In the pressing process, cocoons enter the upper end of the cocoon lifting hopper 10 along with the hot water of the cocoon ends, and the cocoons are larger than the size of the water holes and cannot enter the cocoon lifting water tank 11, so that the cocoons are always positioned on the upper side of the cocoon lifting inclined plate 18. When the cocoon lifting hopper 10 ascends, cocoons on the cocoon lifting inclined plate 18 fall into the thread arranging pot 8 and enter subsequent thread arranging processing.
