At present, one end of a three-point safety belt of an automobile seat is fixed on a B column, and the other two points of the three-point safety belt are fixed on the seat. And the two-row seats of the MPV and the three-point type safety belts on part of the three-row seats are all fixed on the seats, and the requirements of 40KN are provided for the requirements of the front and back static strength of the slide rail.
The existing front electric slide rail only has the front-section local screw rod to bear the front and back strength, and the strength is limited, so that the 40KN requirement cannot be met.
In addition, the front and back strength supports of the existing product slide rail respectively need a check ring, so that the number of parts is large, the number of working procedures is large, and the influence of twice press mounting on the jumping of the screw rod is large. The existing front-mounted electric slide rail can crush the lower rail due to the stress inclination of the nut bracket when the front or rear collision happens, so that the strength can not meet the 40KN requirement.

Referring to fig. 4, the retainer ring assembly 43 includes a retainer ring 431 and a screw rod support 432; the retainer ring 431 is sleeved and fixed on the screw rod 42; the top of the screw rod bracket 432 is fixedly connected with the upper rail 1, and the retainer ring 431 limits the screw rod bracket 432 along the axial direction of the screw rod 42.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the retainer ring 431 is integrally formed, two ends of the retainer ring 431 are respectively formed with a protruding ring 4312, and the middle of the retainer ring 431 is formed with an annular groove 4311; the lower part of the screw rod bracket 432 is provided with a concave part matched with the annular groove 4311; the retainer ring 431 is rotatably arranged in the concave part in a penetrating way through the annular groove 4311; the two convex rings 4312 limit the screw rod support 432 along the axial direction of the screw rod 42; the top of the screw rod bracket 432 is fixedly connected with the upper rail 1.
The retainer ring 431 is glued or clinched to the lead screw 42.
The structure of the retainer ring 431 is shown in fig. 5 and 6, wherein the retainer ring 431 of fig. 5 can be fixed with the screw rod 42 by means of gluing; the retainer ring 431 of fig. 6 can be fixed to the screw rod 42 by caulking.
The retainer ring 431 is of an integrally formed structure, and the originally required front and back strength supporting functions are integrated into one part, so that the number of parts is reduced, and the weight of the device is reduced; the assembly process can be reduced, the influence on the jumping of the screw rod 42 is reduced, and the sound performance of the slide rail is improved; in addition, the X-direction stroke space is increased.

The nut bracket assembly 44 is designed in a sectional mode, the upper nut bracket assembly 441 supports nut transmission, the lower nut bracket reinforcing sheet 442 is connected with the lower rail 2 through welding/gluing, the contact area of the nut bracket assembly 441 and the lower rail 2 is increased, and the lower rail 2 is prevented from being extruded and broken under the working conditions of front and rear collision, so that the slide rail can bear higher strength; in addition, the height space of the lower nut bracket is reserved, so that the bolt is conveniently arranged on the lower rail 2, and the assembling space is facilitated.
