Furthermore, the slag flushing ditch comprises a concrete foundation formed by pouring concrete and a groove defined by the concrete foundation, and the concrete foundation is further provided with a wear-resistant pouring layer covering the wall surface of the groove.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a sluicing runner flap valve, which is installed on a sluicing runner to perform a closing and opening operation on the sluicing runner, wherein the sluicing runner includes a concrete foundation 10 formed by pouring concrete and a groove 11 defined by the concrete foundation 10, and the concrete foundation 10 further has a wear-resistant pouring layer 12 covering the wall of the groove 11 to improve the wear resistance of the groove 11 and reduce the damage of water slag on the groove 11.
The slag runner flap valve comprises an oil cylinder 21, an oil cylinder seat 22, a connecting rod 23, a bearing seat 24, a runner cover plate 25, a valve plate 26, a bottom plate 27 and a valve plate shaft 28, wherein the oil cylinder seat 22 and the bearing seat 24 are fixed on the concrete foundation 10 at the top of the groove 11 through embedded bolts, the oil cylinder 21 is fixedly installed on the oil cylinder seat 22, two axial ends of the valve plate shaft 28 are respectively supported on the two bearing seats 24 at two sides of the width of the groove 11, the oil cylinder 21 is in driving connection with the valve plate shaft 28 through the connecting rod 23, the valve plate 26 is fixedly installed on the valve plate shaft 28 so that the valve plate 26 can rotate along with the rotation of the valve plate shaft 28, the bottom plate 27 is embedded between the wear-resistant pouring layer 12 and the concrete foundation 10, the upper and lower surfaces of the bottom plate 27 in the thickness direction are respectively provided with anchor hooks 270, the anchor hooks 270 are respectively embedded in the wear-resistant pouring layer 12 and the concrete foundation 10 so as to fix the bottom plate 27, and the slag runner concrete structure, the installation of the bottom plate is ensured to be firm and reliable; the wear-resistant pouring layer is implanted through the anchor hooks on the bottom plate, so that the wear-resistant pouring layer is stably combined with the metal surface of the bottom plate and is not easy to peel off. And the bottom plate 27 is provided with a sealing surface extending out of the wear-resistant pouring layer 12, and the sealing surface of the bottom plate 27 can be tightly attached to the sealing surface of the valve plate 26 so as to achieve the purpose of cutting off the slag flow.
In the open state of the groove 11, the oil cylinder 21 drives the valve plate shaft 28 to rotate so as to rotate the valve plate 26 to a roughly horizontal state, and in the closed state, the oil cylinder 21 drives the valve plate shaft 28 to rotate so as to rotate the valve plate 26 to a roughly vertical state, so that the valve plate presses the sealing surface of the bottom plate to achieve the purpose of cutting off the slag flow.
According to the slag flushing ditch flap valve provided by the invention, the bottom plate is implanted into the ditch bottom, the sealing surface of the bottom plate ensures certain flatness, and after the valve plate is closed in place, the valve plate is pressed against the sealing surface of the bottom plate by the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder all the time, so that the valve plate is not loosened even being impacted by slag flow, the sealing property of the valve in closing can be effectively ensured, no water and slag flow and scouring are generated on the sealing surface, and the abrasion of the sealing surface is further avoided.
In the present embodiment, the groove 11 has a slope with a step, the bottom plate 27 is located at the upper portion of the slope, and the sealing surface of the bottom plate 27 protrudes from the slope, so that the valve plate 26 can better press the sealing surface of the bottom plate 27 to shut off the slag flow.
In the present embodiment, the valve plate 26 and the bottom plate 27 are both made of iron or iron alloy, which have hardness and toughness, and are less prone to wear or fracture due to the compressive stress of sealing, compared to the prior art in which metal and nonmetal are in sealing contact, and have long service life.
In the present embodiment, the cover plate 25 covers the top of the slag runner groove 11 to cover the top opening of the groove 11, and the valve plate shaft 28 and the valve plate 26 are both located below the cover plate 25 to ensure that the slag runner is in a closed state, so as to avoid the problem that steam and slag water overflow frequently occurs at the valve.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the valve plate shaft 28 extend out of the groove wall through the U-shaped holes of the groove wall of the groove 11, and the water-stop cotton 29 is filled in the gap between the U-shaped hole and the valve plate shaft 28 to avoid the problem that water leakage can overflow steam.
