After the opening degree of the manual butterfly valve 3 on each side suction hood 2 is adjusted in advance, when a train in a certain area is filled with coke, the coke falls into the train carriage 13 from the discharge opening of the coke-filling bin 14 of the train, at the moment, the dust-removing fan 7 in the area is started, external air enters the area from the rain-proof shutter 12 to carry out natural air supplement, an organized area flow field is formed, and smoke dust generated by coke filling enters the bag type dust collector 6 through the side suction hoods 2 to be purified and then is discharged into the atmosphere.
