Raw materials such as poplar and the like are prepared into ISO chemi-mechanical pulp with the whiteness of 71 percent by adopting an APMP pulping process, and raw materials for APMP pulping adopt 35 percent of camphorwood and 65 percent of poplar.
The pulp is bleached sulfate softwood chemical pulp (NBKP), bleached sulfate hardwood chemical pulp (LBKP), and the APMP; the weight ratio of the sizing agent is as follows: NBKP 18%; LBKP 21%; APMP 61%.
After the three kinds of pulp are mixed, the mixed pulp is blended into the density of 3.1 percent, and the antibacterial cultural paper is prepared by pulp washing, sand removing and degassing, sizing, fine screening, net surfing forming and dewatering, squeezing, front drying, surface sizing, after drying, press polishing, reeling and packaging after thick pulp screening.
Wherein, 0.6kg/t of cationic fixing agent of paper is added into a pulp mixing pool of a paper machine. In the net part of the paper machine, a net cleaning agent is added at a breast roll of the net part before pulp is fed on the net, and the using amount of the net cleaning agent is 0.06kg/t paper. 0.02kg/t of paper release agent was added to the press roll by mixing the release agent with water at 200ppm and spraying it onto the press roll surface. The first drying cylinder is added with a drying cylinder stripping agent of 0.02kg/t paper, and the using method is to spray the drying cylinder stripping agent on the surface of the drying cylinder by adopting a spraying device. 2.5kg/t of copper zinc pyrithione is added to the starch solution for paper surface sizing. The addition mode of the copper zinc sulfide pyridine is as follows: a5% suspension is prepared with water and is introduced into a starch tank in which the stirring speed is equal to 60 revolutions per minute.
The prepared antibacterial culture paper has a fixed amount of 80.0 +/-1.0 g/m2The whiteness is ISO 81-83%, and the fracture length is ≧ 4500 m.
The antibacterial effect of the products produced by the process is tested, and the antibacterial rate of the products against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus reaches over 99 percent.
Example 3
Raw materials such as poplar and the like are prepared into ISO chemi-mechanical pulp with the whiteness of 71.5 percent by adopting an APMP pulping process, and the APMP pulping raw materials adopt 20 percent of camphorwood and 80 percent of poplar.
The pulp is bleached sulfate softwood chemical pulp (NBKP), bleached sulfate hardwood chemical pulp (LBKP), and the APMP; the weight ratio of the sizing agent is as follows: NBKP 13%; LBKP 24%; APMP 63%.
After the three kinds of pulp are mixed, the mixed pulp is blended into the density of 3.2 percent, and the antibacterial cultural paper is prepared by pulp washing, sand removing and degassing, sizing, fine screening, net surfing forming and dewatering, squeezing, front drying, surface sizing, after drying, press polishing, reeling and packaging after thick pulp screening.
Wherein, 0.7kg/t of cationic fixing agent of paper is added into a pulp mixing pool of a paper machine. In the net part of the paper machine, a net cleaning agent is added at a breast roll of the net part before pulp is fed on the net, and the using amount of the net cleaning agent is 0.04kg/t paper. 0.04kg/t of paper release agent was added to the press roll by mixing the release agent with water at 200ppm and spraying it onto the roll surface of the press roll. The first drying cylinder is added with a drying cylinder stripping agent of 0.04kg/t paper, and the using method is to spray the drying cylinder stripping agent on the surface of the drying cylinder by adopting a spraying device. 2.2kg/t of copper zinc pyrithione is added to the starch solution for paper surface sizing. As can be seen from the above examples, the present invention uses bleached kraft chemical pulp and alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp as fiber raw materials to prepare paper, wherein the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp contains not less than 10 wt% of camphorwood raw materials. Moreover, the antibacterial cultural paper also contains the components of copper, sulfur and zinc pyridine, so that the antibacterial cultural paper not only has good antibacterial and antivirus effects, but also is nontoxic to human bodies, and the application safety is improved. The invention mainly aims at the antibacterial cultural paper, can meet the basic requirements of printing and notebook paper, and has excellent antibacterial and antivirus effects.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The antibacterial cultural paper is characterized by being prepared by taking bleached sulfate chemical pulp and alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp as fiber raw materials, wherein the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp contains more than 10 wt% of camphorwood raw materials; the antibacterial cultural paper contains camphor cation fixings and pyridine sulfur copper zinc components.
2. The manufacturing method of the antibacterial cultural paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, mixing the bleached sulfate chemical pulp and the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp; the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching mechanical pulp contains more than 10 wt% of camphorwood raw materials;
s2, adding a cation fixing agent after the pulp is prepared, and making paper to obtain wet paper;
and S3, drying the wet paper and performing surface sizing, wherein the surface sizing is performed by adopting a solution containing copper zinc sulfide pyridine to obtain the antibacterial cultural paper.
3. The method of manufacturing according to claim 2, wherein the bleached sulfate chemical pulp is bleached sulfate softwood chemical pulp and bleached sulfate hardwood chemical pulp;
the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleaching mechanical pulp adopts 10-40% of camphorwood raw material and 60-90% of poplar raw material.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the weight ratio of the bleached sulfate softwood chemical pulp to the bleached sulfate hardwood chemical pulp to the alkaline hydrogen peroxide bleached mechanical pulp is 10-20%: 20-30%: 50-70%.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein in step S2, 0.3-1.0kg/t of cationic fixative is added after the pulp is prepared.
6. The manufacturing method according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein in step S2, a mesh cleaning agent is used in the mesh part before the pulp enters the mesh in the paper making process, and the dosage is 0.01 to 0.10kg/t paper.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein in step S2, a paper release agent of 0.01-0.05kg/t paper is used in the press section in the papermaking process.
8. A method according to claim 6, wherein in step S3, a dryer release agent of 0.01-0.05kg/t paper is used for drying.
9. The method of any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein in step S3, the surface sizing is performed using a starch solution containing copper zinc pyrithione, the amount of copper zinc pyrithione added being 1 to 3kg/t of paper.
10. The process according to claim 9, wherein in step S3, the stirring speed for adding the copper zinc pyrithione is not less than 60 rpm.
