The invention discloses a system and a method for full-function redundancy of a TCMS operation screen and a CCTV operation screen, which comprise a PA/PIS system, a TCMS network program and a display screen, a CCTV network program and a display screen and a CN communication node. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the CCTV data packet is filtered by the port number and the IP address, the TCMS data packet is filtered by the PA/PIS system through the three-layer gateway equipment, when the CCTV operation screen fails to be used after sending a fault, the TCMS operation screen can be switched to the interface of the CCTV operation screen or the interface displayed by both the TCMS and the CCTV, and when the TCMS operation screen fails to be used, the CCTV operation screen can be switched to the interface of the TCMS operation screen or the interface displayed by both the TCMS and the CCTV, so that redundant operation can be realized.
