1. A folding device with multiple protections, comprising a riser assembly, a folding base assembly and a handle assembly, said riser assembly and handle assembly being rotatable relative to said folding base assembly, wherein,
the foldable base assembly is provided with a first protection part, the first protection part is connected with the riser assembly through a first elastic piece, so that the relative position between the first protection part and the riser assembly can be changed, a first matching part is arranged on the foldable base assembly corresponding to the first protection part, and the first protection part can be matched with the first matching part under the action of gravity to realize locking;
the handle assembly is provided with a first protection part corresponding to the first protection part, and the handle assembly is provided with a first matching part corresponding to the first protection part;
the handle assembly is further connected with a third protection portion, the folding base assembly is provided with a third matching portion corresponding to the third protection portion, and when the handle assembly rotates to the matching position of the second protection portion and the second matching portion, the third protection portion can be matched with the third matching portion to achieve locking.

The folding device with multiple protections as claimed in claim 1, wherein a latch assembly is disposed in the riser assembly, the latch assembly comprises a latch slider, a latch handle and a latch elastic member, the latch slider is connected to the riser assembly through the latch elastic member, the latch handle is connected to the latch slider, the riser assembly is provided with a first handle guide slot, the latch handle extends to the outside of the riser assembly through the first handle guide slot, the latch handle can move along the first handle guide slot, the folding base assembly is provided with a matching hole corresponding to the latch slider, and the latch slider can match with the matching part under the action of gravity.

The folding device with multiple protections of claim 1, wherein said handle assembly includes a handle body and a button, said handle body having a mating recess, said button having a circular hole corresponding to said mating recess, said button being movable relative to said handle body to change the relative position between said circular hole and said mating recess, said circular hole and said mating recess cooperating to form said second engagement portion.
5. The folding device with multiple protections as claimed in claim 4, wherein a positioning portion is provided in said handle body for positioning said push button.

The folding device with multiple protections as claimed in claim 4, wherein an outer end of said second protection member is exposed from said riser assembly for engagement with said handle assembly, and a portion of said second protection member located within said riser assembly is adapted to be connected to said first resilient member.

The folding device with multiple protections of claim 1, wherein an eccentric portion is attached to the handle assembly, and wherein when the handle assembly is rotated to a position where the second protection portion engages the second engagement portion, the eccentric portion applies a force to the third engagement portion that causes the folding base assembly to clamp the riser assembly.
8. A folding method using the folding device with multiple protections as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the folding device is folded and unfolded, the first protection portion and the first engagement portion are engaged to lock the opposite tube assembly, and then the handle assembly is rotated to further lock the opposite tube assembly by engaging the second protection portion and the second engagement portion and engaging the third protection portion and the third engagement portion.
9. The folding method of claim 8 wherein the folding step comprises the steps of:
step 1: releasing the first protection part and the first matching part and the second protection part and the second matching part from matching;
step 2: pulling the handle assembly downwards to release the fit of the third protection part and the third matching part;
and step 3: the riser assembly is rotated downwardly for folding.
10. The folding method of claim 8, wherein the steps of folding and unfolding are as follows:
step 1: the vertical pipe assembly is rotated upwards to be vertical to the ground, and the second protection part is matched with the second matching part through gravity;
step 2: the handle assembly is rotated upward and the first protection portion and the first fitting portion, the third protection portion and the third fitting portion are fitted to each other.
