Detailed Description

While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Example one
A first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for detecting an electric tracing band, as shown in fig. 1, including:
s101, obtaining operation parameters of a first electric tracing band and operation parameters of a second electric tracing band, wherein the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band are at the same current environmental temperature, and the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band are arranged on a pipeline;
s102, obtaining a first operation coefficient according to the operation parameters of the first electric tracing band;
s103, obtaining a second operation coefficient according to the operation parameters of the second electric tracing band;
and S104, judging whether the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band have faults or not according to the first operation coefficient and the second operation coefficient.
According to the method, the operation coefficient of the first electric tracing band and the operation coefficient of the second electric tracing band are respectively obtained through the operation parameters of the first electric tracing band and the operation parameters of the second electric tracing band, and then whether the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band have faults or not is judged according to the two operation coefficients. Therefore, whether the electric tracing band on the pipeline has a fault or not is detected, and when the fault of any electric tracing band is detected, the damaged electric tracing band can be replaced in time, so that the pipeline is prevented from being frozen, the process flow is prevented from being influenced, and the economic loss is reduced.
It should be noted that, the method of this embodiment is a detection method performed for any two sections of electric tracing bands with the same material type under the same current environmental temperature, where the any two sections of electric tracing bands with the same material type under the same current environmental temperature refer to any two sections of electric tracing bands with the same material type in the same pipeline or any two sections of electric tracing bands with the same material type in different pipelines under the same current environmental temperature. It is also emphasized that any two sections of electric tracing bands with the same material type are two parts of the same electric tracing band or different parts of different electric tracing bands.
In order to ensure that any two detected electric tracing bands are at the same current environmental temperature, the environmental temperatures of the two detected electric tracing bands need to be judged, and the method specifically includes:
acquiring a temperature ratio of a first environment temperature of the first electric tracing band and a second environment temperature of the second electric tracing band, wherein the first environment temperature is obtained by detecting the first electric tracing band through a first temperature remote transmission table, and the second environment temperature is obtained by detecting the second electric tracing band through a second temperature remote transmission table;
if the temperature ratio is within the set temperature threshold range, determining that the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band are at the same current environmental temperature, and starting to acquire the operating parameters of the first electric tracing band and the operating parameters of the second electric tracing band;
and if the temperature ratio is not within the set temperature threshold range, determining that the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band are not at the same current environmental temperature, and sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting an operator.
Specifically, a first environment temperature of the first electric tracing band is detected through a first temperature remote transmission meter, wherein the first temperature remote transmission meter is arranged at the head end and/or the tail end of the first electric tracing band; and detecting the ambient temperature of the second electric tracing band through a second temperature remote transmitting meter, wherein the second temperature remote transmitting meter is arranged at the head end and/or the tail end of the second electric tracing band.
It should be noted that the temperature remote-transmitting meter is used for detecting the ambient temperature of each section of electric tracing band, and is usually disposed at the head end or the tail end of the detected electric tracing band or in the heat insulation cotton wound around the electric tracing band, so as to facilitate the measurement of the ambient temperature of each section of electric tracing band, and avoid the problem of measuring the ambient temperature by damaging the pipeline or the completely installed electric tracing band. The first temperature remote transmission meter and the second temperature remote transmission meter can be used for measuring the temperature by using the same temperature remote transmission meter, and also can be used for simultaneously measuring the temperature by using the two temperature remote transmission meters.
The temperature ratio is obtained by dividing a first ambient temperature of the first electric tracing band and a second ambient temperature of the second electric tracing band; or obtained by dividing the first ambient temperature and the second ambient temperature and multiplying the divided values by corresponding coefficients, which is not particularly limited herein.
In practice, the temperature threshold range is obtained by a plurality of experimental data, and is usually 0.75 to 1.35. Of course, the temperature threshold range can also be set according to actual requirements. When the first temperature remote meter detects the ambient temperature of the first electric tracing band, the ambient temperature is recorded as T1; when the second temperature remote meter detects the ambient temperature of the second electric tracing band, the ambient temperature is marked as T2; then, T1 and T2 were divided to obtain the temperature ratio. Or dividing T1 and T2, and multiplying by corresponding coefficients to obtain a temperature ratio, wherein if the temperature ratio is represented by W and the coefficient is represented by a, W is determined to be (T1/T2). times.a, and the value of a is usually between 0 and 1. And if the temperature ratio is in the set temperature threshold range, indicating that the two detected electric tracing bands are in the same current environmental temperature, starting to perform fault detection on the two electric tracing bands. If the temperature ratio is not in the range of the set temperature threshold, the two detected electric tracing bands are not in the same current environmental temperature, prompt information needs to be sent to remind an operator that the two detected electric tracing bands are not in the same current environmental temperature.
And after confirming that the two detected electric tracing bands are at the same current environmental temperature, executing the step S101 to obtain the operation parameters of the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band.
Wherein, the operating parameters of the first electric tracing band comprise: a length of the first electric trace band and a current operating current of the first electric trace band. Operating parameters of the second electric tracing band include: a length of the second electric tracing band and a current operation current of the second electric tracing band;
the specific steps of obtaining the length of the first electric tracing band and the length of the second electric tracing band are as follows: when the pipeline is laid, namely, the plurality of sections of electric tracing bands are laid on the pipeline, the length of each section of electric tracing band is recorded and stored. Therefore, the length of the first electric trace band disposed on the pipe and the length of the second electric trace band disposed on the pipe are obtained, that is, the length of the first electric trace band and the length of the second electric trace band are obtained.
The specific steps of obtaining the current operation current of the first electric tracing band and the current operation current of the second electric tracing band are as follows:
when the first electric tracing band works, detecting the current running current of the first electric tracing band through a first current transformer, wherein the first current transformer is arranged on the first electric tracing band; when the second electric tracing band works, the current running current of the second electric tracing band is detected through a second current transformer, wherein the second current transformer is arranged on the second electric tracing band.
It should be noted that the first current transformer and the second current transformer may be the same current transformer for measuring the detected current of the two electric tracing bands in operation, or may be two current transformers for respectively and simultaneously measuring, that is, one current transformer measures the current of one electric tracing band in operation, and the other current transformer measures the current of the other electric tracing band in operation.
In step S101, when the electric tracing band is laid on the pipeline, the length of the electric tracing band is obtained in advance, and the material model of the electric tracing band is also obtained to ensure that the electric tracing band on the pipeline is the same material model, so as to prepare basic conditions for a subsequent detection method of the electric tracing band.
Next, step S102 and step S103 are executed, it should be noted that the execution order of step S102 and step S103 in this embodiment may be changed, or may be executed simultaneously, and the present invention is not limited herein.
Step S102, obtaining a first operation coefficient according to the operation parameters of the first electric tracing band, and specifically comprising the following steps:
a first operation coefficient is obtained according to the length of the first electric trace band and the current operation current of the first electric trace band.
Step S103, obtaining a second operation coefficient according to the operation parameters of the second electric tracing band, which specifically comprises the following steps:
and obtaining a second operation coefficient according to the length of the second electric tracing band and the current operation current of the second electric tracing band.
In a specific implementation, the operation coefficient of the electric tracing band is obtained by dividing the length of the electric tracing band and the operation current of the electric tracing band, i.e., based on the equation λ ═ L/I, where λ is the operation coefficient of the electric tracing band, L is the length of the electric tracing band, and I is the operation current of the electric tracing band. Therefore, the first operating coefficient is represented by λ 1, the length of the first electric trace is represented by L1, the current operating current of the first electric trace is represented by I1, and the first operating coefficient is determined based on the equation λ 1 — L1/I1. Similarly, the second operating coefficient is represented by λ 2, the length of the second electric trace is represented by L2, the current operating current of the second electric trace is represented by I2, and the second operating coefficient is obtained based on the equation λ 2 — L2/I2.
Or the operation coefficient of the electric tracing band is obtained by dividing the length of the electric tracing band by the operation current of the electric tracing band and then multiplying the division by the corresponding coefficient, namely based on the equation lambda ═ (L/I). times.b, wherein b is a coefficient, and the value of b is usually between 0 and 1.
In step S102 and step S103, the operation coefficient of the electric tracing band is used to represent the working condition of the electric tracing band, and data with high reliability and high accuracy is obtained to reflect the real working condition of the electric tracing band, so as to provide a reliable and accurate basis for judging whether the electric tracing band has a fault.
After the first operation coefficient and the second operation coefficient are obtained, step S104 is executed to determine whether the first electric trace band and/or the second electric trace band has a fault according to the first operation coefficient and the second operation coefficient, which specifically includes:
obtaining a first ratio according to the first operation coefficient and the second operation coefficient;
judging whether the first ratio is within the operation threshold range;
if so, transmitting first result information, wherein the first result information indicates that the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band have no fault;
and if not, sending second result information, wherein the second result information indicates that the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band have faults.
It should be noted that the operation threshold range is obtained according to a great amount of experimental experience, and the operation threshold range is usually set to 0.85 to 1.15, and may also be set according to actual requirements.
Specifically, the first ratio B1 is obtained by dividing the first operation coefficient λ 1 by the second operation coefficient λ 2, and is represented as B1 ═ λ 1: and 2. lambda.2. Or the first ratio B1 is obtained by dividing the first operation coefficient λ 1 by the second operation coefficient λ 2 and then multiplying by the corresponding coefficient c, and is denoted as B1 ═ λ 1/λ 2) × c, where c is usually between 0 and 1. And when the B1 is more than or equal to 0.85 and less than or equal to 1.15, the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band have no fault, and first result information is sent to remind an operator that the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band are normal. And when the B1 is less than or equal to 0.85 or the B1 is more than or equal to 1.15, the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band have faults, and second result information is sent to remind an operator that the first electric tracing band has the faults or the second electric tracing band has the faults or both the first electric tracing band and the second electric tracing band have the faults.
In step S104, whether the electric tracing band has a fault is determined based on the accurate working condition of the electric tracing band, and the obtained result data is also reliable and accurate.
After the second result information is transmitted, in order to further detect whether the first electric trace band has a fault, the following steps are performed:
acquiring historical operating current of the first electric tracing band, wherein the historical operating current of the first electric tracing band is the operating current of the first electric tracing band at a historical environment temperature, and the historical environment temperature is consistent with the current environment temperature;
obtaining a third operation coefficient according to the length of the first electric tracing band and the historical operation current of the first electric tracing band;
obtaining a second ratio according to the first operation coefficient and the third operation coefficient;
judging whether the second ratio is within the operation threshold range;
if so, determining that the first electric tracing band has no fault; if not, determining that the first electric tracing band has a fault.
It should be noted that, when the electric tracing band works, the running current of each section of electric tracing band at each time every day is automatically stored. In the specific implementation process, since the operation current of the same electric tracing band measured at the same time on two adjacent days is considered as the operation current of the same electric tracing band measured under the same condition, the historical operation current of the same electric tracing band is generally the operation current of the electric tracing band at the same time on the previous day. Of course, if the historical ambient temperature at other times on other dates is consistent with the current ambient temperature, the historical operating current of the electric tracing band may be the operating current at other times on other dates before the current operating current. In order to further ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data, the historical ambient temperature of the same electric tracing band can be compared with the current ambient temperature, and the electric tracing band is verified to be under the same condition. The verification method of the environmental temperature of the electric tracing band is a method of judging whether the two detected electric tracing bands are at the same current environmental temperature or other verification methods, and is not limited herein.
The second ratio is obtained by dividing the first operating coefficient by the third operating coefficient, or by dividing the first operating coefficient by the third operating coefficient and multiplying the divided operating coefficient by the corresponding coefficient d. Wherein d is usually between 0 and 1.
Specifically, the historical operating current of the first electric tracing band is recorded as I1 ', the third operating coefficient is recorded as λ 1', and the second ratio is recorded as B2. First, λ 1 ' is obtained based on the equation λ 1 ' ═ L1/I1 '. Based on the equation B2 ═ λ 1'/λ 1, B2 was obtained. If the B2 is in the operation threshold range, the first electric tracing band has no fault; otherwise, determining that the first electric tracing band has a fault. When the first electric tracing band is determined to have a fault, alarm information can be sent out to prompt an operator that the first electric tracing band has the fault.
Similarly, it can be seen that the following steps need to be performed to detect whether the second electric tracing band has a fault:
and acquiring the historical operating current of the second electric tracing band, wherein the historical operating current of the second electric tracing band is the operating current of the second electric tracing band under the historical environmental temperature.
Obtaining a fourth operation coefficient according to the length of the second electric tracing band and the historical operation current of the second electric tracing band;
obtaining a third ratio according to the second operation coefficient and the fourth operation coefficient;
judging whether the third ratio is within the operation threshold range;
if so, determining that the second electric tracing band has no fault; if not, determining that the second electric tracing band has a fault.
The third ratio is obtained by dividing the second operation coefficient by the fourth operation coefficient, or by dividing the second operation coefficient by the fourth operation coefficient and then multiplying the result by the corresponding coefficient d. Wherein d is usually between 0 and 1.
Specifically, the historical operating current of the second electric tracing band is recorded as I2 ', the fourth operating coefficient is recorded as λ 2', and the third ratio is recorded as B3. First, λ 2 ' is obtained based on the equation λ 2 ' ═ L2/I2 '. Based on the equation B3 ═ λ 2'/λ 2, B3 was obtained. If the B3 is in the operation threshold range, the second electric tracing band has no fault; otherwise, determining that the second electric tracing band has a fault. When the second electric tracing band is determined to have a fault, alarm information can be sent out to prompt an operator that the second electric tracing band has the fault.
When the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band are/is judged to have faults, fault detection of the same electric tracing band at the same time on two adjacent days is adopted, and objective and reliable result data are obtained.
The method of the embodiment is to detect the fault of any two sections of electric tracing bands under the same condition, wherein the same condition refers to that: the two sections of electric tracing bands are in the same environmental temperature or in the same pipeline, the material models of the two sections of electric tracing bands are the same, and the power supply voltages of the two sections of electric tracing bands are the same. The power supply voltages of the electric tracing bands are all 220V, so that the power supply voltages are all the same, and the power supply voltage of each section of electric tracing band does not need to be detected separately.
The method of the embodiment involves the following principles:
the operation coefficient lambda is determined by the power supply voltage of the electric tracing band, the material model of the electric tracing band and the ambient temperature. In the method of the present embodiment, the supply voltage of 220V is fixed; the material type of the electric tracing heat is the same, and the material type is the same; the environmental temperature is the same pipeline or different pipelines of the same environment, so the environmental temperature is the same; then λ is fixed.
According to the common knowledge, the voltage U ═ current I ═ resistance R is denoted as U ═ I ×, where the resistance R is a resistance of any length of the electric trace band, and R ═ U/I is obtained.
The resistance R is the resistance R of the electric tracing band of one meter/the length L of the electric tracing band, which influences the factor theta
The resistance value of R is influenced by environmental factors, and the higher the temperature is, the larger the resistance is; and is also influenced by the material of the device. When the temperature is the same and the material is the same, these two influencing factors are called as θ, that is, θ is the same in the method of the present embodiment.
And U/R theta is obtained by converting the above formula.
Since the supply voltages are 220V identical, i.e., U is identical; theta are the same; the resistance values of the electric tracing band of one meter affected by other factors are the same, and r is the same. Then, U/r θ is a relatively stable value, defined as the coefficient of operation λ.
Then λ ═ I/L or λ ═ L/I.
The electric tracing band is a core band which is uniformly extruded with a layer of PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) material between two parallel buses to form a PTC parallel loop of the core band. The PTC layer is a resistance heating body which is continuously connected in parallel between the buses, and converts electric energy into heat energy. In normal operation, 220V voltage is applied between the two lines, the part of heat generated between the two lines is absorbed by the electric tracing band, and the conductivity of the electric tracing band changes along with the change of the ambient temperature. When the environmental temperature rises to a certain value, the current of the electric tracing band is reduced to the minimum value.
Taking the first electric trace band a1 and the second electric trace band a2 as examples, the detection method of the electric trace band of the present embodiment is specifically explained.
Firstly, judging whether A1 and A2 are at the same current ambient temperature, detecting the ambient temperature T1 of a first electric tracing band through a first temperature remote transmission table, and detecting the ambient temperature T2 of a second electric tracing band through a second temperature remote transmission table; the temperature ratio W is obtained by dividing T1 and T2 (i.e., by the equation W ═ T1/T2).
If W is within the set temperature threshold range, then A1 and A2 are at the same current ambient temperature, and step S101 is executed next. And if the W is not in the set temperature threshold range, the A1 and the A2 are not in the same current environment temperature, and prompt information is sent.
And when the A1 and the A2 are at the same current ambient temperature, acquiring the operating parameters of A1 and the operating parameters of A2. The operating parameters of a1 include: the operating parameters of the current operating current I1, a2 of the length L1 and a1 of a1 include: length L2 of a2 and current operating current I2 of a 2.
The first operating factor λ 1 is determined from the operating parameters of a1 and on the basis of the equation λ 1 — L1/I1. The second operating factor λ 2 is determined from the operating parameters of a2 and on the basis of the equation λ 2 — L2/I2.
Then, based on the first operating coefficient λ 1 and the second operating coefficient λ 2, and based on equation B1 ═ λ 1: λ 2, obtaining a first ratio B1. If the B1 is within the operation threshold range, the first electric trace band a1 and the second electric trace band a2 do not have a fault, and first result information is transmitted. If B1 is not within the operational threshold range, then there is a fault with A1 and/or A2.
To further detect whether a1 has a fault, the following steps are performed:
acquiring historical operating current I1' of A1; the third operating coefficient λ 1 'is obtained from L1 and I1' and based on the equation λ 1 '═ L1/I1'. Based on the equation B2 ═ λ 1'/λ 1, a second ratio B2 is obtained. If B2 is within the operating threshold range, then there is no fault with A1; otherwise, it is determined that a1 has a fault.
To further detect whether a2 has a fault, the following steps are performed:
acquiring historical operating current I2' of A2; the fourth operating coefficient λ 2 'is obtained from L2 and I2' and based on the equation λ 2 '═ L2/I2'. Based on the equation B3 ═ λ 2'/λ 2, a third ratio B3 is obtained. If B3 is within the operating threshold range, then there is no fault with A2; otherwise, it is determined that a2 has a fault.
One or more technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following technical effects or advantages:
in this embodiment, an operation coefficient of the first electric tracing band and an operation coefficient of the second electric tracing band are obtained by an operation parameter of the first electric tracing band and an operation parameter of the second electric tracing band, and whether the first electric tracing band and/or the second electric tracing band has a fault is determined by the two operation coefficients. Therefore, whether the electric tracing band on the pipeline has faults or not is detected, and the damaged electric tracing band can be found and replaced in time, so that the pipeline is prevented from being frozen, the process flow is prevented from being influenced, and the economic loss is reduced. Therefore, the technical problem of how to detect the faults of the electric tracing band is solved.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the two detected electric tracing bands are at the same environmental temperature, the environmental temperature of the two electric tracing bands is determined through the temperature remote table. The temperature remote meter is usually arranged at the head end or the tail end of the detected electric tracing band or in heat insulation cotton wound on the electric tracing band, so that the environmental temperature of each section of the electric tracing band can be conveniently measured, and the problem of measuring the environmental temperature by damaging a pipeline or damaging the completely installed electric tracing band is solved
In the embodiment, the operation coefficient is obtained by dividing the length of the electric tracing band by the operation current of the electric tracing band, so that the real working condition of the electric tracing band is represented by the operation coefficient, and the basis for accurately and reliably judging whether the electric tracing band has faults is provided.
In the embodiment, in order to further detect which electric tracing band of the two electric tracing bands has a fault, fault detection of the same electric tracing band under the historical environmental temperature is carried out, and objective and reliable result data are obtained.
