The working principle is as follows: when the preservative film packaging box is used, the preservative film reel is sleeved on the outer surface of the shaft rod 4, the two ends of the shaft rod 4 are limited on the inner wall of the box body 1 by the limiting bolts 5, the preservative film is enabled to extend to the outer side of the box cover 2 along the film drawing gap 3 so as to be convenient to draw, after the preservative film is packaged on an object, the pressure rod 8 is firstly pressed, the pressure rod 8 drives one end of the push rod 6 to extend towards the inside of the box body 1 and extrude the knife wheel plate 15, the knife wheel plate 15 drives the knife wheel 16 to move to the inner wall of one side, close to the box cover 2, of the box body 1 along with the push rod 6, the knife wheel 16 is pressed on the outer surface of the preservative film, then the adjusting rod 9 is respectively pulled outwards, one end of the adjusting rod 9 slides along the outer surface of the pressure rod 8, the other end of the adjusting rod 9 drives the sliding block 12 to slide on the, therefore, when the sliding block 12 slides outwards, the first connecting rod 14 can drive the cutter wheel 16 to roll inwards along the inner wall of one side of the box body 1, the rolling cutter wheel 16 can reduce the wrinkles of the preservative film in the process of cutting the preservative film, in addition, the abrasion of the outer periphery of the cutter wheel 16 is uniform in the cutting process of the rolling cutter wheel 16, the service life can be prolonged, the inclined second connecting rod 18 is movably connected to the outer surface of the cutter wheel plate 15 and is positioned below the shaft rod 4, when the cutter wheel plate 15 moves towards the inner side of the box body 1 along with the cutter wheel 16, the extruding rod 19 is enabled to extrude the air bag 21 towards one side through the second connecting rod 18, the outer surface of the extruding rod 19 is connected with a plurality of air bags 21 through the third connecting rod 20, so that the air bags 21 are extruded to generate air flow in the cutting process, the separation between the preservative film and the outer surface of the cutter wheel 16 is facilitated, the problems that the preservative film is adhered to the outer surface, avoid the plastic wrap to produce the waste.
