Abstract
The application provides a sun-proof UV-LED ink and a preparation method thereof, wherein the sun-proof UV-LED ink comprises 48-51 parts of epoxy acrylic resin, 10-15 parts of polyester acrylic resin, 16-28 parts of UV-LED active diluent, 5-10 parts of photoinitiator, 5-8 parts of sun-proof filler, 0.3-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-1 part of matting powder and 0.3-1 part of defoaming agent, and the sun-proof UV-LED ink can obviously improve the weather resistance of a film layer and the adhesion to a base material, keeps high gloss, has good printing stability, is not easy to yellow and lose color, and has good weather resistance when being applied to outdoor advertising ink.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of UV-LED ink, and particularly relates to sun-proof UV-LED ink and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Outdoor advertising is one of the main publicity ways, and outdoor advertising can be damaged by harmful factors such as ultraviolet rays, acid and alkali, sand dust, air and the like for a long time, so that the weather resistance of outdoor ink for printing the outdoor advertising is important. The traditional four-color dot printing ink for printing in the advertising industry is solvent-based, and each color of the printing ink needs to be dried to overprint another color, so that the drying is slow, the working time is long, and the production efficiency is low; on the other hand, a large amount of volatile compounds are released into the air in the printing process of the solvent-based ink, so that air pollution is caused in a printing workshop, and the personal health of workers is seriously influenced.
In order to solve the problems, the industry gradually adopts ultraviolet curing ink without solvent release to replace the traditional ink, and the UV ink is favored by the industry due to high printing speed and environmental protection, but the UV outdoor advertising ink used in the market at present has poor outdoor weather resistance, generally can not exceed one year, can cause serious yellowing, color loss and the like, and greatly limits the application of the UV outdoor advertising ink in outdoor advertising. Therefore, further improvements to the existing UV light curable inks are needed.

The invention provides a sun-proof UV-LED ink, aiming at solving the technical problem of poor weather resistance when the existing ultraviolet curing is applied to outdoor advertisements.

The sun-proof UV-LED ink comprises the following components in parts by weight:

Furthermore, the epoxy acrylic resin is B-100M of Kyowa Boxing chemical materials Co., Ltd, has the viscosity of 4500-6500cps/60 ℃, the acid value of less than or equal to 3.0mgKOH/g, is 2-functionality, does not contain an additive monomer, is compounded with polyester acrylic resin to be used as a crosslinking prepolymer, has good heat resistance, and simultaneously has high curing rate, high hardness, high gloss, high fullness and excellent solvent resistance.
Further, the polyester acrylic resin is difunctional aliphatic polyurethane acrylate of BOZ model B-210D, the viscosity is 9000-13000cps/60 ℃, the molecular weight is medium, the curing speed is high, the heat release is low, the toughness is good, the hardness and the flexibility of the formula are adjusted in the UV curing formula, and the printing stability of the film layer is improved.
Further, the UV-LED active diluent is eoeoeoea (ethoxyethoxyethyl acrylate), preferably a product of shanghai cyanotechs surface technology limited. The UV curing coating is a monofunctional UV monomer, has good adhesive force to plastic, low shrinkage and soft texture, promotes the crosslinking and curing of a resin system, is added into an ink system without influencing the storage stability of the ink system, and does not influence the weather resistance of a paint film.
The leveling agent is digao 2700, and has additional smooth function and defoaming function. The preferred defoaming agent is a moderate 6800, and has extremely strong foam breaking and inhibiting capabilities and extremely high efficiency. The matting powder is Dongcao E-1011, has good dispersibility, has high stability in the system after special treatment on the surface, and does not generate hard precipitate.
Further, the photoinitiator is photoinitiator 184. Preferably Tianjin Jiu chemical Co., Ltd 184, 184 is a highly efficient free radical type I non-yellowing photoinitiator for UV polymerization of mono-or multifunctional polymerized acrylate monomers and oligomers.
