Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering, in particular to a flat plate type water filling valve for stopping water by utilizing reservoir pressure expansion.
Background
Accident gates and maintenance gates in water and electricity engineering in China are normally static water opening gates, and water is filled behind the gates before opening the gates for flat pressing. At present, the gate horizontal pressure charging modes applied in China mainly comprise the following modes: the bypass valve type and the door are provided with a water filling valve, a small opening lifting door, water filling between the gate joints and the like, and various flat pressing modes have different characteristics and application conditions.
1. The bypass valve is filled with water: the bypass valve is arranged in the dam body or the gate pier of the water inlet gate, the reservoir water in front of the gate flows to the rear of the gate through the bypass valve, the water flow is controlled by the pipeline gate valve, two valves are generally arranged in the valve chamber, the front of the valve chamber is provided with the maintenance gate valve, the rear of the valve chamber is provided with the working gate valve, and the operating platform of the valve chamber is arranged in the gallery of the dam body or the top surface of the gate pier. The flat pressing mode has the characteristics of simplifying the door leaf structure, and the diameter selection is not limited by the door leaf structure, but has the defects of high manufacturing cost, inconvenient operation and maintenance, difficult maintenance and replacement due to serious rust on the gate valve and the front pipeline of the gate valve, and the like. 2. And (3) water filling of the small opening lifting door: the water filling mode is suitable for gates with smaller orifice diameter and smaller water head, and when water filling valves are difficult to arrange, but the water filling mode cannot reduce the capacity of a hoist, and the gates vibrate due to small-opening overcurrent, and cavitation damage and the like of hydraulic buildings are caused by gap jet flow, so that the water filling mode is generally less adopted. 3. Water filling between gate joints: the water filling mode often utilizes the orifice overflow formed at the upper and lower sections of the gate, the water filling section of the mode is large, the water filling time can be shortened, the structure is simple, the operation and the maintenance are convenient, and a water filling valve is not needed; because only the throttle is lifted during water filling, the capacity of the hoist is increased less, and the lift of the hoist is not increased, but the water filling mode is mostly applied to a low-head gate. 4. A water filling valve is arranged on the door to fill water: the water filling mode has more structural forms, when the water stop of the gate is the front water stop, a small gate is opened on the gate or a water filling valve is arranged on the gate, and the structure is more complex; when the gate is a rear water stop, a water filling pipe and a valve body (or a valve cover) are arranged on the gate; the operation of the water filling valve is linked with the gate hoist, and the diameter of the water filling pipe is determined according to the factors such as water filling amount and water filling time. The water filling mode is convenient to operate and maintain, so that the application is wider.
The water filling valve is commonly provided with a gland type structure and a plunger type structure, and under the conditions of low water head and clean water, the water filling flat pressure of the gate is mainly carried out by adopting a traditional gland type or plunger type water filling valve. The gland type water filling valve is generally used for a downstream water stopping gate, while the traditional gland type water filling valve is only provided with an annular rubber or rectangular P-type water seal, if sediment or other foreign matters exist on the top of the valve, the water filling valve is not tightly closed and water leakage phenomenon occurs, and particularly the water filling valve is more prominent in a high water head gate, and the water leakage amount is larger when the water head is higher; in addition, the water filling valve axially adopts the stop collar limit, so that the valve body and the stop collar are seriously rubbed, the friction coefficient of steel to steel is very large, the water filling valve can not be closed sometimes, the water retaining operation of a gate is influenced, and the potential safety hazard exists, so the prior art is not perfect. Under the running conditions of high water head, high sand content and multiple working conditions, the traditional water filling valve has the problems of silt blockage, valve core blocking, valve body corrosion, water leakage of the water filling valve, difficult maintenance and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the valve core is blocked and cannot work normally due to the influence of sediment, dirt and aquatic organisms in the traditional water filling valve, and the invention aims to provide a flat plate type water filling valve which can adapt to different reservoir water levels and gate size conditions, is not influenced by sediment, is reliable in water stopping, small in overhaul and maintenance amount, economical and practical and utilizes reservoir pressure to expand and stop water.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a flat plate type water filling valve which utilizes reservoir pressure to expand and stop water is arranged in a gate top beam grid and comprises a water inlet pipe, a water sealing seat plate, an annular water seal, a valve plate, a guide supporting sliding block and a water outlet pipe, wherein the cross section of the water inlet pipe is round, the water sealing seat plate is welded at the tail end of the water inlet pipe, and the annular water seal is fixed on the water sealing seat plate through a stepped annular outer pressing plate and an annular inner pressing plate by bolts; the annular water seal is a step-shaped rubber seal body with an annular shape and a cross section in a mountain-shaped structure, a circular groove is formed in the middle of the annular water seal, the vertical section of the circular groove is rectangular, the height of the end face of the circular groove is 1/3 of that of the annular water seal, and the top end face of the annular water seal is tightly attached to the valve plate; the valve plate is rectangular, a round hole corresponding to the pipe orifice of the water outlet pipe is formed in the valve plate, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the water outlet pipe is identical to that of the round hole of the valve plate, four rectangular guide supporting sliding blocks are arranged on the water outlet pipe, the guide supporting sliding blocks are arranged above and below the water outlet pipe in pairs and symmetrically, and the guide supporting sliding blocks are fixed on the sliding block support through bolts; the top end of the valve plate is fixedly connected with a pull rod, the pull rod is connected with a hanging shaft moving in a kidney-shaped hole on a gate lifting lug plate, and the bottom end of the gate plate is connected with a balancing weight through a hanging rope.
The end face of the annular water seal of the flat plate type water filling valve which utilizes the reservoir pressure expansion water stop is 4-5 mm higher than the end face of the outer stepped annular outer pressing plate.
The distance between the annular water seal top end surface of the flat plate type water filling valve which utilizes reservoir pressure to expand and stop water and the surface of the guide supporting sliding block is slightly smaller than the thickness of the valve plate.
The flat plate type water filling valve which utilizes reservoir pressure to expand and stop water is fixedly arranged on the water outlet pipe through bolts by the guide supporting sliding block.
The flashboard of the flat-plate water filling valve which utilizes the reservoir pressure to expand and stop water is made of stainless steel, and the guide supporting sliding block is made of nylon oil.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:
the flat plate type water filling valve for water stop by utilizing reservoir pressure expansion has the advantages of simple structure, reasonable and novel design, simple and convenient operation, easy manufacture and installation, safety and reliability, and the acting force is transmitted to the valve plate by utilizing the opening and closing force of the gate movable pulley and the gravity of the hanging shaft through the pull rod, so that the valve plate is lifted and closed, sediment and sundry blocking are prevented, the bottom end of the valve plate is connected with the balancing weight through the hanging rope, even if sediment is deposited in the water filling pipe, the valve plate can be lifted and closed smoothly, the influence of the sediment and the dirt is avoided, and the problem of blocking of the valve plate or the valve core is avoided.
The flat plate type water filling valve for water sealing by utilizing reservoir pressure expansion has the advantages that the reservoir pressure expansion water sealing is utilized, the water sealing effect is reliable, the annular water seal at the front part of the valve plate is fixed with the water seal seat plate of the gate, the annular water seal is propped against the annular water seal by utilizing the stepped annular outer pressing plate and the annular inner pressing plate at the inner side, and the integral strength of the annular water seal, the flatness of the water sealing end face of the annular water seal and the water sealing reliability are ensured; the back side of the valve plate is provided with 4 nylon oil guiding and supporting sliding blocks, so that the valve plate has guiding and supporting functions, and the gap between the valve plate and the water stopping end face of the annular water seal can be adjusted, so that the annular water seal is ensured to have the compression of 2-3 mm, which is the key for ensuring the reliable water stopping.
The flat plate type water filling valve for water stopping by utilizing reservoir pressure expansion has the advantages that the operation abrasion of the water filling valve is small, the overhaul and maintenance amount is small, when the water filling valve is closed, the front and the back of the gate are flat, the water filling valve is in a still water condition, and the abrasion of the valve plate and the annular water seal is small; in the early stage of opening the water filling valve, the valve plate needs to overcome the action of the reservoir water pressure on the annular water seal, and certain abrasion can be generated between the annular water seal and the valve plate, but sediment and dirt are difficult to enter a friction surface, the friction time is short, and the abrasion loss is limited; the rear part of the rubber annular water seal with the mountain-shaped section structure is protected by the step-shaped annular outer pressing plate and the annular inner pressing plate at the inner side, and the damage opportunity is very small, so that the post-maintenance of the water filling valve is greatly reduced, and the water filling valve has good popularization and application values.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1-10, the flat plate type water filling valve for water sealing by reservoir pressure expansion is arranged in a gate roof beam grid and comprises a water inlet pipe 12, a water sealing seat plate 17, an annular water seal 16, a valve plate 9 and a water outlet pipe 7, wherein the cross section of the water inlet pipe is circular, the water sealing seat plate 17 is welded at the tail end of the water inlet pipe 12, the annular water seal 16 is fixed on the water sealing seat plate 17 through a stepped annular outer pressing plate 5 and an annular inner pressing plate 6 by bolts, and the annular water seal, the stepped annular outer pressing plate and the annular inner pressing plate are coaxially arranged, so that the strength of the annular water seal is improved, the deformation and abrasion of the annular water seal in the lifting and descending processes of the valve plate are greatly reduced, and the service life of the annular water seal is prolonged; the annular water seal end surface is 4-5 mm higher than the outer stepped annular outer pressing plate end surface, and has a mechanical limiting function; the annular water seal is a step-shaped rubber seal body with an annular shape and a cross section of a mountain-shaped structure, a circular groove 14 is formed in the middle of the annular water seal, the vertical cross section of the circular groove is rectangular, the height of the end face of the circular groove is 1/3 of the height of the end face of the annular water seal, so that the optimal strength and elasticity of the annular water seal are ensured, the circular groove is communicated with the water storage through a through hole 13 formed in a water seal seat plate 17, the water stop end face of the mountain-shaped annular water seal is expanded under the action of water storage pressure to press a valve plate to stop water, the top end face of the annular water seal 16 is tightly attached to the valve plate 9, and the precompressed amount of 2-3 mm is reserved, so that the reliable water stop of the annular water seal is realized; the valve plate is rectangular, a round hole 15 corresponding to a pipe orifice of the water outlet pipe 7 is formed in the valve plate, the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are coaxially arranged, the diameter of the water outlet pipe is identical to that of the round hole of the valve plate, four rectangular guide supporting sliding blocks 8 are arranged on the water outlet pipe, the guide supporting sliding blocks are symmetrically arranged above and below the water outlet pipe, the guide supporting sliding blocks are fixed on a sliding block support through bolts, and the guide supporting sliding blocks are used for realizing guide, supporting and adjusting a water stopping gap; the pull rod 4 is fixedly connected to the top end of the valve plate 9, the pull rod is connected with the hanging shaft 2 moving in the kidney-shaped hole of the gate lifting lug plate 1, the bottom end of the gate plate is connected with the balancing weight 11 through the hanging rope 10, the balancing weight can increase the valve closing driving force, and the risk that sediment accumulation causes the valve plate to be blocked and fall out of place can be overcome.
As shown in fig. 2, the water inlet pipe 12, the water seal seat plate 17, the annular water seal 16, the stepped annular outer pressing plate 5, the annular inner pressing plate 6, the water outlet pipe 7 and the guide supporting sliding block 8 are all fixed in the gate beam grid through welding or bolting, the centers of the water inlet pipe 12 and the water outlet pipe 7 are on the same straight line, and the positions of the components are not changed when the water filling valve works. When the hanging shaft 2 descends to the lower end of the kidney-shaped hole of the lifting lug plate 1, the valve plate 9 descends through the pull rod 4 until the center of the round hole 15 on the valve plate is aligned with the centers of the water inlet pipe 12 and the water outlet pipe 7, and the water filling valve is fully opened. In contrast, when the hanging shaft 2 is lifted to the upper end of the kidney-shaped hole of the lifting lug plate 1, the end surface of the lower part of the valve plate 9, which is not perforated, and the water stop end surface of the annular water seal 16 arranged on the water inlet pipe 12 form prepressing water stop, and the water filling valve is fully closed.
The distance between the top end surface of the annular water seal 16 and the surface of the guide supporting sliding block 8 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the valve plate 9, so that a certain pre-pressing amount is ensured between the annular water seal and the valve plate, the annular water seal can be ensured to have a water sealing effect when the valve plate is lifted, and the water seal is ensured not to be damaged when the valve plate is lifted and rubbed; after the accumulated water behind the gate is emptied, the accumulated water enters the circular groove 14 in the annular water seal 16 through the through hole 13 by utilizing the reservoir water pressure, so that the sealing surface of the annular water seal expands to further compress the valve plate to stop water.
The guide supporting slide block 8 is fixedly arranged on the water outlet pipe 7 through bolts 22, pressing plates 21 are arranged on two sides of the top surface of the guide supporting slide block, and shear pins 24 are arranged at the end parts of the guide supporting slide block.
The flashboard is made of abrasion-resistant stainless steel, and the guide supporting sliding block is made of oil nylon.
The key components of the flat plate type water filling valve, such as the valve plate 9, the stepped annular outer pressing plate 5, the annular inner pressing plate 6, the bolt connecting piece and the like, are all made of stainless steel materials, and after the water sealing end face of the annular water seal is in running-in balance after a period of operation, the abrasion between the annular water seal and the valve plate is smaller and smaller, so that the good working condition of no maintenance or small maintenance workload of the water filling device is achieved.
The water flow section and the annular water seal of the water filling valve can be designed into a round shape, and also can be designed into a rectangular shape, the lifting and descending heights of the water filling valve are matched with the travel of a lifting shaft on the gate in a waist-shaped hole of the lifting lug plate, and the required water flow section is calculated according to the water filling time of the gate. When the cross section of the water is square holes, the width of the square holes can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different water filling time.
