Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
Referring to fig. 1, a vehicle door unlock control method according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the invention includes:
and step S100, acquiring a vehicle door opening instruction.
Wherein, the door opening instruction can be used for instructing and controlling to open the door. Optionally, it may be determined that the passenger (passenger) needs to open the vehicle door according to the action of the vehicle door handle of the vehicle door pulled by the passenger in the vehicle, so that a vehicle door opening instruction may be generated.
And step S110, acquiring a vehicle starting signal, and determining the vehicle running state according to the vehicle starting signal.
The vehicle starting signal can be used for judging the running state of the vehicle; the vehicle operating states include: start and stop states. Optionally, the vehicle start signal may be collected through a CAN network. After the door opening instruction is obtained, safety logic judgment needs to be carried out on the opened door, and the passenger can be allowed to open the door only on the premise of meeting the safety logic. The running state of the vehicle can be judged firstly, namely whether the vehicle is stable or not is judged according to the vehicle starting signal, and if the vehicle is not stable, the running state of the vehicle can be determined to be starting; if the vehicle is judged to be stopped stably according to the vehicle starting signal, the running state of the vehicle can be determined to be stopped.
And step S120, if the vehicle running state is starting, acquiring a running speed value and vehicle surrounding environment parameters according to the vehicle door opening instruction.
Wherein, the running speed value can be the speed of the vehicle in the starting state; the vehicle surrounding environment parameter may be environment information in the vicinity of the vehicle, such as information on whether or not there is a moving object approaching the vehicle side. Optionally, when the vehicle is in a starting state, if a door opening instruction is received, the running speed value and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter need to be acquired, and the running speed value and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter may be acquired through the CAN network and used to determine whether the vehicle speed and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter meet the safety logic control requirement for opening the door (i.e., determine whether the door is suitable to be opened).
And step S130, if the running speed value is zero and no moving object is determined to be close to the vehicle side according to the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle, controlling the vehicle door to be unlocked.
Optionally, if the driving speed value of the vehicle is zero in the starting state and no moving object is around the vehicle and is close to the two sides of the vehicle, it may be determined that the safety logic control requirement is met and the vehicle door is suitable for opening, so that the vehicle door may be controlled to be unlocked through hard wire connection, and the vehicle door may be allowed to be opened by a passenger. Namely, the execution of the door opening command is allowed under the condition that the safety logic is satisfied, thereby avoiding the occurrence of accidents.
The vehicle door unlocking control method comprises the steps of firstly, obtaining a vehicle door opening instruction, then obtaining a vehicle starting signal, determining a vehicle running state according to the vehicle starting signal, if the vehicle running state is starting, obtaining a running speed value and vehicle surrounding environment parameters according to the vehicle door opening instruction, and finally, if the running speed value is zero and no moving object is determined to be close to the vehicle side according to the vehicle surrounding environment parameters, controlling the vehicle door to be unlocked, automatically controlling the vehicle door to be unlocked on the premise of meeting safety logic, effectively avoiding traffic accidents, achieving low cost and low power consumption, and having strong practicability.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle door unlocking control method further includes:
and if the driving speed value is not zero or a moving object is determined to be close to the vehicle side according to the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle, controlling the vehicle door to be locked and generating an abnormal warning. Optionally, when the vehicle is in a starting state and the running speed value of the vehicle is not zero, it may be determined that the vehicle is running, that is, the vehicle is not stationary; or a side radar detects that a moving object is close to the side of the vehicle, the vehicle door is determined to be opened at the moment, and the vehicle door is determined to be collided and not accord with the safety logic control requirement, so that the vehicle door cannot be allowed to be opened. The locking of the vehicle door can be controlled through hard wire connection, and an abnormal warning is generated, for example, an abnormal warning that the vehicle door on the corresponding side is opened can be displayed on an instrument panel, or a text or dynamic graphic warning that an object is close to the position of the corresponding vehicle door and does not meet the condition that the vehicle door is opened is displayed on the instrument panel, and a warning sound is accompanied, for example, a warning sound accompanied by 'do not open the vehicle door'. Whether the door of the vehicle can be unlocked is not only determined by the unlocking instruction of the passenger to the door, but also judged by combining the parameters of the vehicle after the vehicle receives the unlocking instruction, the unlocking instruction can be allowed to be executed under the condition of meeting the safety logic, and otherwise, the instruction is rejected, and abnormal warning and warning sound are given out on an instrument panel. When the driving speed value or the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle do not accord with the safety logic control requirements, the vehicle door is controlled to be locked through hard wire connection and abnormal warning is generated, so that collision damage to the passing vehicle or pedestrian when the vehicle door is suddenly opened can be effectively avoided, and the driver is informed through the abnormal warning in time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after determining the vehicle operation state according to the vehicle start signal, the method further comprises:
and if the vehicle running state is stop, acquiring the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle according to the door opening instruction. Alternatively, if the vehicle running state is the stopped state, it may be determined that the vehicle has stopped, and therefore it is not necessary to acquire the running speed value of the vehicle. The parameters of the surrounding environment of the vehicle can be directly acquired, and whether moving objects around the vehicle are close to the two sides of the vehicle or not is judged. The vehicle side radar can be used for monitoring to obtain the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle.
And if the situation that no moving object is close to the vehicle side is determined according to the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle, controlling the unlocking of the vehicle door. Optionally, if the vehicle side radar monitors and judges that no moving object is around the vehicle and is close to the vehicle side, it may be determined that the environmental parameter around the vehicle meets the safety logic control requirement, so that the vehicle door may be controlled to unlock, and the vehicle door may be allowed to open. When the vehicle is stopped, the vehicle can be determined to be stopped stably, so that whether the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle meet the safety logic control requirement is only needed to be checked, if no moving object is close to the side of the vehicle, the unlocking of the vehicle door can be controlled through hard wire connection, the situation that the vehicle door is suddenly opened and the passing vehicle or pedestrian is collided and damaged is effectively avoided, the safety of opening the vehicle door is improved, and accidents are avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle door unlocking control method further includes:
and if the situation that a moving object is close to the vehicle side is determined according to the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle, controlling the locking of the vehicle door and generating an abnormal warning. Optionally, if the vehicle side radar monitors and judges that a moving object is around the vehicle and is close to the vehicle side, it may be determined that the environmental parameter around the vehicle does not meet the safety logic control requirement, so that the vehicle door may be controlled to be locked, and the vehicle door is not allowed to be opened. And meanwhile, generating an abnormal warning, for example, displaying a text or dynamic graphic reminding that an object is close to the corresponding door position and does not meet the requirement of opening the door on the instrument panel, and accompanied with a warning sound, for example, a warning sound accompanied with 'do not open the door'. When the vehicle running state is stopped, the vehicle can be determined to be stopped stably, if a moving object is close to the side of the vehicle, the vehicle door can be controlled to be locked through hard wire connection, and the driver and passengers can be reminded of the attention through abnormal warning in time, so that the collision injury to passing vehicles or pedestrians is effectively avoided when the vehicle door is suddenly opened, the safety of opening the vehicle door is improved, and accidents are avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, a vehicle door unlock control method according to an embodiment of a second aspect of the present invention includes:
and step S200, acquiring a vehicle door opening instruction.
Wherein, the door opening instruction can be used for instructing and controlling to open the door. Optionally, the driver can be judged to need to open the vehicle door according to the action of the vehicle door handle of the vehicle door pulled by the driver in the vehicle, so that a vehicle door opening instruction can be generated.
And step S210, acquiring a vehicle starting signal, and determining the vehicle running state according to the vehicle starting signal.
The vehicle starting signal can be used for judging the running state of the vehicle; the vehicle operating states include: start and stop states. Optionally, the vehicle start signal may be collected through a CAN network. After the door opening instruction is obtained, safety logic judgment needs to be carried out on the opened door, and the driver is allowed to open the door on the premise that the safety logic is met.
And step S220, if the vehicle running state is starting, acquiring a gear signal according to a vehicle door opening instruction.
Wherein, the gear signal can include: an N-gear (commonly called neutral) signal, an R-gear (reverse) signal, a D-gear (forward) signal, and a P-gear (parking) signal. Optionally, when the vehicle is in a starting state, when a door opening instruction generated according to a door opening action of the driver is received, it is required to determine whether the driver is in gear, and if the gear signal is D/R (forward/reverse gear) when the driver opens the door, the driver may creep after getting off the vehicle, which is prone to collision accidents. And thus it is necessary to detect whether or not a gear is engaged in advance. The gear signals in the CAN network may be collected, for example, the gear signals are N-gear (commonly called neutral) signals, R-gear (reverse) signals, D-gear (forward) signals or P-gear (parking) signals.
In step S230, if the gear signal is a neutral gear or a parking gear, a driving speed value and a vehicle surrounding environment parameter are obtained.
Optionally, when the gear signal is an N-gear (commonly referred to as a neutral gear) signal or a P-gear (parking gear) signal, it may be determined that parking is completed, and therefore, the driving speed value of the vehicle and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter may be determined continuously, that is, the driving speed value and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter are obtained to determine whether it is appropriate to open the vehicle door.
And step S240, if the running speed value is zero and no moving object is determined to be close to the vehicle side according to the surrounding environment parameters of the vehicle, controlling the unlocking of the vehicle door.
Optionally, if the driving speed value of the vehicle is zero in the starting state and no moving object is around the vehicle and is close to the two sides of the vehicle, it may be determined that the vehicle meets the safety logic control requirement and is suitable for opening the vehicle door, so that the vehicle door may be controlled to be unlocked, and the driver is allowed to open the vehicle door to leave the vehicle. Whether the door of the vehicle can be unlocked is not only determined by the unlocking instruction of the driver to the door, but also judged by combining the parameters of the vehicle after the vehicle receives the unlocking instruction, the unlocking instruction can be allowed to be executed under the condition of meeting the safety logic, and otherwise, the instruction is refused, and abnormal warning is carried out on an instrument panel and warning sound is given out. Namely, the execution of the door opening command is allowed under the condition that the safety logic is satisfied, thereby avoiding the occurrence of accidents.
The vehicle door unlocking method includes the steps of firstly, obtaining a vehicle door opening instruction, then obtaining a vehicle starting signal, determining a vehicle running state according to the vehicle starting signal, obtaining a gear signal according to the vehicle door opening instruction if the vehicle running state is starting, obtaining a running speed value and vehicle surrounding environment parameters when the gear signal is in a neutral gear or a parking gear, and finally controlling unlocking of a vehicle door if the running speed value is zero and no moving object is determined to be close to the vehicle side according to the vehicle surrounding environment parameters.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before acquiring the driving speed value and the vehicle surrounding environment parameter if the gear signal is neutral or parking gear, the method further includes:
and if the gear signal is a forward gear or a reverse gear, controlling the locking of the vehicle door and generating an abnormal warning. Optionally, if the gear signal is an R gear (reverse gear) signal or a D gear (forward gear), it may be determined that parking is not completed, and the safety logic control requirement is not met, so that the driver cannot be allowed to open the vehicle door to leave the vehicle, and the vehicle door locking may be controlled through a hard-wired connection, and an abnormal warning may be generated, for example, an abnormal warning of "please leave the vehicle after engaging N/P gear" may be displayed on the dashboard, and accompanied by a warning sound, for example, a warning sound of "asking not to open the vehicle door". When the gear signal is in a non-neutral gear and a non-parking gear, the door is forbidden to be opened and the alarm is given, so that the problem that the automobile wriggles because the hand brake is pulled up but the neutral gear is not engaged is solved, the practicability is high, the safety of opening the automobile door is improved, and the accident is avoided.
