user speech input.
For example, the user identity information may be at least one of a mobile phone number, a user identification number, a user name, and biometric information of the user.
Illustratively, the biometric information of the user includes: at least one of a fingerprint, iris, and palm print.
Step S22: and searching a target form corresponding to the target service type from a preset corresponding relation between the service type and the form, wherein the target form comprises a plurality of fields with unfilled attribute values.
For example, fields contained in the forms corresponding to different service types may not be completely the same; for example, the fields contained in the forms corresponding to different service types may be completely different; for example, the fields contained in the forms corresponding to different service types may be identical.
The fields contained in the form are described below by way of example.
As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, schematic diagrams of forms provided by the embodiments of the present application are shown.
Fig. 3a is a form corresponding to the type of bank card account opening service, where the form includes fields including: chinese name, English name, sex, date of birth, certificate type, certificate number, communication address, currency, and deposit amount.
Fig. 3b is a table corresponding to the type of personal loan transaction, which contains fields including: name, sex, age, family labor amount, identity card number, marital status, spouse name, spouse identity card number, education level, household location, residential address, residential phone and mobile phone under the basic information of the borrower; the loan application information includes application amount, borrowing purpose type, detailed borrowing purpose, loan term, repayment mode, account name of loan (repayment) and account number.
Step S23: and searching a target information unit combination containing fields without filling attribute values from information unit combinations corresponding to the pre-stored user identity information.
The target information unit combination comprises one or more information units, each information unit comprises a field and an attribute value corresponding to the field, if the target information unit combination comprises a plurality of information units, the co-occurrence probability of the fields in the information units is greater than or equal to a first threshold, and the co-occurrence probability refers to the probability that the fields in the information units simultaneously appear in the tables respectively corresponding to the service types.
For example, the first threshold may be determined based on actual conditions, which is not described herein.
For example, an information element may be represented by any one of an array, a set, a linked list, and a table, assuming that the information element is characterized by a set { field, attribute value }. Assuming that a field is an identification number, the attribute value of the field is a specific identification number, such as { identification number, 123456789012345678 }.
Illustratively, the information element groups are represented by any one of an array, a set, a linked list, and a table, and the information elements are assumed to be characterized by sets. Assuming that the information element combination contains three information elements, the information element combination may be { field 1, attribute value 1}, { field 2, attribute value 2}, { field 3, attribute value 3} }.
For example, if the server 12 does not obtain the attribute value 1 corresponding to the field 1, the information unit containing the field 1 is { field 1, preset null character } or { field 1, }.
For example, the preset null character may be a preset character string, and the attribute value of the characterization field 1 is not determined.
For example, the co-occurrence probability of the fields in the multiple information units included in the target information unit combination is the number of forms including the fields in the multiple information units/the total number of the tables corresponding to each service type.
For example, the fields in the multiple information units included in the target information unit combination are field 1, field 2, and field 3, respectively, and the co-occurrence probability of field 1, field 2, and field 3 is the number of tables including field 1, field 2, and field 3/the total number of tables corresponding to each service type.
Illustratively, the user information may be obtained through a variety of channels, and the user information includes attribute values corresponding to the fields, respectively.
Illustratively, the various channels include, but are not limited to: the system comprises a form corresponding to the business transacted by the user, attribute values of fields filled by the user when the user registers at the client, a second-generation identity authentication machine, an identity card printer, a bill printer, a card reader and the like.
In an optional implementation manner, information units included in different information unit combinations corresponding to the same user identity information are not completely the same, or are completely different. The reasons are exemplified below.
Assuming that the co-occurrence probability of the field 1, the field 2 and the field 3 is greater than or equal to a first threshold, an information unit combination a containing the field 1, the field 2 and the field 3 can be obtained; assuming that the co-occurrence probability of the field 1, the field 4 and the field 5 is greater than or equal to the first threshold, an information unit combination B comprising the field 1, the field 4 and the field 5 can be obtained, and the information unit combination a and the information unit combination B each comprise an information unit having the field 1.
For example, a plurality of information unit combinations may share one or more information units, so the number of the above target information unit combinations may be one or more.
For example, if a plurality of information unit combinations share one or more information units, an information unit knowledge graph can be formed based on the shared information units. The nodes contained in the information unit knowledge graph are information units, and if a connecting line exists between the two nodes, the co-occurrence probability representing the two nodes is larger than or equal to a first threshold value. If the arrows of the connecting lines among the nodes point to the same direction, the nodes form an information unit combination.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an information unit knowledge graph provided in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, assuming that the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information includes { information unit 1, information unit 2}, { information unit 1, information unit 3}, { information unit 1, information unit 4, information unit 5, and information unit 6}, an information unit knowledge graph as shown in fig. 4 may be formed.
Illustratively, the purpose of forming the information unit knowledge graph is to facilitate queries, making query results faster.
Step S24: determining a first field common to the target information unit combination and the target form.
It can be understood that, if the target information unit combination includes a plurality of information units, the co-occurrence probability of the fields in the plurality of information units is high, which indicates that there is a high probability that the target form may contain the fields in the plurality of information units in the target information unit combination. The first field that the target information unit combination shares with the target form may be determined.
Illustratively, the number of the first fields may be one or more.
In the embodiment of the application, the information units corresponding to the fields contained in the target form are not required to be inquired from a large number of information units, but the inquiry range is reduced, namely the information units corresponding to the fields contained in the target form are inquired from the target information unit combination, so that the inquiry speed is increased, and the speed for automatically filling in the form is increased.
Step S25: and filling attribute values in the information units containing the first field in the target information unit combination into the first field in the target form.
Step S26: and returning to the step S23, until all the fields in the target form have been filled with the attribute values, or until the fields in the target form that have not been filled with the attribute values do not correspond to the information unit combination.
It is understood that if all fields in the target form correspond to the target information unit combination, the server 12 may complete the filling of the attribute values corresponding to all fields in the target form based on the target information unit combination. If the second field in the target form does not correspond to the target information unit combination, the server cannot fill in the attribute value corresponding to the second field. The target form automatically filled in by the server obtained in step S26 has two cases mentioned in step S26.
In the embodiment of the present application, a field corresponding to an information unit combination in a target form is referred to as a first field, and a field not corresponding to an information unit combination is referred to as a second field.
Step S27: and sending the target form to the client.
In the automatic form filling method provided by the application, a service handling request sent by a client is received, wherein the service handling request comprises user identity information and a target service type; a target form corresponding to the target service type can be searched from the corresponding relation between the preset service type and the form; searching a target information unit combination containing fields with unfilled attribute values from information unit combinations corresponding to the pre-stored user identity information; determining a first field shared by the target information unit combination and the target form; filling attribute values in information units containing first fields in a target information unit combination into the first fields in a target form, returning to the step of searching the target information unit combination containing fields without filling attribute values from information unit combinations corresponding to the pre-stored user identity information until all the fields in the target form have filled the attribute values, or the fields without filling the attribute values in the target form do not correspond to the information unit combinations; and sending the target form to the client. Since the target information unit combination comprises a plurality of information units, the co-occurrence probability of fields in the plurality of information units is greater than or equal to the first threshold, and the co-occurrence probability refers to the probability that fields in the plurality of information units simultaneously appear in the tables respectively corresponding to the service types, the target form may contain the fields in the plurality of information units in the target information unit combination with a high probability. The method and the device have the advantages that the information units corresponding to the fields contained in the query target form are queried from the target information unit combination, query speed is increased, compared with the information units corresponding to the fields contained in the query target form from a large number of information units, the query range is reduced, the query speed is increased, and the speed of automatically filling the form is increased.
Further, in the embodiment of the present application, it is not necessary to store the filled-in attribute value forms corresponding to each service type, because there may be one or more common fields in the filled-in attribute value forms corresponding to different service types, if the filled-in attribute value forms corresponding to each service type are stored, a large number of attribute values corresponding to the same field may be stored, for example, if the fields-identity card numbers are included in the filled-in attribute value forms corresponding to 10 service types, 10 identical identity card numbers and attribute values of the identity card numbers may be stored, which wastes storage space.
The information storage unit combination in the embodiment of the application saves the storage space. The reason is as follows: if the information unit combination comprises a plurality of information units, the co-occurrence probability of fields in the information units is greater than or equal to the first threshold, so that the information unit combination can be used in the process of automatically filling the forms corresponding to the various service types respectively, and the storage space cannot be wasted. If the co-occurrence probability of the fields in the information units is smaller than the first threshold, the information units are combined into one information unit respectively, namely the information units are stored independently, and the storage space is not wasted.
It will be appreciated that the attribute values of certain fields in the target form that are automatically populated by the server 12 may be incorrect. The reason why the erroneous filling occurs is as follows.
The first reason is as follows: the attribute values of the fields recorded by the server 12 are erroneous.
The second reason is that: the attribute values of some fields in the target form may be changed frequently, and the attribute values of the fields recorded by the server 12 are the attribute values of the fields when the service is transacted last time and the attribute values of the fields when the service is not transacted this time.
For example, the field is a payee or the field is a collection account. It will be appreciated that the value of the attribute of the recipient or recipient account may be different for each transfer made by the user.
It will be appreciated that the attribute values of some of the fields in the target form that are automatically populated by the server 12 remain blank. The reason why it happens that the attribute values of some fields in the target form are still blank (called second field) is as follows: the server 12 does not record the attribute value of the second field.
In an optional implementation manner, after the server 12 sends the filled target form to the client, the client may display the target form, for example, if the electronic device running the client is a device of the client or a self-service device, the user may change an incorrect attribute value in the target form through the electronic device, or fill an attribute value of a second field in the target form, so as to obtain an updated target form. If the electronic device operating the client is a device used by a counter person, the counter person or the counter outside device can assist the user in changing an incorrect attribute value in the target form, or filling in an attribute value of a second field in the target form, so as to obtain an updated target form.
For example, the server 12 may receive the updated target form fed back by the client; and updating the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information based on the attribute values respectively corresponding to the fields contained in the updated target form.
Illustratively, the process of updating the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information based on the attribute values respectively corresponding to the fields included in the updated target form includes:
if the attribute value of the field A contained in the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information is different from the attribute value of the field A contained in the updated target table, replacing the attribute value of the field A contained in the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information with the attribute value of the field A contained in the target table;
and if the attribute value of the field B contained in the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information is null or preset null characters, determining the attribute value of the field B contained in the information unit combination corresponding to the user identity information as the attribute value of the field B contained in the target table.
In an optional implementation manner, when the client displays the target form, the attribute value of the first target field is displayed in a first display manner, and the attribute value of the second target field is displayed in a second display manner. The first target field refers to a field of which the attribute value changes frequently, and the second target field refers to a field of which the attribute value does not change frequently, so as to prompt a user that the attribute value of the field which changes frequently may need to be changed.
For example, which fields have property values that change frequently may be preset; for example, the first target field and the second target field may be determined based on a change of the attribute value of each field in the form corresponding to the respective fields in which the user has transacted the business.
Illustratively, the first display mode may include: transparency, color, font, background, inclusion of a hinting box that may need to be altered there.
For example, the second display mode may include: transparency, color, font, background.
Illustratively, the first display mode and the second display mode are different.
In an alternative implementation manner, the following steps a1 to A3 may be further included between step S26 and step S27.
Step A1: and determining a second field of the target form which does not fill in the attribute value.
Step A2: and acquiring a target user, wherein the correlation degree of the user portrait corresponding to the target user and the user portrait corresponding to the user identity information is greater than or equal to a second threshold value.
Exemplary, user images include, but are not limited to: the user's location, occupation, age, income level, deposit amount, account liveness.
For example, the second threshold may be determined based on actual conditions, which is not described herein.
For example, if the number of users having a correlation degree of the user representation corresponding to the user identification information greater than or equal to the second threshold is plural, the user having the maximum correlation degree of the user representation corresponding to the user identification information is determined as the target user.
Step A3: filling the attribute values of the second fields corresponding to the target users into the target form; and the attribute values of the second fields in the target form and the attribute values of the first fields respectively correspond to different display modes.
It is understood that the display modes include, but are not limited to: transparency, font, color, background, inclusion of a set watermark.
Illustratively, the set watermark included in the display mode corresponding to the attribute value of the second field is: examples are given.
The attribute value of the second field in the user-prompted target form is presented by displaying the attribute value of the second field and the attribute value of the first field in different display manners, which is merely exemplary. The attribute value of the second field in the target form is the attribute value of the second field corresponding to the target user, so that the filling requirement of the user with the user identity information is closer, the user is not confused when filling the attribute value of the field, and the meaning of the example corresponding to the field does not need to be manually inquired again.
For example, if the attribute value of the second field corresponding to the target user carries the private information of the target user, the private information may be replaced with a specific symbol, for example, the private information is a user name, a user identification number, a user bank card number, or the like.
In an alternative implementation manner, the method for automatically filling in a form provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps B1 to B4.
Step B1: and acquiring a service handling mode, wherein the service handling mode is a network point service handling mode or a remote service handling mode.
Illustratively, the remote transaction refers to transaction through an electronic device at a user end. The network point transacting business refers to the business transacted by self-service equipment or counter of the user needing to go to the network point.
For example, if the electronic device 11 is a device at a user end, the user may select a service transaction mode through the electronic device 11. For example, if the electronic device 11 is a self-service device or a device used by a counter person, the service handling manner is a website service handling manner.
Step B2: and if the service transaction mode is network transaction, determining a target network point, wherein the target network point is the network point closest to the geographical position positioned by the client, or the network point requiring the least queuing time under the target service type.
For example, if the target node is the node with the least queuing time required under the target service type, the process of determining the target node includes: determining waiting time lengths respectively corresponding to all network points based on the number of users which have subscribed to handle the service belonging to the target service type and the predicted handling time length of each user for handling the service belonging to the target service type, wherein the number of the users corresponds to each network point; and determining the mesh point corresponding to the minimum waiting time length in the waiting time lengths respectively corresponding to all the mesh points as the target mesh point.
Illustratively, the waiting duration corresponding to the network node is the total duration of the transaction durations respectively corresponding to the users who have subscribed to transact the services belonging to the target service type.
Step B3: and acquiring a queuing number under the target service type of the target network point.
Step B4: and sending the queuing number to the client.
For example, after the user arrives at the target website, the user identity information may be input into a number taker of the target website, so as to obtain a paper queuing number with a corresponding queuing number.
For example, after the user arrives at the target network point, the electronic version queuing number can be displayed to counter personnel or self-service equipment through the electronic equipment when the user transacts business. For example, the electronic version of the queuing number may be a bar code or a two-dimensional code.
It is understood that the risk of transacting a business remotely may be high, for example, a fraud situation may exist, and based on this, in an alternative implementation, the automatic form filling method provided by the embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps C1 to C3.
Step C1: and if the service handling mode is remote service handling, determining the risk level of the remote service handling based on the target service type and the user portrait corresponding to the user identity information.
Illustratively, the remote transaction risk level is determined by the user profile determining whether the user is of a type that is susceptible to fraud and the importance level of the personal information submitted by the user in the process of transacting a transaction belonging to the targeted transaction type.
Exemplary, personal information includes, but is not limited to: any one of bank card number, identification card number, face image, iris image and palm print image.
Because the intranet of a network point and the extranet of a non-network point are involved in the process of remotely handling the service, personal information is easy to steal in the extranet transmission process, and if the important registration of the personal information is high, a user can be prompted to go to the network point to handle the service in order to avoid the personal information being stolen.
Step C2: and if the remote service handling risk level is greater than or equal to the target risk level, switching the service handling mode to a website for handling the service.
For example, a remote transaction risk level may be set, and the target risk level is any one of the set remote transaction risk levels, which may be specific based on actual conditions.
Step C3: and if the remote service handling risk level is less than the target risk level, determining that the service handling mode is remote service handling.
