In an embodiment of the present invention, a unified operation management platform for organizing, managing and coordinating architecture, business management and external services can be established in combination with the business development needs of the campus, and information registration, business combing, service requirements and other business items of each enterprise in the campus are managed in a unified manner, and the business management platform needs to obtain specific information of each enterprise to be served first, and then performs service support in a targeted manner.

After various specific information of the enterprise is obtained, the basic information, the operation directory, the required service and other items of the enterprise can be classified. The enterprises in the park can realize business functions such as online consultation, service inquiry, business statistics and the like through the platform. All information is carried out through the communication and the release platform that the platform provided, and the enterprise can log in through user side APP and look over. That is, the enterprise can obtain various functions such as online consultation, service inquiry, business statistics and the like through the platform. Specific operation is carried out through a PC side login platform, or a user side APP is used for logging in related enterprise service projects, and operations such as application, operation and checking are carried out.
In particular, a campus is generally responsible for business projects for an enterprise according to the types of services that the campus can provide. The enterprise can feed back the service types, service requirements and the like which are not provided by the park to the enterprise management platform according to the self requirements. The enterprise management platform collects related requirements regularly, improves self service quality, improves service level, and learns enterprise service requirements, so that more service types are developed.
The method has the advantages that service can be provided for enterprises outside the park, park enterprise service permissions can be opened, user side APP logs in a park internal enterprise management platform, relevant information is checked and maintained, self service items are issued, enterprise requirements in the park are responded, and a benign interaction cycle inside and outside the park is formed.
In the embodiment of the invention, enterprise service items can be predicted through the enterprise service demand model, various types of service items are provided for enterprises in the park, integration and association among the enterprises in the park are preferentially carried out, the enterprises in the park are preferentially selected to provide service support, and meanwhile, enterprise users can acquire the service items, check service progress, release service demands and the like through a PC/APP according to self authority.

Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of a service processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and is applied to an organization management platform, and specifically includes the following modules:
a mechanism information acquiring module 301, configured to acquire mechanism information of a preset organization object;
a service requirement model obtaining module 302, configured to obtain a service requirement model; the service demand model is obtained by training according to the mechanism type sample information and the corresponding service demand sample information;
and the mechanism service providing information generating module 303 is configured to obtain mechanism service providing information for the preset organization object according to the mechanism information and the service demand model.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the organization service providing information generating module 303 may include the following sub-modules:
the service requirement item output submodule is used for inputting the mechanism information into the service requirement model and outputting the service requirement item aiming at the preset organization object;
the regional mechanism information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring regional mechanism information of the organizational mechanism object in a preset regional range;
and the mechanism service providing information determining submodule is used for determining mechanism service providing information aiming at the preset organization object according to the regional mechanism information and the service requirement items of the preset organization object.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the organization service providing information includes a first type organization object information and a second type organization object information, and the organization service providing information determining sub-module may include the following units:
the first type organization object information determining unit is used for obtaining whether the preset organization object has first type organization object information with service complementation or upstream and downstream relations in a preset area range by adopting the area organization information and the service requirement items of the preset organization object;
a second type organization object information determining unit for determining second type organization object information for providing service requirement items of the preset organization object in the preset area range by adopting the area organization information; the second type organization object information includes information for a plurality of organization objects having the same or similar service as the service requirement item.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the organization service providing information determining submodule may further include the following:
the organization mechanism object judging unit is used for judging whether a first target organization mechanism object matched with the service requirement item exists in organization mechanism objects in a preset area range by adopting the area mechanism information;
the first target organizational structure object pushing unit is used for pushing the first target organizational structure object to the preset organizational structure object if the first target organizational structure object pushing unit exists;
and the second target organization object pushing unit is used for acquiring a pre-established service organization database if the second target organization object pushing unit does not exist, screening the service organization database according to the service requirement items of the preset organization object to obtain a second target organization object, and pushing the second target organization object to the preset organization object.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include the following modules:
and the service demand model generation module is used for generating a service demand model for providing the organization service.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the service requirement model generation module may include the following sub-modules:
the sample information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring mechanism type sample information and corresponding service demand sample information of the organization mechanism object in a preset area range;
and the service demand model generation submodule is used for training the mechanism type sample information and the corresponding service demand sample information by utilizing a neural network algorithm to obtain a service demand model for providing mechanism services.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the sample information obtaining sub-module may include the following units:
the system comprises a region mechanism information acquisition unit, a region mechanism information acquisition unit and a region mechanism information acquisition unit, wherein the region mechanism information acquisition unit is used for acquiring region mechanism information of an organization mechanism object in a preset region range; the regional agency information includes at least one or more of: organization basic information, an operation name list and demand service;
the organization mechanism object dividing unit is used for classifying the region mechanism information to obtain a classification result, and dividing the organization mechanism objects in the preset region range according to the classification result to obtain different types of organization mechanism objects and corresponding mechanism type information after division;
and the mechanism type sample information acquisition unit is used for taking the mechanism type information as mechanism type sample information for training a service demand model.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the organization management platform includes an organization management server and an organization management client, and the apparatus may further include the following modules:
the service feedback information acquisition module is used for acquiring service feedback information of a preset organization object aiming at the organization service provision information through the organization management client;
and the service demand model updating module is used for receiving service feedback information sent by the organization management client through the organization management server and updating the service demand model according to the service feedback information.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an electronic device, including:
the service processing method comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, each process of the service processing method embodiment is realized, the same technical effect can be achieved, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer program implements each process of the service processing method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

Claims (10)

1. A service processing method applied to an organization management platform, the method comprising:
acquiring mechanism information and a service demand model of a preset organization object; the service demand model is obtained by training according to the mechanism type sample information and the corresponding service demand sample information;
and obtaining the mechanism service providing information aiming at the preset organization object according to the mechanism information and the service demand model.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the organization service providing information for the preset organization object according to the organization information and the service demand model comprises:
inputting the organization information into the service demand model, and outputting service demand items aiming at the preset organization objects;
acquiring regional mechanism information of an organization mechanism object in a preset regional range;
and determining mechanism service providing information aiming at the preset organization object according to the regional mechanism information and the service requirement items of the preset organization object.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the organization service providing information includes a first type organization object information and a second type organization object information, and the determining the organization service providing information for the preset organization object according to the regional organization information and the service requirement item of the preset organization object comprises:
acquiring whether the first type of organization mechanism object information with service complementation or upstream and downstream relations exists in a preset area range of the preset organization mechanism object by adopting the area mechanism information and the service requirement items of the preset organization mechanism object;
and/or determining second type organization object information for providing service requirement items of the preset organization object in a preset area range by adopting the area organization information; the second type organization object information includes information for a plurality of organization objects having the same or similar service as the service requirement item.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
judging whether a first target organizational structure object matched with the service requirement item exists in organizational structure objects in a preset area range or not by adopting the area mechanism information;
if so, pushing the first target organizational structure object to the preset organizational structure object;
and if the preset organization object does not exist, acquiring a pre-established service organization database, screening the service organization database according to the service requirement items of the preset organization object to obtain a second target organization object, and pushing the second target organization object to the preset organization object.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the service demand model is generated by:
acquiring organization type sample information and corresponding service demand sample information of organization objects in a preset area range;
and training the mechanism type sample information and the corresponding service demand sample information by using a neural network algorithm to obtain a service demand model for providing mechanism services.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the acquiring of the organization type sample information for the organization and organization objects within the preset area comprises:
acquiring regional mechanism information of an organization mechanism object in a preset regional range; the regional agency information includes at least one or more of: organization basic information, an operation name list and demand service;
classifying the regional mechanism information to obtain a classification result, and dividing the organizational structure objects in the preset regional range according to the classification result to obtain different types of divided organizational structure objects and corresponding mechanism type information;
and taking the organization type information as organization type sample information for training a service demand model.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the organization management platform comprises an organization management server and an organization management client, the method further comprising:
acquiring service feedback information of a preset organization object aiming at the organization service provision information through the organization management client;
and receiving service feedback information sent by the organization management client through the organization management server, and updating the service demand model according to the service feedback information.
8. A service processing apparatus applied to an organization management platform, the apparatus comprising:
the organization information acquisition module is used for acquiring organization information of a preset organization object;
the service demand model acquisition module is used for acquiring a service demand model; the service demand model is obtained by training according to the mechanism type sample information and the corresponding service demand sample information;
and the mechanism service providing information generating module is used for obtaining mechanism service providing information aiming at the preset organization object according to the mechanism information and the service demand model.
9. An electronic device, comprising: processor, memory and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the service processing method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the service processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
