Referring to fig. 2, the change of administration system 20 includes a client 21 and a server 22, and the client 21 communicates with the server 22, wherein the communication may be a wired communication or a wireless communication.
The client 21 is used for displaying a questionnaire page, a reform project template, and the like, a reform project management interaction page. The questionnaire page includes several questionnaire options, and the questionnaire person can input questionnaire information in the corresponding questionnaire options in the questionnaire page. The change project template is used for providing a bearing page of the change task for managing the change, and the user can input the execution data corresponding to each change task on the change project template.
The number of the clients 21 may be one or more, and the clients 21 include tablet computers, mobile phones, portable personal computers and fixed personal computers.
When the user inputs questionnaire information on the questionnaire page of the client 21, the client 21 transmits the questionnaire information to the server 22, and the server 22 obtains questionnaire results. The server 22 selects a corresponding change project template according to the questionnaire result and transmits the corresponding change project template to the corresponding client 21 through the network.
The user fills the execution data corresponding to the change task on the change project template 21, or the client 21 automatically captures the execution data corresponding to the change task, the client 21 sends the execution data to the server 22, and the server 22 tracks and pre-judges the success of the change project according to the execution data and the change measurement index, and gives an early warning to the change project with the risk.
In some embodiments, the client 21 may also pre-store different types of reform project templates for selection by the user.
In some embodiments, the server 22 may be a physical server or a logical server virtualized from multiple physical servers. The server 22 may also be a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers capable of communicating with each other, and each functional module may be distributed on each server in the server cluster.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for generating a revolutionary project template. The method for generating the reform project template provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed in any suitable type of electronic equipment, such as a server, a smart phone, a computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer or a smart watch. Wherein the electronic device may be configured in any suitable shape to meet different business scenarios.
Referring to fig. 3a, the method 300 for generating a revolutionary project template includes:
s31, obtaining the questionnaire result;
the questionnaire result is questionnaire information input by the user for each survey option, wherein in some embodiments, several survey options may be set on a questionnaire page, and a selection result or a filling result input by the user on each survey option in the questionnaire page is used as the questionnaire result, wherein the selection result is in the form of a choice question, for example, a survey question is "from which aspect your enterprise wants to improve research and development efficiency", option a: performance assessment of research and development personnel; and option B: researching and developing organization structure optimization; and option C: optimizing a research and development flow; option D: the capability of software developers is improved. The selection result may be a single check or a multiple check.
The filling result is in a text input form, and the questionnaire to be investigated fills in text information on the column to be filled in.
In some embodiments, the voice information of the questionnaire to be investigated can be collected in a voice form as a questionnaire structure, for example, when a questionnaire is investigated, the client collects the voice information corresponding to each survey option input by the user in a questionnaire page and sends the voice information to the server, and the server converts the voice information into text information and extracts the target innovation object as a questionnaire result after performing semantic analysis on the text information. If the voice information is in a non-standard language, the server translates the voice information into a standard language according to the voice type of the voice information, for example, when the voice information is English, the server translates the English into Chinese.
In some embodiments, user-specified cases may also be used as questionnaires, for example, to specify excellent practice cases for learning a benchmarking business or a technical field.
S32, determining a target revolution object according to the result of the questionnaire;
in this embodiment, the innovation object is an innovation requirement of a user, and the innovation requirement may be an organization structure, an enterprise culture, a workflow, and the like of an innovation company, may also be an organization structure, a department culture, a workflow, and the like of a certain department, and may even be a work link in a certain project. Here, the present embodiment does not set any limitation to the reformed object, and the reformed object exists as long as there is a need for reformation for the user.
In this embodiment, first, through a special group or most users of the questionnaire, each user feeds back its own solution on the questionnaire page, and the server extracts the change requirement of each user from the solutions, that is, extracts the change object of each user.
Secondly, the server selects a target revolution object from the numerous revolution objects according to a preset rule, and configures a preset revolution task for the target revolution object so as to prompt related personnel to execute the preset revolution task to achieve revolution of the target revolution object. For example, the server counts the selection times of each of the revolution objects, and traverses one or more revolution objects which are more in selection times and ranked within a preset ranking as the target revolution object.
For example, the survey question is "what way your business wants to improve research and development efficiency", option a: performance assessment of research and development personnel; and option B: researching and developing organization structure optimization; and option C: optimizing a research and development flow; option D: the capability of software developers is improved.
When the user S1 selects "Option A", then the revolution object of the user S1 is the revolution "developer Performance assessment". By analogy, when user S2 selects "Option B", then user S1' S reform object develops organizational structure optimization for the reform.
In some embodiments, when the number of selections of the option a is 100, the number of selections of the option B is 90, the number of selections of the option C is 60, and the number of selections of the option D is 30, the server selects the research and development personnel performance assessment as the target innovation object.
Of course, in some embodiments, as long as one user makes a selection, the server may also use the option corresponding to the selection as the target innovation object, for example, if the user a selects "option D", the server uses "software developer capability improvement" as the target innovation object.
As another example, the survey question is "what way your business wants to improve marketing level," option a: optimizing a sales process; and option B: optimizing a sales organization structure; and option C: sales project management capabilities.
When user S2 selects "Option A", then the reform object of user S1 is the reform "sales Process optimized". By analogy, when user S2 selects "Option B", then user S2' S revolutionary object revolutionized "sales organization Structure optimization".
And S33, generating a target change project template according to the target change object.
In some embodiments, a revolutionary project template is composed of one or more project units that specify what the project is to execute, a project unit refers to a revolutionary task that splits many tasks of different domains and types of management revolutionary projects into the appropriate granularity, each project unit having a specified purpose and a clear boundary.
When the server determines the target innovation object, a target item unit corresponding to the target innovation object can be selected from the item units, and a target innovation item template is generated according to the target item unit, wherein the target innovation item template comprises target item units, each target item unit corresponds to one target innovation object and is configured with a preset innovation task.
In some embodiments, the server may further select a preset change task corresponding to the target change object according to the target change object, and combine the preset change tasks corresponding to the target change objects to generate the target change project template.
In summary, since the target change object is obtained through a questionnaire result, which is different from the conventional technology that only a fixed change object can be provided, and the generation of the target change project template is determined by the target change object, which avoids the generation of a target change project template containing redundant non-target change objects, the target change project template can be flexibly and dynamically generated, the target change project template better meets the user requirements, and the created target change project template has no redundant content or missing content, and completely conforms to the problem to be solved by the user.
To facilitate efficient generation of target revolutionary project templates, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3b, S33 includes:
s331, accessing an item unit library, wherein a plurality of preset item units are prestored in the item unit library, and each preset item unit corresponds to a reform object;
s333, traversing preset item units corresponding to each target revolutionary object from the item unit library to serve as target item units;
and S335, combining the target item units to generate a target change item template.
In this embodiment, the target revolutionary project templates are generated in a relatively great variety of ways, for example, taking Web application development as an example, each project unit may be a JavaScript script and data, and after being combined, the project units still are the JavaScript script and data, and the script and data may be displayed by a sending client.
In some embodiments, the questionnaire results include structured survey options and/or unstructured survey options, the structured survey options being directed to the transformational objects, e.g., the survey option "developer performance assessment" can indicate directly, explicitly, without translation, that a change is to be made to "developer performance assessment" and directly to the transformational objects "developer performance assessment".
The unstructured survey options point indirectly to the transformational objects. For example, the survey question "how to improve the work efficiency of all employees", the survey option a is "increase lunch break", the survey option B is "provide employee welfare", and the survey option C is "clear task division". When the user B selects the survey option A, the server analyzes the change object to obtain 'enterprise culture' according to the survey option A 'increase the noon break time', namely, the survey option A needs to be analyzed and indirectly points to the change object 'enterprise culture'.
In some embodiments, the server may determine the target revolutionary object according to the questionnaire results in a first manner: and selecting the transformational object pointed by each structured survey option as a target transformational object. Therefore, the server can efficiently determine the target revolutionary object.
Alternatively, the second method may also be adopted: and analyzing the unstructured survey options according to a semantic analysis algorithm to obtain the transformational objects pointed by the unstructured survey options, and selecting the transformational objects pointed by the unstructured survey options as target transformational objects. Due to the fact that unstructured survey options are flexible and random, people with various types of opinions can be covered, and target revolution objects of all users can be comprehensively obtained.
Or the server combines the two modes together to determine each target transformational object.
In some embodiments, when the user collects the people's reform feedback in the form of a questionnaire page, the method 300 for generating a reform project template further comprises generating a questionnaire page. For example, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 3c, the method 300 of generating a revolutionary project template further comprises:
s34, acquiring survey contents configured with fixed survey options;
s35, generating a questionnaire page containing the survey content;
in the embodiment, the fixed survey options are survey options pre-stored in the server in advance by a user, when a survey questionnaire page is to be generated, the server calls the pre-stored survey options as the fixed survey options, and then the fixed survey options are combined together to form survey content. And finally, packaging the survey content on a questionnaire page.
In this way, it is possible to efficiently generate a questionnaire page.
In some embodiments, different from the above embodiments, in that when generating the questionnaire page, referring to fig. 3d, the method 300 for generating the revolutionary project template further includes:
s36, acquiring at least one target item unit or target change item template with the heat degree higher than or equal to a preset heat degree threshold;
and S37, generating a questionnaire page containing survey options corresponding to at least one target project unit or at least one target change project template.
In the present embodiment, the heat is used to represent the frequency with which each target item unit is combined into a target revolutionary item template, or the heat is used to represent the frequency with which each target revolutionary item template is generated.
In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the number of times the target item unit M1 is combined into the target revolutionary item template is 5000 times, that is, the heat is 5000 times, 4500 times for the target item unit M2, 4000 times for the target item unit M3, 3600 times for the target item unit M4, 3500 times for the target item unit M5, and 3400 times for the target item unit M6 within the preset time period. Then, in high-low order of hotness ranking, M1> M2> M3> M4> M5> M6. If the preset heat threshold is 4000, then the corresponding survey option in the target item units M1, M2 and M3 is selected to generate a questionnaire page since M1, M2 and M3 are greater than or equal to 4000.
Similarly, a questionnaire page containing survey options corresponding to at least one target change project template can be generated according to the method.
Therefore, by the mode, the system can help the user to discover which reform contents other people in the industry pay attention to by means of group strength, so that the management of the reform becomes more scientific and comprehensive.
In some embodiments, if the user is not satisfied with each target item unit in the target revolutionary project template, or needs to add a target item unit, referring to fig. 3e, the method 300 for generating a revolutionary project template further includes:
s38, acquiring an editing instruction;
and S39, editing the target reform project template according to the editing instruction.
In this embodiment, the editing instruction includes an addition instruction and a deletion instruction, and the server adds a target item unit to the target revolutionary item template according to the addition instruction. For example, the user issues an increase instruction, so that the server jumps to the item unit library, the user selects a corresponding item unit in the item unit library as a target item unit, and then the server adds the selected item unit into the target change item template, and refreshes the client, so that the client displays the target change item template of the newly added item unit. Or the server deletes the selected target item unit in the target revolutionary item template according to the deletion instruction.
By the method, the user can flexibly use the target change project template, so that the final target change project template is more appropriate to the requirements of the user.
In some embodiments, the server may also recommend personalized target revolutionary item templates or target item units to the user using big data analytics. For example, referring to fig. 4, the method 300 for generating a revolutionary project template further comprises:
s40, determining the use condition of the target reform project template;
and S41, recommending the target change project template or the target project unit in the target change project template according to the use condition.
In this embodiment, the usage may be a frequency of using the target change project template by the user, a number of times of using the target change project template by the user within a preset time period, or even other habits of using the target change project template by the user. When the usage frequency or times of the target revolutionary item template are too high or other habits are more prominent, the server can recommend the target revolutionary item template or the target item units in the target revolutionary item template to other users, that is, the whole target revolutionary item template can be recommended to other users, or the target item units in the target revolutionary item template can be recommended to other users.
As the number of users using each target revolutionary project template increases, the server accumulates more revolutionary project templates. Therefore, after the target change object is determined, the server can retrieve from the change project template accumulated in the past instead of retrieving from the project unit library. Therefore, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5a, S33 includes:
s332, accessing a project template library, wherein a plurality of preset reform project templates are prestored in the project template library;
and S334, traversing a preset change project template corresponding to the target change object from the project template library to serve as the target change project template.
After the target change object is determined, the matched preset change item template is retrieved from the item template library, and the matching principle can be precise matching or fuzzy matching, so that the situation that the content of the preset change item template is more than the user requirement can be prompted, the more change content is just provided for the user to refer, and the new change requirement is inspired.
In some embodiments, when the number of the target change objects determined by the questionnaire result is multiple, and the server traverses preset change project templates corresponding to the target change objects from the project template library as the target change project templates, first, the server determines whether a project unit of each preset change project template matches a target project unit; if yes, counting the number of item units matched with the target item unit in the preset change item template, and selecting the target change item template according to the number of the item units and the number of the target item units, for example, judging whether the difference value between the number of the item units and the number of the target item units is smaller than a preset threshold value by the server, if yes, selecting the preset change item template as the target change item template; if not, continuously judging whether the item units of each other preset revolution item template are matched with the target item unit.
And if the item unit of each preset change item template is not matched with the target item unit, continuously judging whether the item unit of another preset change item template is matched with the target item unit.
For example, the number of target revolution objects determined by the questionnaire result is 6, and herein, the "target revolution object determined by the questionnaire result" is simply referred to as the first target revolution object. In the project template library, the preset change project template a contains 10 change objects, wherein, of the 10 change objects, 3 change objects exist to be identical to the first target change object. The preset change project template B contains 8 change objects, wherein among the 8 change objects, 4 change objects exist which are identical to the first target change object. The preset change project template C contains 12 change objects, wherein among the 12 change objects, 1 change object exists that is the same as the first target change object. Here, let the preset threshold be 3, the difference value corresponding to the preset change item template a be 6-3, the difference value corresponding to the preset change item template B be 6-4-2, the difference value corresponding to the preset change item template C be 6-1-5, and since the difference value corresponding to the preset change item template B is smaller than the preset threshold 3, the server selects the preset change item template B as the target change item template.
By adopting the method, on one hand, the content of the selected target change project template is more than the requirement of the user, and the more content is just used for the user to refer, thereby inspiring the new change requirement. On the other hand, the generation efficiency of the target change project template is improved.
When the user executes the change task in the target change project template, the execution data is generated. To be able to give an early warning during execution of the revolutionary project, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 5b, the revolutionary project template generation method 300 further includes:
s42, acquiring execution data of the change tasks, wherein each change task corresponds to at least one change metric index;
each of the revolutionary tasks includes the following basic information: the responsibility body of executing the task, the task starting time, the task ending time, the progress of task execution and the like. For the transformational tasks corresponding to different transformational objects, the transformational tasks can be configured with special information belonging to the transformational objects.
The execution data is used for representing the execution condition of the reform task, and the execution condition comprises the execution progress of the reform task, the cooperation condition of participants, project income, landing degree, decision efficiency, delivery output condition, communication propaganda or task auditing condition and the like.
When the reform task is executed, execution data is generated. When the user triggers the server to execute the warning method 300 for managing the change project, the server acquires the execution data, wherein the triggering mode includes a manual triggering mode, a timing triggering mode, an event triggering mode, and the like. The execution data may be obtained by manual maintenance, for example, in a transformational task, the project group backbone personnel exits the project group, whereupon the user needs to mark the exit of the backbone personnel in the server.
In some embodiments, the execution data may also be obtained from other enterprise management systems, such as an ERP system or an office system, among others. Generally, an enterprise usually has rich external IT systems, such as an ERP system, an office system, a research and development management system, a market management system, and the like, and execution data of a revolutionary task can be obtained from the systems, for example: after the management change of the market department, the server captures the enterprise contract signing amount and the transaction amount within the preset time period from the market management system, and takes the enterprise contract signing amount and the transaction amount within the preset time period as execution data. When the server analyzes that the contract signing amount or the transaction amount of the enterprise is greatly improved, the management change of the market department is successful.
For another example, after a management change of a research and development department, the server captures a research and development period, a human input, a capital input, and the like of the product a from a research and development management system, and uses the research and development period, the human input, and the capital input of the product a as execution data. When the server analyzes that the development period or the personnel investment or the capital investment is greatly reduced, the management change of the development department is successful.
Therefore, the workload of manual entry in the change management is reduced by capturing the execution data of other external IT systems, the sources of early warning information are enlarged, and the capability of judging whether the change project is successful or not is improved.
The revolution metric is used for measuring the success of the revolution task, and each revolution task can correspond to one revolution metric or more than two revolution metrics.
In some embodiments, the server may purposefully prompt the user to collect such execution data, or actively access various external IT systems to grab such execution data, according to the execution data needed by the revolutionary metrics. For example: the transformation measurement indexes of the transformation task A comprise 'firm transformation of the highest leader of a company', and the contents describing the transformation measurement indexes 'firm transformation of the highest leader of the company' are as follows: the highest leader of the company is required to examine and approve the related process, and the process can be examined and approved within the range of the reserved time. A user designs a role of a highest leader in a reform task A of a reform project template, a server can check related data and examine and approve related processes as execution data by capturing the data, and attitude of the highest leader on the reform project is analyzed through the execution data.
In the following, for convenience of understanding, please refer to table 1, an example of a related change metric is provided in the embodiment of the present invention, it can be understood that the example is only a change metric corresponding to a part of a change task or a change project, and a person skilled in the art can add another change metric according to his own industry understanding, or change or replace an existing change metric.
TABLE 1
Table 1 shows 5 types of transformation metrics, and the qualification standard of each transformation metric has a corresponding qualification description. When the execution data meets the qualified description for the transformation metric,
and S43, generating early warning information according to the execution data and the transformation metric index.
In the present embodiment, the server generates the warning information when the execution data fails to satisfy the reform metric index. When the execution data can satisfy the reform metric index, the server does not generate the warning information. For example, the server explicitly analyzes that the highest leader cannot examine and approve the related items in time, or the highest leader does not pay attention to the progress of the related items, and if the execution data of the change task a cannot meet the change metric index, the server generates early warning information. Or the server definitely analyzes that the highest leader can examine and approve the related items in time, or the highest leader pays attention to the progress of the related items very much, the execution data of the change task A can meet the change metric index, and the server does not generate early warning information.
For another example, the server obtains 8000 ten thousand of change inputs in the execution data, however, the qualified change inputs are that the change inputs exceed 90% of the preset input standard, and the preset input standard is 1 hundred million, since the change inputs in the execution data do not meet the change metric index, the server generates the warning information.
In this embodiment, the warning information is used to prompt the user that the reform task or the reform project is about to fail or has failed. The presentation forms of the warning information are various, such as displaying a prompt message on a client interface, or selecting a preset warning number by a server, sending a short message, a mail or instant messaging information to a terminal bound with the preset warning number, and the like.
In conclusion, in the execution process of the reform task, the success rate of the reform task can be tracked and pre-judged, so that early warning information can be given in time, the success rate of the reform project is improved, and the resource waste is reduced.
In some embodiments, each of the revolutionary objects corresponds to at least one revolutionary metric, for example, when the marketing department is taken as the revolutionary object, the revolutionary metric corresponding to the marketing department may satisfy the preset subscription threshold for the contract subscription amount, or may satisfy the corresponding preset threshold for both the contract subscription amount and the deal amount. In some embodiments, the server may generate the warning information according to the reformed object, please refer to fig. 5c, and S43 includes:
s431, determining a change object of a change task according to the execution data;
s432, selecting a reform metric index corresponding to a reform object;
and S433, generating early warning information according to the execution data and the change metric index.
The server captures the execution data from the manual maintenance process, or captures the execution data from an external IT system, and determines a change object of a change task by analyzing the execution data. For example, the server captures 80 contract-signed quantities from the external IT system, and then, IT can be analyzed that the contract-signed quantities correspond to the transformation object "marketing department", wherein the transformation metric index corresponding to the transformation object "marketing department" is that the contract-signed quantities are greater than 100. Since the 80 contract-signed pieces fail to satisfy the reform metric index, the server generates the warning information.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5d, S432 includes:
s4321, accessing a preset successful transformation element library;
s4322, traversing the transformation metric index corresponding to the transformation object from the preset transformation success element library.
In this embodiment, the preset successful-change element library shown in table 1 may be used, and the server may traverse the change metric index corresponding to the change object by accessing the preset successful-change element library, so as to greatly improve the early warning efficiency.
In some embodiments, the condition for generating the warning message is more varied, for example, referring to fig. 5e, S433 includes:
s4331, judging whether the execution data meets the reform metric index;
s4332, if not, generating early warning information;
s4333, if yes, no early warning information is generated.
In some embodiments, in the process that the server determines whether the execution data meets the change metric index, it may be determined whether a deviation between the execution data and the change metric index is greater than a preset threshold, and when the deviation is less than the preset threshold, the change item is considered to be normally performed. When the deviation is larger than the preset threshold value, the change project is considered to have larger deviation, risks are formed, the success of the project is possibly influenced, and early warning is needed.
In some embodiments, when the server generates the warning information, the server first determines risk information according to the execution data and the transformation metric index. The risk information is used for indicating the risk type, risk level and risk level of the transformational task. The risk degree can be the risk of a single change task, can also be the combined risk of a plurality of change tasks, and can also be the overall risk of a change project.
Referring to table 2, table 2 is an example table of risk definitions provided in the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, the server determines the risk information when the execution data does not satisfy the reform metric index, for example, when the execution data is "project group backbone person exits the project group", the server determines that the risk type is person risk. Similarly, the server determines the risk type as the delivery risk when the execution data is "project group timely output related delivery".
Secondly, the server generates early warning information containing risk information. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the server pushes the early warning information to the client, the server may also push the risk information to the client, so that the user can know the risk type, risk level and risk level of the reform project, so as to make a more accurate decision.
In some embodiments, in the process of generating the early warning information, the server determines whether the risk level of the risk information is higher than a preset risk level, and if so, sets the early warning level of the early warning information to be a first important level. And if the first importance level is lower than the second importance level, setting the early warning level of the early warning information as the second importance level, wherein the first importance level is higher than the second importance level.
By the method, the importance level of each early warning message can be intuitively displayed for the user, so that the user can be prompted to enhance risk awareness so as to make an accurate decision, and the success probability of the change management is improved.
In some embodiments, the server collects the execution data of each change task according to a preset frequency so as to track the progress state of each change task in time, for example, the action specified in the change task, whether the execution is performed on time in reality, how the execution results are, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, a certain order does not necessarily exist between the foregoing steps, and it can be understood by those skilled in the art from the description of the embodiments of the present invention that, in different embodiments, the foregoing steps may have different execution orders, that is, may be executed in parallel, may also be executed in an exchange manner, and the like.
