The working principle of the invention is as follows: connecting and closing the flip cover plate 1 and the installation base 2 through a fixing clip 5 and a bayonet 9, wherein when the bayonet 9 is clamped in the fixing clip 5, the switch button 27 is pressed downwards by the front end of the bayonet 9, so that a connecting rod 28 on the switch button 27 presses a trigger button 31 to turn off the lighting device; when the flip cover plate 1 and the mounting base 2 are opened, the switch button 27 is bounced upwards under the action of the elastic piece 30, so that the trigger button 31 is released, and the lighting device is started; after the lighting device is opened, the first fixing belt 17 and the second fixing belt 18 on the surface of the supporting base plate 3 are fixedly arranged on a wall or directly arranged on a plane, and the angle of the mounting base 2 is adjusted by adjusting the height of the telescopic rod assembly 19 on the mounting base 2, so that the lighting direction of the lighting device is adjusted; after the lighting device is turned on, the electric quantity detection module works, the electric quantity detection module detects the residual electric quantity of the storage battery 11, when the residual electric quantity of the storage battery 11 is lower than a preset electric quantity threshold value of the system, the electric quantity detection module sends a primary energy-saving instruction or a secondary energy-saving instruction to the controller 32, the primary energy-saving instruction controls half of the LED lamps 21 to be turned off, so that the energy-saving and power-saving effects are achieved, and meanwhile, after half of the LED lamps 21 are turned off, the temperature detection module is changed into periodic detection; meanwhile, a voice alarm prompt is sent out through an alarm module; the temperature detection module is through obtaining the temperature on base plate 23 surface to the temperature that obtains is compared with the temperature threshold value that the system predetermines, when the temperature exceeded the temperature threshold value that the system predetermines, then controller 32 control radiator unit dispels the heat to base plate 23 surface, and radiator fan 14 sends cold air into gasbag 20, and the rethread gas transmission hose 15 is carried to the installation base 2 in, accelerates giving off of the heat on base plate 23 surface, thereby makes the temperature on base plate 23 surface reduce.

the heat dissipation assembly comprises a heat dissipation fan (14), an air bag (20) and a movable plug (16), wherein the heat dissipation fan (14) is fixedly arranged inside the bearing bottom plate (3), and a plurality of air holes are formed in the surface of one side of the bearing bottom plate (3); the output end of the heat dissipation fan (14) is connected with the upper end of the air bag (20), and one end of the air delivery hose (15) penetrates through the lower end surface of the air bag (20) and is connected with the movable plug (16);
the telescopic rod component (19) comprises a connecting base (191), a first telescopic rod (192), a second telescopic rod (193) and a sucker (194), the connecting base (191) is fixedly installed on the installation base (2), one end of the first telescopic rod (192) is movably embedded into the connecting base (191), the other end of the first telescopic rod (192) is provided with the second telescopic rod (193), and one end of the second telescopic rod (193) is provided with the sucker (194);
a controller (32) is arranged in the bearing bottom plate (3), and the controller (32) is connected with a temperature detection module, an electric quantity detection module, an alarm module and an energy-saving module;
a first fixing belt (17) is arranged on the surface of one side of the bearing bottom plate (3), second fixing belts (18) are symmetrically arranged at the lower ends of the first fixing belts (17), and a pair of hanging holes are formed in the first fixing belts (17);
a handle (25) is arranged at the upper end of the flip cover plate (1), a fixing clamp (5) is arranged at the upper end of the flip cover plate (1), a clamping pin (9) is arranged at one end of the mounting base (2), and the fixing clamp (5) is matched with the clamping pin (9) for use;

one side of the protective cover (24) is an inclined surface, a strip-shaped lighting groove (10) is formed in the inclined surface, and the strip-shaped lighting groove (10) corresponds to one LED lamp (21);
a tool bag (26) is arranged on the surface of one end, close to the lifting handle (25), in the flip-top plate (1), and a rubber sealing ring (4) is arranged on the edge of the interior of the flip-top plate (1);

and step S3: when N2 is less than 0.5N1, the temperature detection module detects the temperature of the surface of the substrate (23), the detection period is T, and the temperature of the surface of the substrate (23) is marked as Tk; when Tk is larger than or equal to T0, the temperature detection module sends a type of heat dissipation instruction to the controller (32); one type of heat dissipation instruction is specifically: the controller (32) starts the heat dissipation capacity of the first stage of the heat dissipation assembly to dissipate heat of the surface of the substrate (23), and when the temperature of the surface of the substrate (23) is lower than T0, the heat dissipation assembly stops working; the heat dissipation assembly adjusts the heat dissipation capacity by adjusting the rotating speed of the heat dissipation fan (14), and the heat dissipation capacity of the heat dissipation assembly is divided into a first stage and a second stage according to the rotating speed of the heat dissipation fan (14), wherein the heat dissipation capacity of the second stage is larger than that of the first stage;
when N2 is not less than 0.5N1, the temperature detection module obtains the surface temperature of the substrate (23) in real time, the surface temperature of the substrate (23) is marked as Tj, when Tj is not less than T0, the surface temperature of the substrate (23) is judged to be too high, and the temperature detection module sends a second-class heat dissipation instruction to the controller (32); the second type of heat dissipation instruction is specifically: the controller (32) starts the heat dissipation capacity of the second stage of the heat dissipation assembly to dissipate heat of the surface of the substrate (23), and when the temperature of the surface of the substrate (23) is lower than T0, the heat dissipation capacity of the heat dissipation assembly is adjusted to the first stage; wherein T0 is a system preset temperature threshold;
